    I’m the opposite. My arms were always bad, and i did an arm day, as well as tacking on some sets at the end of chest and back sessions to try and improve them. After 2 years of hammering and pumping away they were still poor.

    What got them up was just getting strong at the basics. Dips (machine and free), CGBP, floor presses and tricep extensions. Then just getting strong on pulling movements, plus bar curls, preacher curls etc but keeping form as tight as possible.

    I ended up getting “micro” plates so i can add just 0.5kg a time on bar curls/extensions to keep form consistently good. DB stuff id just focus on getting an extra rep a time. Really slow progressions but added just under 1.5″ to my arms over 10 months.

    Agreed….

    I’d do 1.5ml a week and see how you get on. Food and training in check and you’ll make some very nice gains. Keep doing that until you’ve exhausted that dose. Then up to 500mg before starting to think about adding in other compounds.

    I like the flavored sparking waters personally. Otherwise i end up drinking about 300g of caffeine a day!

    Also diet Bitter Shandy from Tesco. It probably has about 0.2% alcohol so really takes the edge off. haha

    I tidy up on a cruise and progress fine.

    I suppose it depends on how much mass you carry, and how hard you find it to build new tissue. Jordan, Sas, Luke, Jim’s size where new tissue is harder come by its probably likely you’d drop that tissue on a “true” cruise dose in a hard deficit. But for me, being just 185-205 lbs at 5’7″ i can cut quite aggressively for, say 6 weeks on 150-200mg of test, and still make some progress lifts wise.

    I take it 60-70 mins pre training (just before a meal) and can notice an effect at 50mg.

    Is the 2 rotations now just because your doing one body part focused session a week rather than every 3-5 days? If doing 3 rotations it would only be every 3 weeks which isn’t frequent enough?

    Hi Jordan.
    I’ll f you wanted to progress strength and size rapidly do you still favour just two rotations? Or is this not enough variation of movements and would lead to stalling to frequently? So hitting something ever 12-15 days instead?

    Hi. If you don’t want to develop a disorder again I wouldn’t advise tracking all that much in the off season.

    I did this last off season to try and stay tighter but it defenitly left me feeling uneasy about eating “off plan”. From now on i’ll only ever take a relaxed approach to off season eating.

    Just look on the back of a pack and if it’s 30g carbs per 100g product I’ll just eye ball 100g of carbs worth or what ever and eat it. Add some sauce, guess the cooked meat weight and that’s it. I’d only weigh or track foods when dieting.

    I had this. I cut right down to about 2400 cals from 4800 off season as then just stopped losing weight after 8-9 weeks dieting.
    Regular refeeds and cheat meals have helped me continue to tighten up.
    Sometimes its just a case of doubling carbs for a day. Other times its been a cheat meal a day, on top of 3 x the carbs, and i had no rise on the scales the next morning.
    I normally have to refeed every 5-7 days and just dip my toe the first day with double carbs and a cheat. See what the scale does and adjust for the next day. Ideally the morning after a refeed i want to be 3-4 lbs heavier and look better. Then that drops off over a day or two and i reach a new low. I’ll then try and bring that low down a bit more before i start to look flat and so repeat the process. Hope that makes sense.

    Hope it helps. Not smoked weed for about 15 years and all it did was make me sick as a parrot but hope this helps.
    Proper stress head these days. Used to be calm and mellow. Had Kids, now spend my evenings trembling and mumbling to myself in the corner…..

    Devastatingly awesome……. for about a week. Then you’d probably start shitting out organs. I bet some power lifters have done it though. haha
