    37.5mcg is about my max. After that i personally find it more of a hindrance than a help.

    Hi. How ive been using it is at about 5am i’ll take 10mg Yohimbine, 37.5mcg T3 and a serving of Double Tap. Take the dog for a walk for 20 mins or so. Then 1hr after taking the Yohimbine and T3 i’ll either have my pre-workout meal if training, or do my cardio. My next dose i’ll take between two carb free meals. For the Vasoburn i’d again use it on wake, and again at a time when im not having any carbs.

    Been using Dimensions. Hard to tell if its doing much but Dimensions has a good rep for orals so sure its ok.

    Invest in a safety Squat bar and ask the gym if you can keep it there.
    I love this movement for quads, and it has a great carry over for upper back strength. This in turn will help your front squat.

    Also a tip for Front Squats. Reverse band them. This will stop the bar rolling, and also makes the movement easier where you’re more likely to fall forward, while still overloading the quads. I also find pausing at the bottom makes you more stable before you drive up.

    Been on B&C for about 3.5 years (from memory). I have a son who is 22 months, and another due in a couple of months. I also have a daughter from when i used to cycle on and off. Always used HCG.

    I’ve been using 500iu every 5 days all through my B&C.

    Its helped me make two babies, and stopped me having peanut balls. But what damage/help its done as far as recovery is still to be determined. I’ll be finding out at the end of the year.

    For me there was no guarantee of recovering once stopping AAS anyway so i decided to use it.

    Also if im not mistaken, and Dr Dean can probably say if im lying. But the vast majority of ejaculate isn’t anything to do with the bollocks. Its the prostate and another organ that makes 90% of it. Only about 5% of what you jizz is made in the nuts. I’ve been on B&C for a few years and had the snip and cant say my loads are any smaller.

    Not sure where i heard about the Maca thing. Never tried it as like you i cant figure out why load size matters. haha

    After 8-10 weeks on higher drugs or lower food i feel like shite!

    Whats the plan after the Cali Pro?
    You’ve been on comp prep, and high doses for a fair while. Do you not feel a bit burnt out (on both fronts)?

    This last 12 months i tried to really keep it around the workout window. Once i got up to 500+ though it did start to become uncomfortable and probably counter productive.

    By the end of the off season I was shoveling in 120g pre, 60 intra, 320g PWO and 150g Post Post. Then just protein fat for the other 3 meals.
    I think 100,60,200,90,90,90 and 20 before bed would have been better. As Luke says how much of that 320g was i actually using? I probably could have got away with less cals.

    Also worth noting that ive probably put an inch or more on my waist the past off season.

    Also worth noting my blood pressure was high today. Around 145/70. It was 115/60 last week. Not worried by a days reading as it could be down tomorrow.

    I’ve been hammering salt lately which probably isnt helping. But if i cant get it back under 130 by the end of the week i’ll start to drop out drugs. Var doesnt normally effect my BP but the Tren probably is. Admittedly 145/70 isn’t terrible but i dont want it that high for the next 6 weeks. Ideally i dont want to use BP meds to control it either.

    I’ll give myself a good chance to recover, but if it doesn’t happen, after a say a year, then i’ll bite the bullet and see a Doc.
    I’m dreading going down the NHS route. There must be some private clinics in the UK you can go to? Not sure how much of a rip off these guys will be..
