    You either have a classic shape or you don’t.
    So many guys who aren’t big enough for the open play the classic card. Even though they have blocky physiques.

    As for split it wont matter. Chris Bumstead is doing a Push Pull Leg split. Ian Valliere is doing a bro split. I doubt we’ll see Chris in the open, and Ian in Classic come September.

    Most would find the opposite for water. When food is mega high i struggle to drink much. Maybe just a pint between my meals. Water with food would kill my appetite. Cardio helps and short 10-15 min walks between meals. Lowering protein, and keeping carbs high is good but eventually you’ll have to increase fats as more carbs isn’t then the easy option. Off season i’ll mix up my meals and have more free meals just to keep the desire to eat high. When its the same old food, in the same old order it can get a bit boring and off putting. So mixing it up makes the process enjoyable. Also you can make your day longer so meals are more spaced out, or eat less meals but higher volume.

    I think there are also some peptides that can help appetite but i’ve not used any apart from MK677, but cant say i noticed much.

    Yeahs its pretty simple. I go, wait for a while and drink some free squash, they prick your finger to check you’re good to “give”. Then just a case of taking a fucking garden hose sized needle in the arm and sitting there for 5-10 mins. After that is a club biscuit, horrible cup of coffee, then book in for 12 weeks time and drive home. Train as normal but i would certainly avoid training after. Wait until the next day, but cardio should be ok.Little tip is to go for a little wander round and drink loads of fluids before you give. Blood pisses out much faster.

    How are ferratin levels donating this frequently? Mine tanked doing 3 donations a year so I don’t give blood as frequently now

    Never noticed an issue. My blood count is always very similar when tested. Neutrophils are always slightly out of range but everything else is in. Only time HCT raises is if using DHB.

    I’ve given blood 2-3 times a year for the last 15 years and the last time is the only time i’ve been refused. But i think that must be a cock up somewhere as i had bloods done at the GP 5 days before and everything was normal (top of range), but tested there and i was low on hemoglobin!? Given my diet is high in Steak, Kale, Spinach, Eggs, Salmon etc i cant imagine im deficient.

    I couldn’t give blood today as my iron and hemoglobin was to low apparently. Even though i had bloods done a week ago and all was well except HCT. Either the bloods i had done were no good, or my blood just didnt want to sink. HCT not high enough to worry so will just get bloods checked again in a couple of weeks.

    That’s strange, like Haider said IP6 is a great supplement. I believe Jordan is soon releasing a product to help with this along side kidney and liver health. I give blood 2 to 3 x a yr as mine is high when using.

    I didn’t think IP6 did anything for HCT directly, just overall red blood cells. Of which mine aren’t high. Also i dont believe IP6 is that effective for most. My HCT normally sits at mid-range as i give blood every 12-15 weeks anyway. But DHB is like rocket fuel for my HCT levels. 750mg EQ and no issues. 300mg DHB and im out of range.

    6 weeks or more potentially at that dose. You will hit rock bottom and feel like shit. I assume you need it prescribed for legal reasons? they will charge alot more than the black market products and usually have you run aromasin and hcg throughout. If your wanting children i would personally do a full pct and try and get back any test you may have. Even TRT dose will suppress fertility. If you do go to TRT then 150mg a week is sufficient and i would source that yourself, test E or cyp is fine. Split and jab eod with a small pin (i use an insulin pin). This will keep oes under control. I did TRT and HMG to try and help spermagenasis but it was still suppressed. Now i have run a full pct with hcg, clomid and now hmg in attempt to get my wife pregnant.

    Fertility is a funny thing though and one experience isnt always the case for another. You struggled, I got my Mrs pregnant the only time i forgot to pull out after 3-4 years on cycle and TRT. Personally if health and a family are a priority then i’d come off completely and just use clomid, HMG, HCG and ride it out. You may not feel shit. I now dont cruise, i’ll just drop everything but HCG and stay off for 8 weeks or so. Never felt any worse doing this. Never lost any real strength. Just get a bit flat and probably put on some fat. I’d only cruise now if i was staying off more than a couple of months.

    Much more than 4 weeks. Try about 10 weeks for 700mg Cyp to fully clear.
    If the NHS give you a blood test, and go on to prescribe you TRT in 2020 you’ll be lucky. You’re in for a long ol’ride.

    Sustanon = Poison. Well to me anyway. All those esters just dont seem to get on.
    I’d rather use a test 400 which is a combo of Enth and Undec these days for cruising.

    HCG during is beneficial, but some will argue that. I still believe regular HCG use when cruising between cycles aided me in having my kids when i probably would have been shooting blanks without it.

    AI use will be person dependent. But for 300mg most would need a minimal amount. Possibly 1/4 tab every 3 days. Always have an AI and Nolva on hand though.

    You shouldn’t have BP issues on 300mg, it will also not be that harsh on lipids, so i personally would just run a decent fish/krill oil.

    Most important thing is lots of food and rest, paired with pushing strength as much as possible.

    As has been said, you probably have another 15-20 lbs in you before a tidy ups required. That’s assuming health, appetite and digestion is all good.

    Id just diet straight up to the holiday. You’re not lean by the sound of it and so being flat wont make you look any different. I always bloat on holiday when lean. You’re in hot weather, eating salt filled foods, normally a bit of alcohol. Even if im shredded, i’ll get puffy nips and hamster cheeks at the least. Just the nature of the beast.

    When actually on holiday, i tend to relax. That’s the idea of the holiday surely? So i’ll eat and drink what i want, when i want. Ive never gone away looking like a week out Dorian, and come back like John Goodman. I just don’t eat like a mong, and stay active rather than laying on a sun lounger all day drinking pina coladas. But if that’s what you want to do, then do that!

    Gone and ordered a tub of Yamamoto, Animal and the MRE. So hopefully one he likes.
    As i said i could show him how to make one at home. But he’d never do it. In the 38 years i’ve known him he’s never made himself anything to eat. If my Mum was away he’d either go to a restaurant, go hungry, or very rarely, pan fry some oven chips and cover them in ketchup.
