Tristan, that’s a nice approach but then when pull follows legs you can’t lower back load. So As long as make that alteration as and when , that’s ideal

I’ll also butt in and add that i do similar to Tristan as i have family commitments (too many kids).
I train M/W/F/Sun and just rotate through Pull, Push and Legs as normal. The only thing i change is when pull comes after leg day. Then i tend to drop the lower back loading movement, and replace it for something like a DB Row, or a chest supported T-Bar row.

First lab I ever used about 6 years ago. Thought they shut up shop ages ago. Was Ok gear. Bit underdosed but alright.

I’m thinking of going from 600mg test e, 375mg DHB (1ml and 1.25ml) twice a week to 600 test, 300 DHB and 300 NPP. Same oil volume but more drugs. Hopefully it may dilute the PIP. Problem is I just think the DHB crashes in the muscle. I warm it but when drawing into the barrel with the test, the temp change makes it start to form fucking crystals. Kid you not.
I bet 200mg/ml was brutal. The PIP as I say isn’t that bad. It just hangs on for so long. Normally you’ll have a couple of annoying days where it gets better. This DHB starts to go, then come back slightly less potent than before, then goes, then lingers as a dull ache for 2 weeks. Haha

If it’s PIP free 150mg/ml then I doubt it’s DHB. It’s well known for having horrendous PIP. Even at 100mg/ml.
I’m using the SG 150mg/ml and I kid you not, it’s more painful than the shoeing I took at 17 that had me in hospital for 2 days. It’s not that the PIP is any worse than anything else. It’s just it simply doesn’t go. I still have some PIP from the first jab I did 4 weeks ago.
As for what I’ve noticed, nothing overly above anything else. Just nice dry steady weight increase. No huge jumps like i get on NPP. Strength is going up and I just look fuller but not bloated. Also not sure if related, but I’m sweating like mad. All day, all night. Also sleep isn’t great. Probably not helped by the PIP and my new found attiction to ibuprofen.

Using the southern ghost DHB at the minute at 375mg a week and the PIP is crippling. Having to drop it to 300 and add in a low dose of NPP to water it down. If it’s still brutal i’ll drop it.
After only 4 weeks though I can tell it’s a nice drug. Shame it’s so so so so (can’t even type enough “so’s) painful. Haha

Honestly Jordan doing just one set after my calve workout on the tibia machine has made a massive difference to how they look. I don’t measure but the thickness from the front has changed dramatically in the 6 months I’ve been doing them.
I Rotate between doing them seated and standing. One set of 20-30 and just keep adding weight or reps. Normally tack on some partials for good measure.

Jordan, have you tried the Dorsiflexion machine with calves? My calves have always lagged, and doing these 4 x a week has completely changed the shape and look of mine. To the point where i no longer think they look overly shite.

Yeah I remember you from the Krunch days Jordan. Used to see you in there and Ripped occasionally. TrainedbyJP came up on my insta a year or so ago and i thought “i recognize that guy” and thats how i found myself here. haha
Neale’s a impressive guy for sure. Never seems to slow down on the competing and is constantly in great condition. Trained mostly in Krunch until it moved location.

AAS isn’t an effective form of contraception.
I know, i have three wonderful kids.
I do believe strongly that HCG kept me fertile. I used HCG from the first AAS jab i did, and have done now for 4 years straight since B&Cing. My youngest is 5 months. I use 500iu every 5 days.

I’ve had some horrendous PIP over the years that has taken weeks to go away. Using DHB now and the PIP has lasted so long that i’ve run out of sites to use as they’re all still inflamed. That’s 3 weeks since the jab. You know the gear is OK so next time use a longer needle and go more on the side of the quad and you’ll be fine. Quads are my favorite place to jab (but its horrible when you get PIP).

You stuck a piece of metal into your muscle and squirted in fluid that has no business being in there.
Its going to hurt. But it will get better each time. Highly doubt its an infection. Just post injection pain.Personally i’d use 1″ minimum but 5/8″ is ok. I find short shots are more pippy in general so use 1″ 25G mostly.
Also where in the quad you injecting? For me i take my thumb and index finger, thumb goes on hip bone and finger points down and to the outside of the quad. Thats where i jab. If you jab low down and on the top of the quad (if you’re sitting down) then you’re gunna have a bad time.
