    No idea on the calcium/potassium to magnesium. I don’t supplement with any of those. Could it be worth adding magnesium?

    Ordered some Lisinopril which i can collect later today apparently. I’ll use it until i can get it under control naturally. I dont want to be relying on it.

    I’ll take a look.

    It’s likely drop the EQ and lower Tren to 200mg. If it still doesn’t drop then i’ll drop the Tren altogether. But having a few Lisinopril on hand to drop it quick would be comforting.

    Hi Sas. Whats the drugs side looking like now?

    Lookin through you last mentioned “750 test, 400 eq, 300 deca, 50mg anadrol pre workout, 0.5mg arimidex every day. 3iu gh every other night.
    No anadrol on rest days” But have mentioned 25mg Var, 250mg Tren and Mast in later posts?

    I agree with Sas. Unless you’re very gifted genetically you have to accept that fat to muscle ratio is going to be about 5:1. Trying to get that to 2:1 would make any progress painfully slow. Push up as high as comfortable, diet down to a semi tight state, then push up again. This off season i pushed from 172-210, back to 184, then up again to a tighter 205.

    Now i’m sat at a lean ish 192. Hopefully those two pushes from May 17 to Feb 18 have given me 8 lbs of muscle. So 8 lbs over 10 months, and for 33-38 lbs of “weight” gain.

    As for lean bulking. Yeah clean foods will be easier to not spill over on calories. But Chicken and Rice all day would drive me mad. In my mind the off season is a chance to be more normal with regard to food choice, and to be social (have a beer and some dirty food with the lads here and there).

    I’ve had it happen after re-feed days. Wake up a pound lighter even when carbs have doubled or even tripled the day before.
    But then i’ve also reduced carbs and in turn calories, and upped cardio but the next morning woken up heavier.
    Scale weight is just a reference and is very rarely linear.
    Normally though after a cheat or refeed, i’d expect a pound or two increase the next day, then down to around base line before dropping further again. Get 2-3 pounds off, and feed up again.

    Low dose Clomid will increase FSH. HCG mimics LH. It wont show on a blood test as LH though, if im not mistaken?

    FSH and LH will likely be at 0 now until you come off. HCG could have kept you fertile if used from the start (it did for me).

    The whole FSH, LH, ITT and fertility thing is very complicated. When you actually want kids then worry about it. Right now you’ve left the barn door open and the horse has bolted. No point in trying to catch it just to leave the door open again.

    Also at 20 you shouldnt be worrying about kids. Barely out of nappies your self. 😉

    Thanks James. Do you think back recovery could be effected by Pulling on the lower day? I’d probably just do one set of 5-8 from the floor, then maybe some RDLs for hamstrings?

    Hmm. Even at 750mg i wouldnt use EQ as a mass builder again personally. I used it with 600mg Test and tbh i couldnt say it blew me away.
    If i wasn’t wanting to add much size, and just look to stay lean then yeah. Lower test and EQ could work. But NPP for me at 350-375mg kills twice that amount of EQ.
    Some people love it however so give it a go. Sure loads of good physiques have been built with EQ.

    I’m using it the first 10 weeks of my cut (although that will likely be 13-14 weeks before its out the system).
    Its giving me some crazy veins now im lean, and i feel its helping keep me fuller. Even on the lower carbs.
    Not suffered any hunger problems, but then i’m only using 300mg a week. At 750mg in the off season it gave me a good appetite.
    I used it mainly so i could keep Test lower, and for the look it gave me at 750mg when i was lean at the beginning of the off season.

    I’m using it like…. Test 400mg, EQ 300mg, 250mg Tren E, and 50mg Var pre-workout. Its a nice cycle tbh.

    Hi Jordan, Is it not true that Aromasin is better off taken with food (fat ideally) for better absorption? Sure i read that somewhere but could be broscience.

    Also whats Stefan’s take on EQ? I know you’re not a fan but it does seem to give a certain look when lean.

    I do them after my main leg work and normally do a 15-20 rep set, then a 9-12 with something added to make sure everything is gone from the quads. Be it partials, forced reps, drop set, rest pause. I also pause at the bottom and make sure its all just contraction. This makes the load a lot lighter. I’ve already done all my heavy work so for me its just an intense way to take every last thing out of the muscle, and to fill it with blood before i stretch out. It seems to be working as my legs have been my biggest improvement this off season. Although adding 30kg on my squat probably helped. 🙂

    Also i start with a leg curl, and super set in some VERY light leg extensions to warm up. So my knees are well warm before i start the leg compound work.

    Agree with the caffeine, but too much and i start to feel a bit rough. I’ll stop all caffeine and switch to decaff about 4 weeks before i start to diet. Then keep adding it in slowly as needed.

    Also one thing that i always hated but have started to appreciate are decent preworkouts when dieting. Off season i’d never use one. But i’ve been using RedCon1s Big Noise and i find it really helps to switch me on when i feel like im dragging…….
