I also get from Bulk powders. I wasn’t including sale discount price. Like you I wait till it’s 30-40% off. Same with everything on those sites……..

Is there that much price differenc? Places I buy, for 5kg there’s only a few quid between them. I guess buying in bulk from main suppliers is very different.
Is there a ratio you prefer or just 50/50?

Hi Jordan.
Having used both Peptopro and EAAs (Grunt) intra. Do you favour one over the other? I know JM switched from Peptopro to EAAs in his blends as felt it superior. I also prefer EAAs as I find I need more Peptopro to aliviate soreness. What’s your preference having given both a trial???

Never had sides from EQ at 750mg. I think it’s “ok” if you fancy a change. Try it and see. Luke S rates it highly and he’s not a small guy!!

Only problem I see is you deadlift with back and chest, then SLDL with legs. Surely your back will be fried after pulling from the floor the day before? Also back squats in there as well.
For me nothing stalls progress like a over worked lower back. But give it a try and see if you can get away with it.

Depends how easy you put on muscle, or fat. If fat Is easily gained and new muscle is hard come by, it doesn’t make sense to add 30lbs for 2 lbs of muscle tissue. If you can add 7-8lbs then 30lbs is reasonable.
I try and get every bit of strength and weight gain i can get out of every calorie adjustment i make. When things start to stall I’ll adjust food up….

I just aim for 40-45g a meal, so about 240-260g a day. But when you add trace proteins into the equation, then it’s likely 320g plus a day. Depends how you look at it.

You’re taking accutane now. Get a test, if liver function is normal then you have the option to add Var. If it’s not then best to look at getting your liver healthy.

Obvious answer is get a liver function blood test. I’ve run orals and accutane together but never the accutane that high. That’s a big dose. I never went above 20mg a day.

That’s a lot of steps per day so I’d personally not do any cardio…
If you have a less active day you have the option to lower carb intake on that day slightly. Say by 200 cals or so.
But unless I was getting to that stage where I was getting “too” fat and wanted to extend off season a bit further i wouldn’t change anything.

Bent over barbell, tbars, smith rows, tbar with a wide grip, neutral grip cable row, stuff like that…

Sat – offSessions are about 90-95 mins and hard.
My upper routine I’ve posted in other upper lower posts…..Plenty of frequency and rest. So should be good for growth. But the sessions are hard, and I imagine will get really hard when weight and strength start to climb again….

OffPlenty of recovery time which I need with squats and RDLs in the mix. I don’t like taking 2 days off on the trott though.
Before I was doing pull, push, off, legs, off, repeat. So this is more frequency but slightly less volume per session. 4 rotations instead of 3 so everything is still getting hit every 2 weeks.
