I just use a greens powder with plenty of veg and some fruit on top. Can’t see why I’d need a multi on top.

Just have a couple of weeks off. Go for nice long strolls on the beach, have a swim, just stay active and enjoy the down time. Then you can come back fresh as a daisy ready to smash it.

Honestly @Jax don’t worry about it. It’s ok but you’re not missing out on much. Light/reduced fat Mozzarella is much nicer. Just not as high in protein.

Yeah get it in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, etc.
It doesn’t taste of much and is pricey though. Ok melted in an omelette but dry and tasteless otherwise.

Test Cyp once a week for me. Less jabs I can do the better. Never had any problems doing it this way.

Good point on hydration.
I will normally try and get 1L in before training at least. Probably more like 1.5L and make sure I’m hydrated through the night. Also pre and intra meals I always add some salt.

Yeah I don’t use an AI if I can help it. Cruise on 200-250 and can get away with it. 300mg a week and I’ll start to need to control Estrogen after a few weeks.
