I always used it at 500iu every 5 days. It serves a purpose. We’ve had 2 out of 3 of our children while I was “on”, and now i’ve had the snip, I hope it may help me recover when I do decide to come off. I’ve been on about 4 years, am mid-30s and had next to no test naturally anyway, so probably screwed regarding actual recovery but worth a shot. Also, I don’t like the idea of peanut balls. So I use it.

They all go to shit in the end.
Good news on the DHB, Will give that a whirl for certain.
What’s the PIP like? -
Yeah I pause at the fully stretched position, and then get as high onto my tip toes as possible for the first two sets. Then third high rep set was more constant tension, but I keep the focus on the calves.
They are towards the back end of the session though.
I rotate 4 movements across 2 weeks.
Seated toe press
Standing raise
Seated raise
Donkey raise -
How often you jabbing the test e a week?
If I jab test e once a week I get acne. Twice A week I don’t.
If I jab NPP twice a week I get acne, three times I don’t.

I have….. but only a low dose of each. Accutane in my opinion is best off ran low and before the acne even gets bad. Rather than waiting until acne is set in, then having to blast it.
But yes, I’ve run 75mg Var ed and 20mg accutane eod with no problems. Would I run 50mg superdrol and 80mg accutane a day? Fuck no…..
As for what’s worse… well I ran 60mg of Tbol for 8 weeks and when I had bloods done I had no HDL, high LDL and liver was slightly out. 60mg of accutane as a 65kg teen for 3 months and I had nothing out of place. 20mg ed or eod for about 2 years non stop and again nothing out of place.

I may try and just do a rest pause set for them for a while.
But i don’t want my volume to be too low as when i was doing PPL i was doing 3 sets with legs and push and they were growing well. so that was every 2-3 days they were getting hit. Now its every 3 or 4 days. The set format also worked well. load, back off and then something higher repped with more constant tension to pump them to shit and stretch em to finish.

Hi Jordan,
The new sessions are quite a bit more volume than what you were doing last year when you were on PPL (i still go back and repeatedly watch those videos btw, they’re epic). Looks like you’ve added more chest and delt work, as well as more sets.
Do you feel recovery is better now? Or is it more the fact that you’re not hitting each set with the loading and intensity you were before?

Can reduce blood pressure also…….

Eggs Royale because i’m posh as ruddy hell…….
Eggs, Smoked Salmon, English muffin with some Hollandaise and chives all over it basically.
Caloric as fook, and tasty.

Love a Sushi Fest. I’ve done a few sushi master classes and can roll my own which is handy. Often do platters if we have a few people over for dinner.
Rolled a 500g pack of Sushi rice and had litrelly a 1.5kg mix of mostly Tuna Nigiri, and Cucumber Hosomaki, with a few California Rolls for good measure. I polished it off post workout but it made my stomach very angry! Probably to much vinegar, soy and salt.
Last push up my carbs got to 350g post workout, and tbh i should have pulled the plug at 250g as after that is where things went wrong digestion wise. You live, and learn. Thats why i’ll be interested to see how you get on going back to nutrient timing approach. But if you’re not pushing to hard then i suppose the digestive system wont be as taxed as the years when you were pushing for size.

I’ve also switched this off season, but the other way from higher fat to higher Carb. As i’ve gone from being sedentary and doing 4000-5000 steps, to 10-14k a day, plus my new split takes me a good 2hrs, and a lot of sweat to finish…. One thing i really think helped is spreading my carbs as before i was trying to put 500g over 3 meals and then pro/fat for the rest. But it wrecked my guts. Now i’m on 500g, but spread over 5 meals. Its only 4 weeks into me pushing up but my stomach is fine, and feel as though another 500g would go in easily.
I also saw on your IG that youre a Jason Huh fan! Guy is epic. If you could pick a gene to have for bodybuilding it would be his. It would have been awesome to see what he could have achieved had he not been so focused on family (which is 100% a good thing). Remember an interview where (if i remember correctly), he basically said as soon as he turned pro he lost interest and started to cheat on his diet, miss cardio, meals, training and just tried to almost over compensate with drugs which led to his bad looks in later shows. Any way reason i mention him was he did a few things on how he trained his mid section and vacuum which could be handy to know as youre trying to improve this area. Could be worth asking him? It involved a type of pull over and when i tried it for a while it worked pretty well. Must have done something as cant imagine my 300lb guys still being able to pull the pose off. Classic physique guys sure, but different ball game with that kinda mass!

Hi Jordan. Yeah i remember from old logs you used to favor higher fats and carbs peri workout, but you had recently done a U turn and now seemed to prefer the higher carb/lower fat approach. Guess going back and seeing how performance and gut health holds out will let you know for certain.
Also i bet 150g of carbs before bed gives you a proper “carb coma”. haha Going forward would you spread that out more?

Hi Jordan. Quite a few diet changes at once from what you posted the other day. Do you not feel the shift from low to high fat, and the addition of wheat from cheerios, Malt Loaf and bagels could cause problems? Also didn’t you mention that oats were a “No No” the other day?
