    When i did two weeks with the family after dieting for 12 weeks, I aimed to rebound on holiday. So basically just ate and drank everything that I wanted for 2 weeks. Stayed active and came back about 1 pound heavier for it. I was training eod though.

    As for drugs, I don’t bother rebounding after a diet. Just straight to a cruise and slowly gain weight. Rebounding properly is harder than the dieting. I just want to lax back up again.

    Depends on calorie demands also. If you need 3000 a day sure it can be done. But last off season I got to 100 pre, 75 intra, 350 post and 150 post post. My guts were wrecked. Now I would spread that out way more as chances are 40% of those calories were just being shat out.

    Now I would do.

    75 pre
    50 intra
    200 post
    125 lunch
    100 mid avo
    75 dinner
    50 pre bed

    Hi Jordan. Where you getting bloods done now that you’re off medichecks? Private clinic or another online place that you can get taken from a vein?

    Yup, all about Gin, and Slimline Tonic.

    Also Larger and Guinness isnt as caloric as people think. Things like Ale, Cider, Cocktails (worst), Wine (Red and Rose especially), and the mixers are where the damage is done.

    Yeah screw damage limitation on a lads holiday.

    Go there, have fun, get a tan, eat burgers and shit with the boys, chuck in some healthy meals and shakes, have a few drinks but don’t drink you’re self into a stupor, stay active and just get back at it when you come back.

    Or pack a beach bag full of boiled eggs and water.

    While i agree that T3 does effect Thyroid shut down more than people realize, and it can be permanent. I’ve never experienced any weight gain after stopping T3.

    Yup, T3 always shuts my Thyroid down for a good few months.
    Its a good tool, but i know one day i’ll probably rely on Thyroid meds for life.

    I do 20-25 mins on off days, and try to get in around 10’000 steps.
    I’ll only drop it for 4-6 weeks before dieting so i can reintroduce it.

    I’ll get some Selenium, Iodine and L-Thyrosine.

    I did have a week off training before the test, so expected ALT and CK to be lower but will retest in a few weeks.

    Hi @DrDeanStMart, thanks for the response.

    Stopped the T3 about 3-4 weeks ago. Can’t remember exactly from memory but last time my Thyroid took a while to kick back in.

    No concern on the elevated Cretanine and Urea, or low Gamma GT?

    Also not sure why my ALT would be raised. Guess this is likely a blip.

    Is it worth getting this stuff retested?

    Would the low T4 have any effect on body composition?

    Good news is HDL is high for me!

    Also congrats on the pregnancy (saw in your blog). Just had number 3 myself and you’re in for a hell of a journey! Haha

    Off topic but you asked me to post them a few pages back (or somewhere if not here).

    Bloods off Triumph Test Cyp (200mg taken 1x per week). Sample was taken just before the jab was due. So 7 days after last jab. Looks about what i’d expect.

    TESTOSTERONE 21.2 nmol/L 7.60 – 31.40
    17-BETA OESTRADIOL 77.9 pmol/L 0.00 – 191.99

    I prefer a few slices of fresh ginger to ACV. Cheaper, tastes better, and good for the gut.
