    Placed a couple of order this month for DHB, SG Test etc and its all come with no problems.

    Never used SG before but used TM and it was fine.

    So you can progress and feel good on 250mg, but were running 1300mg?

    If it was me, i would run less next cycle.

    As said above by Bennyboy, 500mg Deca will probably take about 8 weeks to clear. That’s why most prefer NPP.

    It’s a fast acting version of EQ.

    It has PIP so bad that I doubt you’d be able to use it.

    I’ve used bold cyp and that was painful enough.

    AI and nolva will be fine. No need to drop dose but get bloods done to see where estrogen is at.

    I’ve heard 300 is low end though. I was tempted to just use 300mg but then read it wasn’t effective until 400mg. As most guys on forums go OTT with drugs I settled for 375mg.

    20mg tamoxifen (nolva) a day will stop it and often if it’s a new flare up get rid.

    Will take about 3-4 weeks to go down fully.

    I’m doing Test E and NPP twice a week and tbh i’ll go back to M/W/F next time.

    Feel fine, but had an acne flair up which i’ve not had in ages. Tells me somethings off….

    I would do 2 sets for each. Possibly 3 sets on the Tricep compound movement. 15 sets for push every 5 days would be perfect for ME.

    Agree with Stephen on the saving the orals for the end scenario.

    I always find the best gains for me are made in weeks 2-10 ish. After that things start to stall. So adding in 50mg Var pre-workout adds another 200-250mg a week, and just gives a boost for another 4-6 weeks. Doesn’t make any sense in using one to start as my body is already responding from the increase in drugs to start with.

    Var for me is King off season. Pretty much all i use as it doesn’t effect my appetite and gives me nice strength gains when used an hour pre workout.

    Dbol, Oxys, Tbol all give me appetite issues. Plus, the lethargy on Tbol is shit. Blood pressure on Oxys also a problem.
    Superdrol is awesome at just 10-20mg, but i can only use it when dieting as digestion is terrible. The acid reflux and heart burn is serious. Again Blood Pressure goes way up.

    Health wise, worst that could happen would be an abscess. Doubt you’ll have any negative effects regarding cardiovascular health from 400mg of Test a week. Highly doubt that from a recovery standpoint you wouldn’t bounce back either.

    One or two cycles worth it? Possibly, but depends what you want. You wont be Arnie put it that way. TBH if you do one or two, you’ll do more. You wont want to go back to natty training again so you’ll either keep going, or likely jack in lifting.

    What you gain and keep will be mostly determined by genetics and the effort you put in. Guys like Luke and Sas probably looked better natty than i do after 4-5 years of blasting and cruising. No amount of drugs or effort can trump bad genetics.

    If you want to go for it and do a cycle then just try a test only (400mg is ideal). Dip your toe. If you like it then go from there.

    The split you’ve moved onto is so good for growth. Seems the right balance of rest, frequency and volume. Wish i still had the flexibility to follow it as made massive improvements last year.

    How you feeling now you’ve been running the higher fats and slightly lower carb diet a while? Do you feel that having both “high” effects body composition at all as some people claim? Or still just the case of cals in vs out? When you next diet down or prep will it be a case of pulling fat down first in order to keep carbs as high as possible for as long as possible?

    Yeah i’ve had this with Triumph NPP that’s 150mg/ml. Just crashes and looks like a vial of glass.
    Pop it on a electric hob (medium heat) for a few mins and just keep shaking it.
    When it cools it will likely crash again but just keep warming it up. Never had a problem.

    DHB is known for PIP so no shock there.

    @David French Not sure how a cup of oats and 300ml of milk comes out to 195g carbs and 1000 cals?
    One cup of oats is 55g carbs. 300ml milk is 10g fat and 12g carbs.

    So that’s 70g carbs and 10g fat?
