What is the current PCT protocol for stopping long term use? It’s changed so many times over the years it’s hard to keep up!
I plan on trying to go natty in the near future after 7-8 years of constant use. But my natural test was low before starting so not holding out much luck. Rather try than a life on TRT but if so would rather it came from a private doc.

Tell you what you have no idea how much using machines makes training easier.
Relying purely on the “hard stuff” like Pull ups, various bars and dumbbells to do the work has beaten me into the ground in no time. Machines certainly have their place, but for sheer work effort you cant beat the basics.
Still need to sort out my programming as volume and loading will have to shuffle for sure.

Normally the issue is height clearance when its being used in a house or garage.
I welded up some bars to fix through the joist in the garage. Rock solid and customer made so perfect. Then just bought a rack that has dip attachments.
Shame i sold my plate loaded pull down back in january. If only i knew then that a month or two later the world would be locked down because some nutter in China at an armadillo. -
thanks all. Going to reshuffle a bit and do Pull, Push, off, Legs, off, repeat. After deadlift i will focus on safety bar squats and front squats, heavy rows and i’ll back squat. See how that pans out. Just happy i can still train tbh. 🙂

How much of a calorie jump did you do when finishing the prep? Seems a big jump? Is Jordan’s plan to fill out while no training then just scale it back as off season gets under way (before starting to ramp up slowly?) This is always something i struggle with as believe i to under eat coming off a diet by adding in just 200–300 cals at a time. My weight keeps dropping week after week, before stabilizing but i never actually look filled out for about 8 weeks.

I don’t get that much carry over on squats to my lower back (as my form is very upright), so would likely be Ok to pull 2 sleeps after. Not sure i could Stiff leg again after squatting though? I think that would screw me for the next lower back loading day.

Today I did…..
Laying dumbbell leg curl
Safety bar squat
Front squat on the safety bar
Split squat
Banded iso leg ext
Glute bridge (couldn’t do adductor)
GHRBut I’d like to continue to squat and still deadlift. Not really done any kind of powerlifting type split that had both in since I did the boss barbbell strength method a few years back. If I load on a Sunday by squatting, then try and pull on a Wednesday, back may not be recovered.

JPs has less ingredients. Is cheaper, and ingredients are patented so more likely to be superior ingredients.
Saying that I like some of the things in the supp needs one and it saves me buying them individually . So I use that. But I have used JPs and it’s very very good. So depends what you want I suppose

Hi, @tom green I have the same issue and bloods showing prolactin and progesterone is raised quite considerably. Got only 2 tabs of caber to hand so if you find some let me know as I’d appreciate it. All my sources are out of stock…..

I’ll just do a jab as normal when I fly and then start on the NPP when back. Saves doing 3 jabs and will still have a good amount of hormones for the two weeks.
I did load before I went away once and 1g of Tren hex later I was a pretty unhappy guy for the first 5 days of the hols……. sweating 24hours a day and don’t think I slept for the first 5 nights

Expanding on the original question, how is best to dose before the holiday?
I’m currently on 600mg test enth/dec, 200mg Tren a, and 300mg mast e. That’s for the first 8 weeks to tidy up. After that I’m switching to 600mg test e/d, 400mg NPP and 300 mast e.
So options are to just finish that cycle before I go away, then two weeks later start the new one.
Or, I can load the 5 jabs that I’ll miss (won’t bother with the Tren ace). Then carry on with the NPP and test cycle when back.
Either way will result in hormone fluctuations but one way will obvs peak, and one will just taper and pick up.
Any advise welcome

Ok @stefan, well it’s 3 more weeks on Tren to hold strength when cutting and I’ll drop it. I’ll get some of the supp needs CV stack. Has a big profile and I more or less take everything in JPs LoveHeart separately anyway. Will also up my krill oil a bit.
I’ve done this amount of Tren a few times and it’s never been this low. It normally always sits around 0.9 – 1 nmol blast or cruise…..

Its 5 weeks into a blast, a simple 600mg test and 200mg Tren cycle. Was planning on dropping the Tren for NPP after the 8 weeks which may help. Then use NPP at 450mg for another 8-10 weeks.
My cruise bloods were pretty good. Everything in range except HDL again at 0.94 nmol. Liver was a bit high, but it was xmas/new year time and i may have had a few Negroni’s over the week prior! Cruised for 12 weeks.
I use NovaSol Curcumin, COQ10, Vit K2, Astragalus and IP6 on top as well.
I’m mini-cutting so cardio will go up but with the amount of steps i take i dont really like more than 200 mins a week at max.
