Crashed gear isnt bad. Best NPP i ever used was Triumph 150mg/ml and it looked like a block of ice.

I’m cruising on 200mg Triumph Cyp, and due to get bloods done in a week. Interesting to see what it comes out as. Might be some naff raws floating about at the moment.

I used Taylormade before switching to Triumph and Hacks and it was always pretty good.
I’d be interesting to hear of results for SG stuff.Jordan, when doing leg curls do you point the toes up towards knee, or have them neutral? Probably a strange and off topic question, but i just noticed if i point toes up i can get an extra rep, but it feels a bit off? ha

Mix whey with water and pour it over the cereal. I make a runny paste and pour it over my Rice Krispies. Leave it for 5 mins and it comes out like a sticky Rice Krispie bar.

Why is prolactin so low also? I cant see any mention of Caber?

Put in a Pyrex, add water or Milk, stick in the microwave, stir, microwave it a bit more, and leave to stand for 10 mins to cool.

I’m trying to keep appetite at bay and digestion good while cruising so mines boring atm.
Pre – heaped 1/4 cup dry rice flakes, 1 1/2 cubes 90% cocoa, mixed with some almond milk. On the side 50g whey iso and a hand full of strawberries made into a paste. Serving of greens powder. (50g carbs)
Post is 2 scoops Cream of rice, Banana (100g ish), 2 tsp cylon cinnamon, bit of salt and some sweetener. 3 cups Rice Krispies with 60g whey iso on top. Another serving of greens powder. (175g carbs)
Post Post is 80g of carbs worth of Sushi (that i make myself), and a chicken breast salad. (80g carbs). Might have wraps, a curry, or some pasta if i cant be arsed to roll sushi.

Hi Jordan. You not taking Cardarine anymore? It’s supposedly good for fat burning etc. How did you find it?
Is it more something you’d simply utilise off season for the stamina benefits when weight gets high?
Also has your opinion on MK677 changed? I’m sure you said you planned to utilise it in some way off season… -
I’d say it depends on the carb to fat ratio more.
12g fat isnt excessive for 300g carbs. -
Yeah im only little. 5’7 and 185 ish at a very low bf.
Still focus on bringing weight up slowly during a cruise? Or keep scale weight around the same and hold strength. Then push food more when drugs are higher?It will be cool to get your opinion on the more exotic compounds like Trest (MENT), and DHB, as they’re not something i know much about. I was always of the impression they were a “better on paper” kind of thing…….. The old favorites were always better?!!

What about when drugs start to come back in after the cruise?
Do you still feel its important to see weekly scale movement when looking to add mass?
I find myself using the scales less and less tbh. They definitely can play with the mind. -

Is not tracking body weight something you’d consider post show for off season as well? Judge it just going by strength and look?

Test only for sure. Add an oral like Dbol, Tbol, Var or Winnie if you really want to jazz it up..
Tren in a second cycle!?! No fucking way. Even NPP/Mast/EQ i’d save for another 2 or 3 cycles. Just work Test up until you get to a dose that sides off it are counter productive.

I like the transition to off season tbh. Yeah its cool being lean after dieting. But moving heavy shit, eating lots of good food, being more relaxed and enjoying a beer or G&T when off season is better.
I tend to go the Sasan route after a diet and add in calories again quite quickly. Having a few cheats a week on top.
