Is there any issues with PIP from med tech gear? Currently running Taylormade test enanthate and it’s a bitch for PIP.
Used a fair but of that and always been ok myself. Even the 400mg/ml is fine.

50mg Tbol post work out is a nice addition to end out a cycle.
I could never split it or take it daily. Just used to make me lethargic and killed appetite.Superdrol is awesome. Just 10mg pre-workout gives me noticeable strength improvements. But i only use it to hold strength at the dog end of a diet phase. Most i’d use is 10mg pre and 10mg post. I know many use it a lot higher but i’d normally combine it with 50mg daily Var if dieting.. Awesome combo.

Any thing you felt was probably in your head. I doubt you had low T for long enough for symptoms for form.

All that money Cocaine manufactures make ($100s of millions if not $billions a year), and its still made in cut up oil drugs, in a bamboo shed, by a farmer with no teeth or education, in a forest in Columbia. They could have a factory set up like GlaxoSmithKline for producing it. But they dont.
Not sure what people expect the labs to look like?Make a load of drugs in some shit hole lab, get a good name. Then when demand out runs production. You can either start up a second shit hole to double production, or spend a few grand a month renting a specialist facility, invest in new equipment, get some employees (who you have to pay pensions, health care etc), then get busted and lose all your money.

Yeah i like fatty cuts of steak, salmon, chicken thighs, whole eggs as meat sources.
Then you can add things like Oils, Nut butters, Tahini (sesame seed paste), sour cream, Coleslaw etc on top to add the fats up.My off day meal plan is:
6 eggs, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1/4 cup 30% cheddar, greens powder
Two Smoked Salmon fillets, buttered (about 5g) broccoli.
Sirloin Steak (220g), 1 tsp sour cream, broccoli
1 cup oats, 1 1/2 scoops whey, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Chicken breast cooked in coconut oil, 1/2 avocado, sour cream, peppers, onion, salad and 2-3 wraps.
200g full fat greek yog, 1 scoop whey, 1-2 tsp peanut butter.Thats about 150g fat (plus the EFAs on top), 100g carbs, 260-280g protein.

I prefer Rice Flakes. But when food quantity gets silly high then watery cream of rice goes down very easily.
I’ll literally just chuck some boiling water over it and keep adding until its like a gloop. Let cool, add whey, mix and chug it down.
Easy way to get in 120-150g of carbs. Then eat some cereal after.
One thing i never got was all these people on IG who have cream of rice with some whey and nut butter and bang on about it being “heaven” and “like a desert”. Its not, its terrible and it only tastes nice because , as bodybuilders, our taste buds are wrecked from years of eating bland food. haha

Yeah pretty annoying at the start of my last push up before dieting. Probably written off all leg training for the next 3-4 rotations at least (why the fuck did i use the quads!? haha).
Real pain is all the NSIDs and inflammation have killed my appetite so i cant even take advantage of training Push and Pull with more volume as i cant eat anything. Also don’t think its helping that i’m now coming down with my Kids colds! 🙁 Stop the NSIDs now as they did fuck all so hopefully at least that improves.
Its weird as the swelling and loss of mobility is reducing. But its like it has no strength. Trying to straighten the leg when seated is like trying to move the whole stack on a leg extension. But with nerves firing pain from my bollocks and hip, all the way down to my knee.
Hopefully its like all the other DHB shots i’ve had and it clears up by 3 weeks post jab.
Back to 450mg NPP a week instead. Blast that for 8-9 weeks instead. I love NPP. It doesnt cripple me, and it gives me a lovely set of titties to play with.

I’m starting to worry this DHB has actually caused some damage to my quad. Nerves are firing all over my leg, hip and arse when I move. Can hardly move the leg, or put weight on it. Doesnt seems to be getting better with NSIDs and Volterol in the mix. Might need something like diclofenac. Right now I’m about ready to saw my leg off.
If it’s no better Monday then off to the quacks. Drugs and an ultrasound.

Yeah i had to stop the DHB. Did a quad shot last friday and its still so bad i cant put any weight on it, or flex my quad. So basically cant train legs, or do any pulls. Never had PIP so bad its stopped me training. Appetite has also gone, cant sleep as every time i move its agony. Just annoying.
Its lost me a week or two for sure so back to dreamy NPP for me. I may get a vial of 100mg/ml DHB and try it with the NPP. But if one shot gives me jipp i’ll sack it off. I do believe that stuff has no place in the human body. I had PIP in 8 sites at one point. Still have it in 3 and cant fully flex my glutes 3 weeks after the last jab in there. Fucking brutal stuff…….
Had a good chat with Christoph about this stuff and he gave me some good tips. But i think 100mg/ml MAX. lots of small shots that mixed with something PIP free and try and bulk it out using EQ or Primo.

If i buy a 1kg pack of chicken i know its 5 x 200g raw portions. So i’d cook it and just split it in to 5 portions.
Even steak from the butcher. I buy 2kg of Fillet steak. That’s 10 portions. So cook it and split it by 10.
