Post stomach bug, its always best to slowly rehydrate and restore electrolyte balance.

Digestion and gut motility will be hindered so no point in forcing food in until body is ready for it.

Yeah this is what i did for sure. Felt fine sickness and arse wise so assumed all was ok.
But internally my guts were still off. Bloated all of the last two training days, and my farts could take the paint off walls.
Feeling better today and no bloating so far.

Take some time out Rot’s, just getting through it myself and had to chill for a bit which we all hate but has to be done sometimes ey.

Yeah i took three days off training and lowered food but don’t think it was enough. The sickness and shits had gone but appetite and energy was/is still in the gutter. So forcing down 5000 calories in that situation probably wasn’t wise.

Think i may just pull the plug and start to diet down. Appetite has gone to shite, and i think the bug has hit my recovery hard as session this morning i had to proper crawl through.

Superdrol at 10mg works fine. Not sure how guys run 100mg of it pre meets. It’s toxic as hell and for me kills appetite and gives me bad reflux.

SDrol never hurt my lipids (any more than anything else) but liver took a beating at 20mg on workout days.

I was using 1.25ml of the 150mg/ml SG DHB mixed with 1 ml Test. Jabbing twice a week.
After 4 weeks i had to stop as i”d ran out of sites to pin that were PIP free. I did a quad shot that was so bad i had PIP for 6 weeks. It was so swollen and for so long) i thought i’d actually damaged the leg beyond repair. haha

After a break to let the PIP ease i came back and did .7ml DHB, .85ml 150mg/ml NPP and .65ml Test 300. That three time a week and the PIP is fine. You know you’ve jabbed but its not painful.

If you’re using 200mg/ml DHB thats PIP free, then as said its not DHB. Real DHB is brutal, and i mean brutal.

Christoph gave me some good advice and that’s mix it with a thicker oil. Something like a longer estered Test or EQ. That helped me for sure.

I sometimes find when pushing food really hard and i hit a wall digestion wise. That pulling food back 300-400 calories, i’ll get an initial drop (likely water), but then weight will start to increase again? May possibly be due to better uptake of the food who knows. But happened to me a few times when pulling the plug on a big push and dropping food and drugs. I get a second wind and i progress better and weight goes up before everything settles again.

Only on brand makes Carditone, and its hard to come by if you’re in the UK.

If you have high BP and its not lifestyle related then you may need to be on mediation to control it.

Hi Jim. Any reason for Phil’s early addition of clen? Did you drop calories quite aggressively to start out. Looking on insta you stayed in great shape this off season which no doubt will pay dividends this prep. What do you contribute to helping stay lean? Or is it just a case of eating less and not pushing weight up as much?

That good to know. So i’ll still be hairy, but not Big Foot hairy.

Thanks for the link. I’m going to likely come off after summer. Will drop to a cruise (125mg week ish) for a couple of months then come off. May need a bit of advice at the time as i know you came off recently and had blood tests done at certain times when using the HCG blast etc. If that’s OK? Ta

Haha! Dont say i didn’t warn you. 😉

Couple of random questions… When you stop AAS and go back to either natty or true TRT. Do the side effects like hair loss, and body hair growth retract as well?
Basically asking that when i stop AAS will i still be a hairy fucker with thin hair? 🙁 Also, how can you get private TRT? Is it possible in the UK? Chances of me recovering are slim as hell as my test was about 8.0nmol natty (in my mid-20s) but i’ll try anyway. Just need a plan B and dont want to be doing NHS ideally.

    What i do is….

    A) as above, lower the weight until you can complete the reps with perfect form and then work up again.
    B) say you were getting 8-9 reps and your form was slack. You could use the same weight, but tidy up form. You may get 5-6 reps. Then work in this range going forward.
    C) swap the movement for something similar.

Thanks Rotties – I definitely cried when they showed us him being delivered. Incredible to think that tiny person is now dependent on you and all your love.

God mate you’ve your hands busy there. We’ve decided on 3 so lets see how we get on with this first year ????

Yeah for me its when they start smiling at you. Always melts my heart when my little 6 month olds chubby cheeks lift up. 🙂
The first ones easy. Problem is you don’t realize how easy one is until you have two. haha. We had three within 4 1/2 years which was just crazy (but not planned). House is chaos i tell you, but fun non the less! Problem is no one ever wants to baby sit three, so me and the Mrs socialise separately now.. My advice is spread them out a bit…… 😉 Unless you or your wife have family near by that are very pro kids!

Congrats on the birth of your son Dean. Nothing beats seeing your own “flesh and blood” for the first time.
Shame the birth was as traumatic as it was but at least your Mrs and son are ok!! Thats the important bit.
Well done to her for no pain relief! My wife had to go without as well (no time) and shes still traumatized 5 years and two more kids later. haha
