Hi Dean. Following the log with interest as i too plan on coming off after 3-4 years this summer. Although with a test level of 8nmol at 27, i cant say i’m expecting miracles about not needing TRT.

When i was really injured i moved to a Mountain Dog style layout. The whole pre-pump, heavy explosive movement, max pump, then finally stretch movement. 10-16 sets a body part etc.
My split if i remember was:
Heavy Chest, Shoulder and some Tri.
Heavy Back and Bis
Leg Pump
Chest, Shoulder Pump
Arms
Leg Heavy
OffIt was a fun way to train and the pump was crazy. It also helped heal up all my niggles.
But adding weight to the bar, week in, week out will bring about more mass. For me anyway.
Also it never worked my calories up as high as what the low volume/progressive lifting approach did. Despite doing 2-3x as many sets, and working out 50% more frequently. The demand for calories didnt seem as high. -
Weigh down to 192.2, and i actually look like i’m starting to properly tighten up. Upped T3 to 37.5mg a couple of days ago. Starting to feel a bit shattered. Especially on off days. Also feeling pretty beat up in the elbows and forearms.
Lifts still progressing nicely.
Seated Leg Curl 65 x 10, 55 x 14. Lowered the load on these from 75kg, as last time it was 90% lower back. This time my hams felt fried after the second set.
Smith squats at 210kg for 7, then 175kg for 14.
Leg Press i got 435kg for 10, then 365kg for 18 with each rep having a pause at the bottom, and squeeze at the top.
Iso Leg Ext 27.5 x 10, 20 x 15 plus 5 partials
Adductor stack + 22.5kg x 21/14/9
Laying single leg curl 5 x 14/9
Glute Ham Hyper bw x failure
Finished with three sets of calves on the leg press. Last set being a double drop set.
Then added some hanging ab crunches. Just went to failure, 10 second rest, failure, and repeat until i couldn’t get a full contraction.Deadlifts tomorrow so hopefully i’ll get 230 kg for 4-5.

You’re don’t say if the diet is assisted or not but certain compounds will blunt appetite. Tren, some orals, Yohimbine, MT2 etc.
Bet yeah I eat loads of greens with each meal. Literally 300-400g worth. Also choose more filling options that digest slowly. Egg whites create a big meal. Lean Steak takes a while to digest. Prawns are also good for a big meal. Milk protein instead of whey. Lots of fizzy drinks, coffee and caffeine blunts appetite. Also i fine just being busy helps.

Even 50mg I find gets me “aggressive” for a lift. Normally quite a relaxed lifter but Var and Superdrol seem to get me in the Zone mentally.

Yeah at that age i was scared to wash my hair as it was coming out in clumps. But its still there and is fine thickness wise now. Its going grey on the sides now i’m 34! Getting old.

Juggling family life with a obsession that’s so all consuming is pretty hard in my opinion.
I have 2 kids and 1 on the way and tbh this will probably be the last year in which i train frequently/diet/use drugs.
I’ve tried just about every scenario over the last 4 years, and all of them will effect the time in which you’re with your kids in some way.I agree with what Jason Huh said, and that’s if you want to be the best Dad you can be. You cant be a bodybuilder. Huh was awesome back in the day. Had Kids and quit. Same with Seth Feroce, Fankhouser and others. One kid you’ll be Ok, as long as you have an understanding Mrs. If shes not into fitness and BBing you’re likely in for a bad time gym wise. haha

I like it 60 mins pre-workout, and ideally not with food.
I’ve been getting some crazy pumps and strength gains lately with 50mg pre.
If using it on off days i’d split the dose and just do am/pm.

Are you sure its 100% the gear?
My hair was crazy thick, but started thinning from about 22-27. Then it just stopped. I started gear and nothing i’ve run has made it fall out any more. The timing could just be coincidence depending on age.One thing gear has done for me is make my body hair grow like mad. If i didn’t keep it in check then every sq/in of me would be covered in thick black hair! Not a good look, and i’d rather be a bit thin on-top i recon.

Not used the Superdrol but i’ve used a fair bit of Sphinx and all has been spot on.
Their Var is very good.
I’ve used Triumph Superdrol and that was good if you can source it. -
Off day. Weight back up to 195.4. Guess its inflammation from the leg session yesterday.
Added in cardio this morning, upped steps and reduced fat down by 15g.
New diet
6am 25 mins on the spinning bike at a moderate speed. Then a 20 minute dog walk.
7am 2 medium eggs, 300g whites, mushrooms, courgettes and some asparagus.
10am 210g (uncooked weight) Haddock, Courgette, Leaks, Green Beans (swapped out 50g whey and 25g Almond Butter)
1pm 225g Prawns, Courgette, Leeks, Green Beans
4pm 165g Wild Alaskan Salmon, Courgette, Leeks, Green Beans
7pm 200g Pork Loin, 70g Tagliatelle pasta, 40 ml Double cream, Mushrooms and Broccoli
8:30pm Another dog walk to get steps up to 18’000 a day.
10pm 55g Milk Protein, 10g Psyllium HuskPlan now is to dig really hard and just cut food down to the bare minimum, while moving more.
I’ll drop training day carbs to 200g and reduce fat as well. I’ll probably up steps to 15k on top.
I’m not overly hungry, and i’m not overly tired so plan is to try and suffer the last 6-7 weeks.
When i feel like i may die i’ll possibly add a re-feed. But as yet i’ve had no cravings, or desire to cheat so will just roll with it as long as performance remains good.

Over £70 a vial! That’s Mad!

Most of the time i just need 2-3 off days so that accumulative lower back fatigue can recover.
I’ll take a week or so off only when it suits, and i just need a break. -
JohnG. I disagree that anyone was trying to advise Sas on drug use.
I asked the question of why such a low dose of 12.5 mcg T3. As it was my assumption that 25mcg was a replacement dose for people with low thyroid output. Sas stated he believes adding 12.5mcg would add to his healthy output, but Eymen added that he was of the belief than any “synthetic” hormone would lower natural output, and 12.5mch wouldnt replace what was lost (of which i was also under this impression).
No one said to Sas that he should be running at least 25mcg, or that he and Chris were doing it wrong. We were just expressing an opinion, and looking for an answer from someone more experienced.
If you dont ask questions, you wont get answers……..

Certainly cant argue with results……… 🙂
