Ran 15mg ed for 12 weeks. Trained in the am with just a pro/fat meal and no intra carbs. Seemed to do the trick.

Could be Gilbert’s syndrome could it not dean? My bilirubin used to be sky high on occasion for no reason and I was diagnosed as this. Apparently harmless and genetic but can cause yellowing of the eyes. Also it’s apparently beneficial to HDL.
Can’t say I’ve had high bilirubin on a blood test for a fair few years but I used to get checked every 3-4 months and for about 5 years it was high.

Dieting then I’ll track it all.
Off season I would just track the macro I want from that source. Apart from stuff like certain steak, eggs, cheese, salmon, chicken thighs, and possibly the fats from oats if having a cup at a time or more. I count it as about 5g of fat (6g actually) per cup and 55g of carbs. Potatoes, rice, wraps etc just the carbs. Same with protein and lean meats, and just the fats from nut butters or stuff like tzatziki or coleslaw. -
Bump
I’ll just run it as a standard 2 set split and see how I get on if no input from people more knowledgeable than myself. 🙂

Probably best eod then. I’ll just need to remember!

Pretty much as Mike says
Super-Bio Curcumin 2 x 400mg
Vitamin K2 MK7 200mg ed
Nordic Natural Fish Oil 3 x 2.5ml
Evening Primrose Oil 2 x 1300mg
Citrus Bergamot 500mg
COQ-10 200-300mg ed
NAC 2 x 600-700mcg -
BCAAs are inferior to EAAs which I take intra. So for me it’s not a product I bother with. I used to have a scoop prefasted cardio but not bothered in about 3 years and not noticed a difference.

Hi jordan. What about a EQ, Test and Mast stack for cutting? Obvs Tren is king but I can imagine this would give a great look with a bit of Var added towards the end?
I’m just finishing my first Tren E cycle and found the stuff great (but at 280mg feel my dose was probably to high). But one thing I didn’t like was the “look” it gives? I feel my look was better last diet with Test, NPP and Var. But then maybe that’s just because i don’t compete and don’t nessacerily like the “freaky” factor as much.
What do you tend to use for clients who can’t handle Tren? Could you ever imagine prepping without it? I remember in a video you said you tried a high dose of Mast and no Tren and didn’t like the look. I’f the tidy up with EQ does well would you think about trying something like EQ, Test, Mast and poss Primo to see what it’s like? 🙂

No Jordan,
but 3-4 weeks for visual changes for me I’d say, but that may have been sooner if I started at a lower BF. Took longer for the look to fade than it did to appear. Suppose from last jab I started to notice fullness loss, and less of a polished look from 4 weeks. Tren and Test just made me more vascular and gave a different look, once the EQ faded out.

Very True Jordan it is a clear cut result. What I meant by on the fence was I liked it for dieting, but thought it pointless for adding mass. It still gave a “look” off season. But this was lost as bf crept higher obvs.
I was using 300mg EQ with 400 Test instead of my usual 600 Test to diet. Just as I had the EQ to hand really and imagined the look would be good. 300mg EQ seemed to have an effect for me. Next diet I’ll probably lower Test to more like 300, and up EQ to 450-500. With a sprinkling of Tren.

500-600 Test and 375 NPP is good for me.
NPP at any dose effects my libido for the worse. Not something that overly bothers me be married with kids tbh. -
Main concern is progressing the two load sets. Would I be better to add an extra movement instead? So a machine for possibly a muscle round or rest pause? Only thing with this is it would be more focused on one part like chest, rather than an extra set that’s chest, delt and tri focused?

Can you not get different bars for squatting? Invest in a safety squat bar, also adding bands to movements will adjust it enough.
If equipment was limited I’d just do 2-3 rotations and do a PPL or UL split instead of combining them. Are you stuck to working out those days?
Pull/Push/Off/Legs/off repeat or U/L/off/U/L/off have served me and many well.
Either way just have a play about with it until you find a groove that works for you as far as recovery is concerned.

Yup, still train at Monster. Epic place as far as equipment goes.
