    Hi Jordan. So the 50mg of SD is Pre and Post? 100mg a day! Or 25mg pre and same post? I couldnt imagine running 100mg a day. 20mg makes me feel 🙁

    Whats the minimum amount of superdrol (effective dose) you would recommend to a mere mortal out of interest……? 🙂

    That combo should give a hell of great look though. Does BP not become an issue with that amount of orals + the good dose of Tren?

    In the last video you said about not doing heavy DB laterals (or any) for a while and have made much more progress. Do you still feel that as part of a full or upper body they are useful due to the additional upper back/trap recruitment?

    Also, as a request could you take a look at my tread in the training section “4-5 day split”? Sorry for the cheeky plug 🙁

    You don’t need flat bench. If you want to do an incline, or even a very slight decline instead do that.
    I never barbell flat press anymore. I’ll always stick a 5kg plate under the seat end of the bench to just give it a very slight decline. Just seems to aggravate my shoulder less.
    Same with incline. A 10kg plate gives a nice 25-30 degree angle. Rather than a 45 degree.

    Looks fine to me.

    How long post finishing the Clomid did you have the tests done? Clomid will raise LH and FSH.

    High Liver Enzymes cant be simply because of hard training. I’ll normally have a rest day off the gym the day before bloods.

    I wouldn’t be worried with those numbers.

    If off season whats worked for me in the past is just pushing weight regardless of dropping reps.

    So if you do 110 x 5 now and cant beat that.
    Drop to 95-100kg and see how many you can do.
    Then just add 5kg every time and aim to get as many reps as possible.
    Keep going all the way up until you hit a 1 or 2 rep max.
    Then drop back down to 110kg and see what you can do.

    Alternatively the Dan “Boss” Greene method put loads on my bench but then i injured myself. Basically its lots of 3 and 5 rep work for a good amount of volume and twice a week frequency. Also a lot of bench variations to spend loads of time under the bar. Great if you fancy a change of training style.

    Tricep extension i think of as more of a bang for the buck movement. Skull Crushers at various angles, French presses, seated DB ext, Over head extensions on the cable machine etc. Isolation i mean stuff like 1 arm press downs, cable kick backs, all stuff i can 100% isolate with perfect form.

    Does this look enough Volume? Any way i could build in Deadlift’s without taking Squats from the leg sessions? I’ve kind of compromised by adding in RDLs.
    Would 4 rotations be better than 2? I want to be able to train local on the weekends for convenience so 3 rotations is out as i would need to travel 25 mins from home to access the equipment, rather than 3 mins.

    If done correctly i’d day thats plenty:

    For me i’ll do as a P/P/off/L/off/ repeat split. So this is e5ds, rather than a week. So it works out lower volume than what you’re doing.

    5-6 sets chest
    5 sets delts (side and front)
    6 sets Tris
    9 sets back (lat and upper)
    2 sets rear delts
    5 sets bicep
    6 sets quad
    5 sets hamstrings

    Then Abs and Calves its 3 sets of each very other workout.

    I’m gassed after that and its about the max i can get away with. I’ve had to lower the chest volume now dieting as my pressing after just panned!

    Example

    Chest Compound 2 sets
    Chest Compound 2 sets (dropped to 1 set, then dropped altogether)
    Delt Compound (high inc press) 2 sets
    Tricep Comp 3 sets
    Chest Iso 2 sets
    Delt Iso 3 sets
    Tricep extension 2 sets
    Tricep isolation 1 set of “fluffy” shit for dat pump…..
    Calves or Abs 3 sets and finish with a drop set

    I don’t believe any of the bro science about them blunting fat loss or anything. I’ve guzzled them every diet I’ve done and never noticed any negatives.

    If I were to step on stage I might not have any the last week or so as a just in case. But as has been mentioned Im sure Sas said he used Diet Coke as his only fluid one show day.

    10mg, possibly 15mg of Superdrol preworkout is about all i can handle.
    That shits nasty x 10. Strength is dipping now though and im feeling pretty flat.
    Now where did i put that tub of SD???? haha

    Obviously i have no idea how much muscle you carry. But the two IFBB pros on here who are competing in the NY Pro in a few weeks are using less. So is Jordan. If your muscle mass is on this level then fair enough.
