@rotties what dose ai did you use on 450test 200tren and 300eq?
Started at 12.5mg Aromasin every 3 days if i remember. That dose was fine, but as i was dieting i upped it to every other day towards the end.

Yeah im like that. Do a push session, day off, then bloods. haha
ALT and Kidney markers could possibly be high due to training?

Cant high E2 cause prostate issues, as well as an easier environment for fat gain?
Matt, did you take any time off training before taking the blood tests? ALT and Kidney markers could possibly be high due to training?

I ran 450 Test E, 200 Tren E and 300 EQ for my last diet and will do the same next time.
It was a very good cycle for dieting down. The EQ gives a nice look when lean, and you can use less test.
I dropped the EQ at the end and upped Tren a touch and i just lost fullness and that round look on the delts.
But blood pressure was horrible and the anxiety was real (i’ve never suffered before, or since). Assume that was the Tren though as ran EQ at 750mg with no problems. -
Hi Jordan, This might be me thinking a bit too simply/stupidly. But i’ll ask anyway. Your lowering volume as you get further into a diet as recovery isn’t as good yeah? But by lowering volume from say hard 15 sets a session, to 8-10 hard sets over time. Wouldn’t that reduced work mean that either calories need to come down, or output would need to go up? Further reducing recovery? Couldn’t you keep the same amount of volume, but reduce the intensity on some sets? Focus on perfect execution, but staying away from failure? That way you’d keep the calorie output higher through sessions……

I’m blood type O+ and no way could i give up Eggs and bread. Lucky they seem to sit well with me (potato not so much) and i eat 5-6 whole eggs most mornings.
I always used to favor higher fat as was quite sedentary at work. But as ive become more active and grown i stitched to high carb, lower fat. But this last push i was just lethargic as hell once carbs got high. May give it a go and cap my carbs at 450-500g ish a day and push up fats. Rather than getting in 700g of carbs which is a bit of a chore, plus after a while my guts just say “no more” and then its shits city……

Same. I still cycle for 12-15 weeks though. I normally make the most strength and muscle gains in the first 8-10 weeks, after that i just tend to try and hold my body weight whilst still trying to get stronger. So use the last 3-5 weeks to solidify that weight before tidying up during a mini cut when cruising. I’d normally add an oral to get the most out the last few weeks as well.

Mix of angry red fuckers than don’t quite break the surface, and the usual smaller ones with white heads. I had to run a course of accutane after my first cycle as i was covered front and back in them.
Yes cypionate. @rotties were you getting those red undergrounds or just blackheads?

Yeah i used to get bad acne when pinning test e once a week. Twice solved it.

I just got over a stomach bug. Basically lived on whey, nut butter and granola for 3 days. Thought i was ok as stomach felt fine, no more sickness or shits in 24hrs. So tried training (which meant lots of food), and by the end of the day i was bloated and shitting myself again. Fine now after 5-6 days, but lost 8 lbs and look washed out and flat as hell. Still set a load of PRs in the gym though so strength isn’t effected.I was expecting everything to bomb the first few sessions. The weight will re-balance its self over a few days no doubt.
Make sure you keep hydrated, and use the hydrating sachets after each time you vomit/shit. Dont pound the water though. Little and often.

The amount of time when i first started AAS that i spent hobbling about using PIPPY gear. If something gives me jip now i just sack it off after a week or so. I’m sure that training legs with quad PIP has lead to my tears and popped fibers.
Hoping the SG DHB isnt too bad. I’d be fairly upset binning 4 vials.

I used that Tiromel and found it more potent than the UniPharma T3.
Could be bunk, but agree with above. Why bother to counterfeit something so cheap? -
My BP isnt great. If i can keep it at 130/60 i’m doing well. Lowest it would ever be is mid-120s. So i self prescribe Lisinopril constantly now.
But then my Mums BP is often 200/100, and has been around this mark for years. Shes been on every BP med going for 20 years and it doesn’t drop, just keeps creeping up. My old mans is high 180s, even with meds. So guess i’m screwed going forward.
