I had a bout of this. It was literally a case of “don’t need to wee, don’t need to wee, don’t need to wee, Oh my God i’m going to piss myself if i don’t get to a toilet in 3 seconds……….. ”
As with most things in my life i ignored it until it went away.

Not essential by any means. I rarely do back squats now as they just make my arse grow.
But safety bar squats and front squats (using the safety bar backward) are awesome quad builders for me.
So are smith squats, hack squats and to a degree the v-squat. -
I got up to 5 plates a side on the Watson, and trying beyond that i just couldn’t progress. The knee pain was serious and would just last days after. Even doing the back off set first, then loading would leave me crippled after, but was bearable in the moment.
It surely needs a design change……. Its not right that’s for sure. haha
For me, good old smith squats are a decent sub for a Hack squat.

Apart from that i progress anything. Either add weight and try and match reps, add reps, or try and do the same reps and weight but improve form. -
Its a fatty fish so each fish will vary obviously. It will also depend how you cook it. Roast it and eat the skin and it will retain more fat than if grilled and the skin discarded. I eat the skin and grill it skin up, so assume it to be 45g protein and 25g fat per 200g (raw).
If its wild then it wont be the same species of salmon. Wild Atlantic Salmon costs a fortune and isn’t readily available. I get a wild fish once or twice a year and its a lot leaner than store bought, but not as lean as the Alaskan sockeye. Also bear in mind that salmon only feed at sea. So if your Alaskan salmon is caught at sea or in the estuary, it will be fattier than when netted out of the fisheries on rivers.
So basically you can use something as a guide, but you’ll never be accurate with it. Same with beef etc

This is not a drug you should be messing about with! Please go to a hospital, private or GP if you have these kind of issues and get a proper consultation and prescription if you need it. You should only be using this if you have a serious acne problem and it should really be only prescribed by a specialist. The side effects can be very serious. I can speak from first hand experience as I was put on this for two years and had acne fulminans, google it. It was awful. I still have bad scars 15 years on. If you need it get the proper help you need now via the correct channels and blood work etc, then you can be monitored etc. Don’t let it get out of hand or you can become very ill as did I. If you want to discuss it privately message me, I might be able to give you some advice.

Honestly this one time i used Tren Ace that wasnt prescribed by a vet, and i started living in a field, eating grass and Moo-ing.
But then i used EQ that a vet gave me and won the Grand National.No drugs is 100% safe to everyone. If my wife has penicillin she could die. 99% of people wouldn’t. Its still widly used because the risk to reward is significantly swayed in favor of reward. Just because you had adverse reactions to accutane, doesn’t mean the other tens of thousands of people who’ve taken it have. Most will just have dry lips, eyes and skin.

I’m into slow cooked chicken at the minute. Cook overnight on low with some smokey BBQ seasoning. Then just pull it all apart, drain and add some BBQ sauce. Lovely, and easier to digest/eat when food is high. Even works with thighs, and the same can be done with most cuts of beef. Skirt is really nice after being slow cooked.
Also things like leaner steak burgers, chicken sausage, Lamb and pork are all good options. Macro’s allowing as Burgers and Lamb are fatty. I used to make my own burgers with 5% mince. Just crack an egg white in and some flour or bread crumbs, plus your seasoning. Onion salt was good addition.

Thanks for the input guys, think I’ll get myself some rice crispies, coco pops & Frosties to try pwo & alternate them with ground rice & honey.
Hilly – I stupidly bought some lion bar cereal without reading the label a few days back & got home only to realise the fat content, roughly 8g per 100g. Gutted, they look unreal!
Just smash the whole box before bed. That’s probably what i’d do. I ate two Caramel Eggs last night, and the head off a Lindt bunny. I never was good at “lean” bulking. 🙁 I dont even really like chocolate.

Yeah for sure. I’m having 250g carbs PWO at the minute and thats about as high as i’ll go now. But thats from 150g Rice Flakes, 150g rice based Cereal and a couple of table spoons of honey or jam. Plus my 50g of whey iso mixed into the rice flakes. Its pretty easy to get down, and happy to eat 3 hrs later.

Yeah as above. I like the Special Flakes with Red Berries from Tesco. Its 80/20 Rice and Wheat with some berries chucked in (obvs).
Or just good old CocoPops.When food volume is low, i can get away more with the wheat based cereals, bagels or pancake mixes. When PWO carbs are up over 150g then its mostly rice based.
