    I use the Grip4orce ones on rare occasions.
    Good for bar curls, or making dips on narrow bars more pleasant. That’s about it.

    7 weeks is loads of time to drop a stone if needed. 0.8 lbs will drop off without needing anything aggressive.

    I’d drop 100g carbs and go from there.

    You can hold 200mg/ml with NPP.
    I go for the 150mg/ml from Triumph and Nexus at the minute. The “old” Triumph stuff was very good but always crashed.

    I use it time to time and have never had an issue. Ive been using there T400 for a year, and 150mg a week had me at 32nmol 6 days after the jab. So i’d say its good.

    It gets pushed quite hard (or did) on some forums so take that as a positive or negative really.

    Swapping Tren Enth to Ace massively helped my BP. Which is weird but true. 200mg Enth and i cant control it even on meds. 200mg Ace and its 115-120/60.
    I’d also drop Anavar. That’s quite a big dose for 7 weeks out. I like to taper 25/37.5/50 the last 6 weeks to keep strength good and finish with a nice look.

    Yeah I’ll stick with it for sure then.

    Like you Michael I never liked the steep angle so never did the movement. But I did the plate under a foot of the bench a lot just to give it a small decline. the steep angle of the presses is very shoulder friendly, and wasn’t as unstable as I imagined. So yeah apart from the rubbish ROM with my t-Rex arms it’s good.

    Yeah i like incline but incline barbel is a no-no. Smith at a lower angle is ok, as are dumbels but i stall on those really quickly.

    300 cals at a time is a good jump, but often if ive been dieting hard it will take upwards of 1500 calories before my weight settles and stabilizes. So i prefer a bigger jump out the gate and then trickle up after that.

    Accutane side effects are so over hyped. Guys saying dont use accutane its so bad, yet have no problem running 500mg Tren and some Superdrol. I had laser eye surgery when on 40mg a day. Didnt die. Not saying its wise but i did it. Never had a bad blood test on it after running 10mg a day for about 10 months, or when doing 40mg for 3 months. When i was on it as a kid the Dermo told my Mum she had never had to take any one off it due to health concerns. My Mum was worried due to all the bad press at the time, but that was mostly linked to depression. Which if you have a face full of painful spots and are depressed, then use accutane, you’ll likely end up with even more painful spots, but they’re now flacky and peeling off as well so that probably tips some kids over the edge.

    80mg is crazy though. Unless your about 300 lbs.

    NPP always gives me gyno, even with estrogen and prolactin/progesterone in range. As said 20mg Tamox a day and all’s well. But i would use an AI with that.

    He’s taking 500mg of test/ week – which is a fair amount – and 1.5mg of adex/ week to keep estrogen in range, so why should he drop his adex?! Doing so, would only lead to estrogen being way too high, leading to even more problems.

    Where did i say to drop adex?

    I used to get massively bad acne when i first started using gear. But pinning more frequently, and its much better. I also ran a few low dose courses of accutane. Last one i did was 20mg eod for about 9 months straight. Now i just get the odd one when cruising.

    Also i personally never had any issues with Lipids or liver. But it did kill off my Neutrophils to a large degree. This has never fully rectified. That was over two 40mg a day for 4 month courses prescribed by a dermo. I was about 13 at the time and probably 60kg!

    Not an issue doing it your way. But if body fat is a bit higher when starting a second push up, I personally like to diet quite hard for 6-7 weeks on a lower dose, then up it and push up weight for the next 10-12 weeks. This is a common way to tidy up. Only concern with dieting after, if losing the tissue that was added.

    Not sure on the cancer thing. HCG mimics LH which in turn will maintain ITT so you’re balls dont completely shut down, and therefore will still function to a degree. Not sure how that would equal cancer. Could be true, but its certainly not a growth factor for the balls. If that was so mine would hang like a couple of bowling balls. 500iu is what i was told would relate to around what the brain produces in LH. That could be complete BS though.
