Hi Sas.
So off season do you still shoot for macros per meal. So for a meal you might aim for 50-60p, 60-80c, 10-20f, and that can come from any food you want. Or do you just go completely random and think as long as i’m getting enough protein i’m good?

I mix 5000iu into 1ml. Then for every 0.1 on a slin pin its 500iu, 0.2 is 1000iu. Never had any pain.

How’s that effecting you mentally? Do you still feel like you’ll be as interested in training, or do you plan on focusing on other hobbies (as well as family)? -
Agreed. Unless its a career and you’re getting paid to do it, you have no valid reason to sacrifice anything.
If going out and having a few drinks is important to you then do it. Just dont get so messed up that you feel off the next day. Then you can have the best of both worlds. Or if you like getting messy then just train mon-fri and take the weekend off to let your hair down.

135-140 I wouldn’t worry either. Off season towards the end of a big weight push I’ll get to this. Mine was getting up over 150-160 before adding in meds.

Seems to be down to 125/70 now so i’ll keep the dose the same.
Carditone arrived today so a couple of caps of that should reduce it further. Then hopefully i can come off the BP meds. -
Hi Sas. Is it usual for Chris to increase carbs towards the end of prep when you’re leaner?
I guess its as metabolism has sped up from being able to work at a higher capacity? Or is it more a case of just slowing down the weight loss now the majority of chub is off?
Oh and i also saw the pics on your insta! Holy cow, you’re looking serious business!

Erm, you can have a drink?
You’re not in prep and 2 weeks out from the Olympia. I’m dieting at the moment and went out for a birthday friday. Was 192.1 lbs Friday morning, had a monster cheat meat of Indian food, couple of G&Ts, and a couple of beers. Woke up the next morning at 194.8 and looked better. This morning 190.4 and tightest i’ve been.
A couple of drinks here and there WONT hold you back. Getting smashed every week, shoveling a doner and chips down, then laying in till 2pm the next day will. Saturday morning i was up at 6am, after 5 hours sleep, had some food, trained chest, and took PBs 10 weeks into a diet.
Lifes for living. One day you wont care about BBing and you’ll likely look back and regret putting REAL life on hold.
Thats my 2c anyway.

Yeah i tend to do 3 or 4 times, and 3-5 readings a day. I always read high the first once or twice so tend to disregard these. Did readings today at 7am (then took dose), 10am then 1pm. This is the first day ive done readings since starting though. I’ll try again on monday, and see if its lowered by then. If not then i’ll up to 20mg.

As a single dose, or split? Does it matter?

Three days on 10mg and still at 140. Shall i up to 20mg or does it take a few days to reduce?

I use 20mg eod of Accutane when i first start a blast, and when i drop to a cruise. Just 3-4 weeks and this stops the majority of acne.
As for scars you can get something called Panoxyl cream or something like that? I used this previously and it helps.
For the red marks left behind its just time. Some wont ever go. I still have some pretty bad scars from acne as a teenager, and i’m 34 now. Tan helps cover them. -
@ChocChipWookie just read through and they’re pretty simple. Just don’t make out that you’re on the verge of death, and you’ll likely be OK.

Hi Sas. Nothing too crazy on the drug front that’s for sure.
So did you do 8 weeks on the Test, EQ and Deca, then switch to Test, Tren and Mast? Did the switch lead to a big weight drop?
