    For off season i’d say Var and its less likely to kill appetite.
    I can do 4-5 weeks on Var before i suffer, but Oxys, Superdrol etc after a week im choking down my meals.

    Most like to use a Krill oil over Cod Liver Oil.

    I use 2g Krill Oil a day, and 15ml Nordic Naturals Fish Oil to hit my Omega 3 totals..

    I train early so prefer to load up on carbs the night before. Then just have some eggs, chicken, cheese and spinach in an omelette. When really pushing food i’ll add a couple of the thin bagels if needs be. So probably opposite to what a lot would suggest (having a lot of fat pre workout) but works for me, and quite happy to smash legs an hour after and feel good.

    Loads of carbs preworkout normally just makes me sleepy.

    Cant say i’ve ever had the need to force feed. Even high in off-season on 6000 plus calories im still peckish for my meals away from training.

    Trick is just to create the demand, find foods that sit well, and spread the meals out a bit. Beyond the genetic aspect, i think a lot of the digestive issues happen when you take drugs that effect appetite, or you’re holding tons of water etc. Stay tidy and use drugs and doses that dont effect you negatively, then create the demand for the calories by training like an animal.

    I’d keep on track until Christmas eve, then as Hilly says xmas day and boxing day i’d just let loose. Wouldn’t bother fasting as all the tit-bits through the day are a must. Mince pies, chocolates, crisps and nibbles, few drinks, proper cooked breakfast etc are a must.

    Problem is my Wifes family is massive and do a day each at her aunties, her parents, so by the time we do my side, her side, see friends etc it turns in a 5-6 day session! I never usually bother training either. Just have a bit of down time and spend it with the family.

    Triumph do a 150mg/ml NPP and crashes 9 out of 10 times. Its still PIP free when heated back to liquid. I believe that its very close to 150mg/ml but like i say its often solid at room temp. So not sure if you could do a 200mg/ml.

    I’d do both. Smith is more lower back friendly, but back squats are just awesome.
    Best progress in leg strength i ever made was when i rotated back, smith and safety bar front squats.

    Dont keep chucking more drugs at something that isnt even a problem. Your body’s producing everything it needs on its own. Either wait for yourself to recover further over the next 4-8 weeks, or cruise. If you think you’ll hold onto muscle at 18nmol better than at 9nmol you’re in doo-lally land.

    Nope, voice changed nothing. I recognized that I lost my hair on the head and grown it everywhere else.. ????

    Luckily head isn’t effected but dear god the hair growth everywhere else. When i was 25 i had a normal amount of hair. 10 years later and the only place that isn’t covered are my eye balls.I spend about 300 sheets a year on waxing, and have to sheer myself weekly. I really hope it calms down when i stop AAS. If it remains i’ll be well hacked off.

    Voice has always been horrendously deep and not noticed it getting any worse.

    Pharma HCG says on the packaging to not keep it below 4 degrees in powder form. So why risk keeping it in a fridge which is usually set at 4 degrees? Just store it somewhere cool and that has a stable temperature.

    Taken from University of Michigan (medical school) site ” Store the powder form of HCG at room temperature (15-30 degrees) away from light, moisture, and heat. After mixing the powder with the liquid you must keep the mixture in the refrigerator. If you are using the Pregnyl brand of HCG, throw away any mixed medicine that you have not used within 60 days after mixing. If you are using the Novarel brand of HCG, throw away any mixed medicine that you have not used within 30 days after mixing. Store Ovidrel prefilled syringes in the refrigerator. You may also store Ovidrel at room temperature protected from light, but you must use it within 30 days.”

    I take 5mg Cialis preworkout. Helps with pumps for sure, and the blood flow aspect has got to be of benefit in regard to helping get intra workout goodies to the right places. Supposed to help with BP as well.

    Also might make my willy harder.

    As has been said Viagra works the same but is shorter lived and gave me a head ache. Not the throbbing head the Mrs was looking for. So i stick with Cialis.

    lol Rotties. I love the Luke Sandoe reference. I’m pretty sure he’s not human. Your food looks good though. I like a meal off a week, the reason i don’t eat too much junk is it just makes me feel like shit. I can eat large cals from clean foods but if i eat shit my guts bloat and it puts me off my next meals. Still some people can digest anything. Also you have to look at the heath aspect of foods. what are they doing to your insides. Obviously some don’t care which is their choice.

    100% he’s not human. Luckily i don’t really have many digestion issues unless i get above 600g of carbs a day, then i just have to start to eat more fats for calories. Fortunately i’ve never had to push super hard to get weight on. 6000 cals max and that sat easy. But i have to eat the same things. Eating instinctively just seems to mess me up stomach wise.

    Why you all eating boring food? I remember seeing a video where Luke Sandoe stated something like “you dont get a trophy for eating shit food”. 🙂

    I’m not posting photos cos i cant be arsed but todays menu….

    2 bagels, 4 slices of ham, 2 slices light cheese made into a toastie.
    4 eggs with spinach as an omelette with so smoky bbq sauce. cooked in coconut oil

    2 cups coco pops
    2 scoops chocolate whey, 1 banana and some chocolate oat milk all blended and poured on above.
    100g rice flakes, 50g jam made as rice pudding

    fillet steak, pack of jasmine rice, 200g pineapple, kale, a soreen malt loaf and drizzle of tahini.

    2 wraps, chicken breast, 1/2 pot guacamole, baby leaf salad, and 2 sachets of cinnamon oats with some skimmed milk.

    grilled Salmon, 300g new potatoes, broccoli and a bowl of rice based cereal after. Or i may just have a pack of rice instead of potato and cereal.

    Milk protein, peanut butter and 200g 5% greek yog. 15ml nordic oil, 2g krill and 3g EPO.

    Normally chuck in a treat a day as well. Chocolate bar, cookie, doughnut or what ever i fancy really, may be a beer or two when cooking dinner. Anything around 250-350 calories im good with.
