    Hi Dean,
    I saw you mention gyno types in the reversing gyno thread. One thhing that I always get is tender nips when running NPP. Not gyno as such, but a grain of rice to half pea sized mass under the tittie that is tender but not really sore or sensitive? No fat/puffiness around the nipple and it looks normal.

    I’ve had bloods done and prolactin was bottomed out from .25mg caber twice a week (so stopped it), E2’s in range and so was E1? Nolva seems to calm it down at just 10mg a day so that’s what I normally end up running when on NPP. Cant imagine its progesterone related as heard this is super rare to impossible without raised estrogen.

    Any ideas?

    Not much difference between mine as I get a lot of powder off the floor. Then when I get to lower knee is just grind to a halt.

    500mg Test E, 375mg NPP, lots of food and hard training.
    No GH, no Primo, no DHB or EQ. Save that for when you actually need it.
    You’re running doses that would probably be more than enough to take you from 220-240 lbs.

    500mg of what was likely under dosed test for 12 weeks.
    .5mg adex e3d and 1000iu Hcg a week.

    No sides apart from slightly low HDL (I actually had bloods done lol), and then horrendous acne when I came off and did a PCT.

    High quality Fish Oil such as Nordic Naturals
    Krill Oil
    Evening Primrose Oil
    COQ-10 ubiqinol
    Citrus Bergamot
    Vitamin K (MK7)
    Vitamin D3
    Super Bio-Curcumin
    NAC
    Decent Greens Powder to fill any holes with vitamins.

    I also add a couple of meds for Thyroid health on the advise from Dr Dean

    You using Ace or Enth? What dose?

    I was using 200mg Enth for my first tren run and after 4 weeks was fine, upped it to 250mg and after another week or two i was waking up with a mattress that could have been wrung out, Anxiety (which ive never had), irrational and just generally a mild mess. Also i literally didnt sleep a wink for 6 weeks. Cant say it made me into a sex pest like loads claim though? Maybe im “A” sexual after 3 kids and marriage haha

    So yeah, that shit sneaks up on you. Good stuff though.

    I do retract somewhat my original opinion on EQ. Having used it when dieting i do think it holds value. Also if you dont want to hold much water it could be a replacement for test to a degree off season. But for all out mass in off season, nandralone just blows it away. On paper and in practice its just more anabolic. But for fullness and look when dieting its great imo.

    I’m yet to try DHB. But will be next cycle. Doing the test and NPP combo now and love it (apart from what it always does to my titties).

    Test and Nandrolone is the classic off season combo.
    Add in an oral like Dbol/Oxys, with some GH and Insulin and that would be about the best for all out mass.
    But you’d be watery. So if looking leaner is a priority, then simple Test and EQ would suffice. Add Var when things stall. DHB could even be a good shout if Primo is too dear. Tren i would avoid off season personally.

    Any reason why you would see someone consistently weigh more on off days?

    Would you say it was over eating? Then under eating on training days? Even with a 1450 cal deference between days?

    I buy off Protein Dynamix normally. For all i know i’m probably using the whey that’s fallen off the conveyor belt at the factory that destined for the skip, and is just swept into a bag and sold to me. Seems ok though, but then i’m not that anal.

    Is branded better? Possibly. But MP, GN, BP, etc are all big brands now. Its not a situation like the Rolex you buy in a shop vs the Rolex you buy off a guy on the beach who’s wearing an umbrella hat. I cant imagine Reflex have any more to lose than Go Nutrition if they were selling moody whey.

    I like bread. Wraps are so easy to get down, breakfast muffins are tasty, and i’ll have a burger most days so obv’s have a bun with that….. But i cant have much per sitting or it does me in. 50g carbs wise from bread a meal is my limit before it bloats me. I tried the post work out bagels and wheat based cereals, and i was just bloated beyond belief. Same if i push pasta too high.

    So when carbs are high like in pre, post and post-post my meals are rice based (apart from one day a week i’ll have pancakes pwo). The others are what ever i want.

    Hi Jordan,

    Do you normally wake up heavier or lighter after a rest day?
    Logic would say lighter, but atm i’m waking up about a pound heavier despite calories being way lower, and me still being very active.

    Low dose is ok. 20mg eod will clear up acne. 60-80mg a day for 3 months and yeah its harsh. But is no Superdrol.

    You know what, Tren is harsh, Halo is Harsh, DNP is poison, AIs, Yohimbine and Clen effect heart health. Yet we take them, but when it comes to taking something to manage a side effect brought on by our other drug abuse; everyone gets all pissy about how bad it is. As for it effecting our DNA. I call BS on that. It hangs about it the body for a long time once you cease taking it that’s all. But as for changing DNA? Unlikely. I’d say the 5 years of constant AAS use has changed me a lot more than the 2 courses of Roaccutane I did as a teen ever did.

    At the end of the day if you need it take it at the lowest dose possible. If you can get away with out taking it, great. If you don’t want acne, but you don’t want to take it, have tried everything else to clear/control it with no luck, then stop doing drugs that cause acne? lol

    Fair points Jordan regarding the save the DHB card.

    You ever found that somethings almost make you aromatise more? I can use 600mg of test and only need 12.5mg e3d. Yet if I was to use 450mg Test and 400 NPP i need 12.5mg ed and .25mg caber e3d just to not grow titties. Despite Nandrolone aromatising at 20% of Test. 750mg EQ and 600mg Test E I used 12.5mg eod.

    I hate pinning so would be doing a ml a time mixed with something smooth. I’d need less pippy test than i’m currently using, as the Triumph Test E 300mg has a little bite to it.

    Also, any reason from running the Aromasin so high? 12.5mg a day seems a lot for the amount of test you’ll be using. Isnt it better to keep it lower during offseason for heart health?
