Think i may give Hex a go next run. Enth was a bit of a bitch and bored of frequent jabbing now.

Yeah I think it’s a good option if your going for an 8-12 weeker e3d I found was nice and balanced. It did start getting a bit silly after about week 7-8 I think, paranoid about the missus and all that fun stuff but fk me not as mental as enanthate. I’d have pushed for a few more weeks but my gut was taking a hammering and cocking up my appetite like never before. Likely because of all the bugs I kept picking up from me kids

I’d probably use 152.whatever mg a week and just use it for 8-10 weeks max. I think thats about the max i could handle.

Depends on how long the off season is and genetically how well you can add muscle i suppose.
With Ok genetics the 5 kg would be very possible with 2-3 good push ups in weight.

Sphinx do a yohimbine HCL. Plus a couple of sellers on eBay. JB supplements and a Polish company. Not sure how good theirs is though.
Vasoburn is good to use when working out or doing cardio. The heat in the area must cause extra blood flow so some sort of wizardry that helps. My skin did seem a lot thinner in the areas it was used on.

Rice Bubbles are just Rice Krispies. They just change the name for certain markets.
They taste bland as hell, at least go for Coco Pops (or what ever the hell they decided to call them in the southern hemisphere)!

I like Sphinx. Used Rohm and know its popular, but cant say it blew me away compared to any other decent lab i’ve used.
Just pick any lab thats been about a while and has a good reputation. They’re all going to be much of the same.

i gave up using medichecks ages ago. Had a few to many iffy results over the years and they never offer to retest.

Now i use blue horizon, but i’m trying youth revised this time. Blue Horizon are good. I’ve queried results and they sent me out a kit to re-test. Results were the same (ish) so sent my gear to be tested and turned out it was way under dosed.

Thanks Ellis, I think the only thing I would do diff , is stick to the 10-12 percent over stage weight rule that I have now , so let’s say this year o baseline at 230ish , them imo offseason has a max scope of 23- 28 pounds over that baseline . If your patient and take 16-20 weeks to gain that weight , focusing on getting as strong as poss and using the least amount of drugs you need to keep reaching all time levels of strength , you will absolutely gain 5-10 pounds of tissue depending how new you are to growing . I feel I made the mistake of many times going 60 pounds over baseline

Hi Jordan. Interesting you have this view now, as previously i know you always said that the big pushes were when you made the most amount of progress. Is it more that fact that by pushing up more, you may get more muscle tissue but the extra effort dieting you risk losing it while also damaging mid section control? Or do you not believe the slight extra surplus would yield any better results?

I tried to keep it leaner this offseason and went from a shredded 190 to 209 over 15 weeks, tidied up to about 200, the pushed to 212 over 10-12 weeks aiming to look better than when at 209. I noticed progression was a lot harder this time round. Lifts would stall quicker and exercise rotation was higher that the last couple of years where i pushed up a lot harder. Almost feel like i’ve shorted myself out of a few extra pounds of muscle.

Waiting an hr to eat post workout is no big deal. Especially if you have a decent intra drink.

Your calories are already low which means you wont need big changes in calories to get a drop. 900 calories from cardio a week is too much IMO.

First changes for me are always move more, up cardio slightly and tidy up diet. Drop all the unplanned tit-bits i eat during the day which probably add up to 200-300 calories (Damn Oreo eggs!).

Thank you for the advice, so do you suggest I just focus on diet first and foremost and then see how changes develop before thinking of cardio? Haha I feel you with the Oreo eggs!!

They always put the chocolate eggs near the counter! 🙁

You have to play your cards (so to speak) as you see fit.

For me when going from a gaining phase to a dieting phase a drop of 300-400 calories would bring me down from a surplus, to a deficit/maintenance level. Then next change, i’d just move more and tidy up the junk which i sneak in. That’s enough to see the first 3-5 lbs drop off. From there i play by ear. Food is usually up in the 5000 calorie range still so i’d start to chip away at carbs as they’ll be highest, then fats after that. As food comes down i’d increase out put via cardio and steps. When cardio is high ish and food getting low (sub high 2000s) i’d then add T3/T4. By now i’d probably need the ood high carb day to keep fat loss going. Eventually, when i’m living on crumbs and cardio is at a mind numbing level a day i’d add in a touch of Clen. A couple of weeks later i normally give up and get fat again.

Yeah the electric style Omron BP monitors arent the best. Especially the one you get OTC.
If its that bad then you’ll likely need meds.

I had this a couple of weeks ago. Dont force your self to eat. If you can then do but digestion is going to be hindered. Take a few days off and just eat as you can and rest up. I rushed back into it and dragged it out more so.

I would eat granola, bagels and tracker bars when i was proper ill. All sat OK and were calorie dense to keep energy up. Couldn’t stomach any form of protein. Beyond that i just slept for 20hrs of the day. Water was hard to drink, so i’d have coke zero that id let go semi flat (remembered this trick for sea sickness) and i could drink that. haha
