    My Basics.

    Heart:-

    Vitamin K (Mk7) 200ug a day
    Krill Oil 2g Daily
    Nordic Fish Oil 10ml daily
    COQ-10 400mg a day
    Citrus Bergamot 500mg a day

    Kidneys:-

    Astragalus 2g a day

    Liver:-

    NAC 1200mg a day
    Fresh squeezed lemon, and fresh ginger in warm water on wake.

    General:-

    Evening Primrose Oil 3g daily
    Super Bio-Curcumin 800mg daily
    Vitamin D3 3000iu daily

    Thats just what i take year round. I’ll add/up stuff as needed when i have blood work done.

    Also i try and stay active, not just sit about. This helps my BP more than anything i’ve taken (Pharma BP meds aside).

    @rotties my man I’ve got skills backloading I’m an actual pro haha

    I warm oil up on radiator or under armpit and bang it in, girlfriend does it 9x out of 10 so it’s her taking her time with it. Imo it’s best way nice and slow so it doesn’t leave lumps bumps or scar tissue! Patience is a virtue brother

    Can you explain how you do it then? I tried to use the 1ml barrels which you could interchange the needle. So would still draw with a 21G, ut then swap to a 30G. I never liked the thought of proper back loading a slin pin due to worries of sterility…..

    Just used to take me about 5 mins, and tons of pressure to put a ml in. Gave up and went back to larger IM shots.

    @coachingbyzr I’m doing my shots with the 30g 0.3 mm pins just had to check haha didn’t know what you meant at first

    Doesn’t it literally take you about 3 weeks to push a ml of oil through a 30G pin though?
    I used slin pins for delts for a while but backloading and the time it took to push the oil out made it not worth the aggro.
    2ml barrel, and a 1.25″ blue is much easier.

    It was like that with Triumph E-NPP. Some shots were “ok”, some just crippled me.
    I train better when im pain free and PIP puts me in the worst mood as its just a constant annoyance.
    TBH there isn’t much you can do. If it bothers you then just chuck it and use something else.

    DHB is know for terrible PIP.

    You using the SG 150mg/ml stuff? That is going to be extra bad if so.

    I have 3 vials of it, but if the PIPs bad i’ll be binning it and using NPP.

    Those are the levels in clinical resarch.

    GLA feeds into a lot of pathways both inflammatory and anti inflammatory

    6 of those would only give you 1.5g GLA? 300mg GLA each cap?

    That’s 20-30 caps of 1000mg EPO (assuming 8-10% GLA) a day. I take 3 lol

    You’d still need 10-14 StarFlower caps a day.

    This is the thing….. The output will always need to be accounted for. Stephen’s bang on. This is why the calculators are so crap.
    For example i was pushing up and got to 6000 calories about 4 weeks ago. I was doing a Upper Lower split 4 days a week. My weight stalled on the Upper Lower and recovery was starting to really suffer. I’d cut back as much volume as i wanted so switched to Push Pull Legs. Now immediately my weight started to climb again due to the fact that the split was less work per session. Calculators wont take this into account. If you’re doing a 1 set Dorian stlye split, a JM mountain dog split, or a brutal Full Body session, these will all require different caloric needs. Same with cardio. Bike is easier than the rower, stairs is harder than walking on a treadmill. How active are you during the day? What job do you do? If i was gaining 1lb a week doing 10000 steps a day, but added another 3000 my weight would stall. It all needs to be accounted for.

    Way to do it is eat X amount and go about your business. After a week or two has your weight changed? Gone up, eat less, down a bit, eat more. When you’re stable you’ll know you’re caloric needs (assuming you control the variables to a degree).

    Superdrol really seemed to hit my digestion terribly , so going to swap for anavar , my second fav oral at the workout perimeter for strength . Will go in at 25mg pre and post as I’m strong right now anyways but a small boost from that will help , with the pwo hit boosting MPS further to augment recovery.

    I will be super happy if I can hold weight or even drop a pound this week before back to clen.

    Hi Jordan, Why 25mg Var pre, and 25mg post? Why not all pre? Also how far pre do you take it?
    Superdrol is great but gives me the worse reflux.

    I think Pull/Push/off/Legs/off is perfect frequency.
    I’m now doing Push/pull/legs, but just training M/W/F/Su. So its still every 5-6 days frequency, but my schedule is fixed. Not ideal but family commitments and all that.

    I stand mine on a electric hob for a few minutes. Just set the temp to medium and keep giving it a shake until its liquid again.

    I cant even imagine the pain off a high concentration of prop. Under dosed prop leaves me with lumps and hot red patches for a week.

    I normally eat about 60 mins after training. I’ve had my intra so not really in a massive rush to eat.

    Not sure how optimal it is waiting that long tbh.
