    I personally think you’re over doing it.
    I’m about the same size, probably not quite as lean and cruise on just 150-200 Test and hold size fine. Anything that may be lost like fullness and possibly a small amount of strength comes back as soon as drugs come back in it all comes back. Often at 200mg I’ll make strength progressions, and use a cruise to reset numbers and re program to work on weaknesses.

    I take a cruise as a break for body and mind. You can’t be pushing hard constantly or you’ll burn out.

    That’s my 2c anyway.

    Hi Jordan. I remember in old videos you used to do the high incline cable presses. You not like these anymore? I find them great for a contraction at the top as long as loading isn’t low (below 8-9 reps)

    Yup about 60-70 mins pre. 10-15 mins before my pre-workout meal.
    Then another about 15-20 mins post workout, and 30-40 mins before my post workout meal.
    10mg each time.

    I just use a body scrub and back brush for hard to reach areas.
    20mg eod for the last couple of weeks of a cycle, and 2-4 weeks into a cruise means i normally have no outbreaks. Pinning 2-3 times a week also helped me rather than just once. Accutane is one of those things where the more you use it the less you need. I have a few packs left that i’ll likely never use. As using it on and off for 2-3 years means i dont really get outbreaks any more, and any i do, tend to clear quite easily.

    Yeah.
    Adductor machine is an obvious one. Paused squats are also great for this, as are laying DB Leg curls.

    I weigh it cooked. Just makes life easier and i cant imagine the small variations in water matters.
    I’ll cook things that can be eaten rare, as rare. Chicken/pork until its cooked through. So cooking time is always consistent.

    Yeah think most have the NY as Nathans.
    He wont win, but i like John Jewitts look in the 212. Guy has a nice shape in my opinion.

    Im with Corinne and eat mostly cold food anyway even though i have access to a microwave.

    Especially off season when food is high. Its easier to get down cold meals in my opinion.

    Also cold Oats are the nuts. So is making a home made pasta or potato salad kind of thing. Wraps or bread and make a sandwich?

    Jet2 actually! RyanAir on the way back. I’ll take a flask next time though! My Mother raised no fool.

    I get the liquid. Tastes…… OK. I stick with 10ml as i also eat a lot of Wild Alaskan Salmon, and normally some Mackerel each week when not dieting.

    I think Go nutrition do one.
    But i’d rather pay the extra for Nordic just for knowing what i get is “pure” and not rancid.
    Its only 60p per day if using 10ml a day. I bought a cup of Tea on a flight yesterday for £2.50. £2 fucking 50 for a tea bag, water and about 15ml of milk!

  • Off season yes. But i still kind of know what im eating. I just done weight shit out constantly.

    So for example i’d just look on a packet as to the marcros i want. So a wrap might be 30g carbs, a couple of fats and some protein. I’d disregard the fat and pro and just assume its 30g of carbs. Then for protein i’d get a 1kg pack of chicken, cook it and eye ball it into 5 even portions. One portion would go with the wrap, the rest in the fridge. Chuck in some salad, fried peppers and onions etc. Then thats a meal. 45g protein, 30g carbs and a few fats from the cooking oil. When weight stalls i may want to add more to that meal. So i could add a 1/2 cup of refined beans, or something. That would give another 15-20g of carbs or so. Say i dont want that meal. I’d just use the same kind of macros, but may be have a bagel instead of a wrap, or a curry with a cup of rice, oats, milk and whey. What ever…. Might even go out and get some thing.

    This last off season i tracked everything to a tee. It did make me question my life tbh as i was so regimented i almost became paranoid of eating “off plan”.

    As Stephen said if you want to be the best then its probably better to track and live the “life style”. But for me, its all about balance. I’m strict when i need to diet. Lax when its time to get fat and strong.
