    Hi Jordan,

    Did you say the plan is to get as strong as you’ve ever been, but with perfect form and at a lower body weight? Just recomping, and getting your waist tighter? Would it even be possible to get to the level of strength you had at 300lbs, at say 250-260? I know when dieting you can add strength and recomp in the early weeks, but then it gets to a point where strength starts to dip. Especially on the big movements like squats, deadlifts and most pressing.

    Rotties – its a hard one to say, but its obviously either a prolactin/estrogen sensitivity issue at the receptors in the breast tissue regardless of being “in range” or not. Either that or you are easily turned on….JK LOL.

    Yeah its weird for sure.
    Estrogen is at 99.9pmol/L (41-159), Prolactin at 88.8 (86-324), and Oestrone was 0.1nmol/L (0.03-0.22). So everything is mid-range or low. Not even higher end of normal. In fact my Estrogen is about the same as what I cruise at. The 70-120 kind of area, and never had a problem. I’ve been at 180 pmol running test only and no problems. Only got gyno when I ran a big dose of Test and NPP.

    Yet I still have a little lump under the nipps (mainly right side?) that pop up, but then go away when I stop NPP? Tren never effected it. I just run 10mg Nolva ed and it keeps it at bay. Now dropped the Caber as was using .25mg twice a week.

    Its annoying as its the only side I get from NPP (apart from water). Luckily it doesn’t “look” ugly. Just feels it when the Mrs is tweeking my nipps (she never tweeks my nips lol).

    Favorite Bodybuilder has to be 90s Lee Labrada. Just a great physique.
    No idea on female BBers. But agree on Chris Bumsteads Sis. She is phenomenal in many ways.
    As for training partners I like to train alone really. So any one who’s either funny, and likes a bit of banter. Jose Raymond seems like he could be a laugh to train with. Failing that just a good looking gym bunny. Always lift more when a good looking girls in the room. Just incase she’s watching (though they never are) haha.

    I end up having some carbs in meal 1. But they’re the first to go when I diet down. I train first thing so it suits me anyway as when dieting and hungry I appreciate the carbs more later in the day. I cant say I notice any energy difference in having carbs before I work out first thing either.

    But at the end of the day when off season is in swing I want to feel good, and eat food I like. So if a bagel with some philli and smoked salmon makes me 1% fatter after 3 months of pushing 5000 calories a day then so be it.

    On off days I do my 25 mins fasted LISS cardio, and have 25-30g of carbs with my breakfast. Then take the dog for a brisk walk for 20-25 mins, before walking another 10 mins to the train for work. Pretty sure the 100 calories from carbs is well burnt. Next meal I’ll have a cup of oats, the carbs with every meal apart from lunch.

    I did the whole shove tons of carbs around the workout and just suffered tbh. Lethargic, stomach issues, boring food choices etc

    So currently my meal lay out looks roughly like

    Pre 45/80/10
    Intra 20/60/-
    Post 50/250/-
    Meal 1 40/100/5
    Meal 2 40/50/10
    Meal 3 40/50/10
    Meal 4 40/-/25 (when weight gain stalls I’ll add 25-30g carbs here most probably)

    Off days

    Meal 1 40/25/25
    Meal 2 40/50/5
    Meal 3 40/-/25
    Meal 4 40/50/5
    Meal 5 40/50/10
    Meal 6 40/25/20

    This has me feeling much better.

    50mg Var, or a low dose of Superdrol. Pre-workout and for a couple of weeks here and there as a boost.

    Greek yogurt has to be made in Greece, with milk from Bubble and Squeak Cows.
    Greek Style Yogurt can be made in a factory in Bolton, with milk from any cow.
    That’s the difference.

    I don’t normally bother with GDAs as never seen that much return for the price. Still get fat at the end of the day.
    But looking at the Slin-Rx is does look good on paper.

    Per 4 cap serving
    Gymnema Leaf Extract – 1000mg
    Bitter Melon Extract – 500mg
    Cinnamon Bark Extract – 500mg
    Berberine HCL – 300mg
    Sodium R-Lipoate – 200mg (R-ala I believe this is?)
    Bannana Leaf Extract – 60mg
    Black Pepper Extract (Standard 95% Piperine) – 5g

    That pre and post, with some Berberine HCL 500mg with another couple of other carb meals would be good.
    Expensive though……..

    Its all subjective. HBCD can increase as calories go up. Start at 25g. Peptopro I always believe in using the least amount to alleviate soreness (20-25g serves me well). Citruline Malate I believe is 6-7g, Creatine I prefer pre and post rather than intra. 5g a time. Beta alanine ive never used so cant comment.

    Can’t say I’ve ever noticed any difference in water retention between NPP and Deca. Only thing with deca is the dose will build as weeks go on due to its long half life. I believe anyway. Same with EQ

    yeah we spoke about when I last used npp in November.

    Naturally my E2 is within the 70-90 nmol bracket. That’s what I aim for during a cruise as well but 300mg a week would see me at 140-160nmol estrogen wise with no AI. This amount of E2 never gave me gyno. When I was having this tender nipple issue last time my prolactin was high end of normal from no caber but E2 was 30-40 area?

    I’ve had proper gyno before when running to much test and NPP with a low dose of AI. So know what it’s like, and what I have no seems different almost? Any ideas? No pain, sensitivity, puffiness or proper lumps…. just tender titties.

    I went to a local clinic after I had the snip. Think each test was about £150.

    Pretty easy. Get given a cup, go into room that looks like a disabled loo, remove phone from pocket, pray for 4G, get some grott up, knock one out into cup, press buzzer, give warm cup with a drizzle of man tears in to an overweight nurse, smile at her, leave, and a few hours later they phone and say you’re impotent.

    Good times.

    I don’t tend to go above 175-200g of carbs on off days. That amount is enough to keep energy up the next day with the activity level I have. Which is 12-15k steps and 25 mins cardio. I tried doing less carbs but training the next day suffered slightly and so did recovery.

    Training days I’d max out carbs around 650-700g before turning to more fats to add calories. A good 1200-1400 calorie difference between days. But my sessions are 2hrs long, 22-24 hard sets, and i’m as good as dead after.
