    Yeah as above. So my thought process was adding in 12.5 mch of T3 would be like adding in 30mg a week of testosterone. It would shut down natural production, without replacing it with a sufficient dose.

    We need DrDean’s input……..

    Down at 194.4 this morning so scale has started moving and looking leaner.
    Performance in the gym is still great. Tren and Var seems a great combo for me. Shame i cant eat for toffee other wise it would be an awesome off season stack for strength.

    Legs this am went well.

    Seated Calve Raise 62.5 x 16, 70 x 9, 50 x 17 + drop
    Decline DB Leg Curl 42.5 x 7, 32.5 x 13
    Back Squat 205 x 8, 175 x 14 (or 15. Lost count tbh :()
    Banded Front Squat (paused) 160 x 9, 140 x 16
    Sissy Squat Machine stack +10 x 21/18
    Cable Abductor 6 x 12 + 6 + 4
    GHR 10 x 8, bw x 16
    Standing Curl 9 x 7 + drop

    Food is now 320/250/55

    1/2c Oats, 5g PB2, 25g Whey Conc, 200ml Egg white, 2.5ml Fish Oil, 1.5g EPO
    30g dextrin, 20g EAA
    65g Coco Pops, 100g COR, 40g Whey Iso, 200ml Egg white, 15g Glutamine
    250g Potato, 155g cooked chicken breast, green beans
    155g cooked lean beef, green beans
    200g cooked cod, 5ml Olive oil, 5ml butter, 1 tsp Pine nuts, broccoli, 1.5g EPO
    55g Milk Protein, 10g Psyllium Husk, 5ml Fish oil

    T3 also came into play yesterday morning. 25mcg a day. Steps on training days at 12k still.

    Off day tomorrow and hopefully drop below 194. Got 6 week left to diet before i go on Hols. Will likely go back up a little after that when i cruise. Then get the last of the fat off when i go back on. 12 weeks should have been plenty, but i guess i should have been more aggressive with lowering cals at the beginning. Normally i add cardio when i start to diet but this time i didnt so guess that threw me a bit.

    Hi Sas. What’s with the low T3 dose (12.5mcg)? I thought 25mcg was the lowest dose worth running (a true replacement dose). Wouldnt 12.5 mcg just lower thyroid output?

    Hi Jordan. Looked back and can’t see that this has been mentioned but are you planning on carb cycling like last prep?

    Will calories be based on session output, or the same each training day and refeeds used as needed? Does Stefan have a reference?

    Anything over 37.5mcg flattens me out like crazy. Strength and weight just plummets. Seen on forums guys using over 100mcg of T3 though! Mad.

    Have you got an idea on how active you plan to be Jordan? As in steps wise? I know last time you were concerned about legs fading. Will this prep be more decrease calories and increase fat burners rather than output to create a deficit?

    Great leg session this morning. Mega aggressive and focussed. Did 110kg a side on the hack squat for 9 and was like a man possessed. Whole session was great apart from the last leg curl exercise. I was just so fucked that it kind of suffered. I’ll lighten the load next time, and focus on perfect form rather than trying to push numbers up.

    Appetite has more or less gone now. I cracked and added in 50mg of Var preworkout which seemed to just kill any amount of hunger I was having. I really love Var and find it hard to not use it when pushing up. I just save it for when dieting as for me it’s just epic for strength with no lethargy. All other orals I’ve tried have me feeling awful.

    Off day tomorrow. 2000 cals and lots of activities planned with the kids (Easter Egg Hunts and what not) so that will distract me at least.

    Luckily no Anxiety for me at 15mg. Using the Dimensions stuff so fingers crossed its well dosed (Jordan thought it would be over dosed). So as long as i don’t have a heart attack in the next 7 weeks i’ll be in good standing….. I’ll be topping up with VasoBurn soon as well…………

    I might add on the dimension stuff that night time boners and Libido have been crazy, also i have no appetite which are supposedly both Yohimbine side effects? Could be the Tren though… Definitely starting to notice slight acid re-flux after training.

    I also use myfitnesspal, but you do have to be careful with what “option” you select as many are put in incorrectly.

    @sam thanks for the advise.

    Currently doing just a fasted dog walk on my off days so having the Yohimbine 1/2 hr before that with a scoop of double tap. Then i eat a carb free breakfast 1/2 hr after the walk.
    Training days im still taking 10mg on wake (50 mins pre workout meal), and 5mg between two carb free meals. If/when i do add cardio on training days then i’ll start to utilize the 10mg before that.

    I do feel its helping though. The fat around my chest is usually really stubborn, but this time i seem to be tightening up this area sooner. This could however be a combo of a simply bigger chest now, or the fact im using Lipoxyderm on the area as well. Could be a combo of all three!

    Hi Jordan. Any exotics like PGF, MediPhorm or injectable L-Carnitine going to be used this prep? Or is it a case of sticking to the basics!?

    Also how do you compare Winnie to Anavar when it comes to dieting/prep? Do you feel that Winnie is the better drug?

    Updated off day diet

    7am- 2 eggs, 300ml egg white and some fried asparagus, courgette and mushrooms. 2.5ml Fish Oil, 1500mg EPO
    10am- 50g Whey conc, 20g Almond butter
    1pm- 165g Cooked Wild Alaskan Salmon with lots of Green Beans, broccoli and spinach
    4:30pm- 250g Prawns and more mixed greens.
    7:30pm- 150g cooked Chicken Thighs, 1 cup Rice and green Peas.
    10pm- 55g Milk Protein, 7g Psyllum Husk, 5ml Fish oil, 1500mg EPO

    Dropped an egg from Breakfast and added 50ml Egg whites.
    Dropped 10g Almond Butter from Meal 2
    Changed meal 4 from Chicken Sausage sandwich, to Prawns to reduce carbs.

    Yeah i have this problem.
    I’ve pretty much given up with boxers as small and tight ,or big and baggy both just ride up above my adductors and irritate me.
    Now its either commando or briefs. This seems to also keep it cooler down there so the problem isnt made worse.
    My legs certainly arent massive either so what it must be like when thighs get above 30 inches ??!!!

    Yeah i think the Lipoxyderm is making a difference. Probably not so much to spot reduction regarding fat loss but the skin seems different. Cant seem to pin point exactly how but it seems more elastic and tighter??? If that’s even a real thing.

    Not used Vasoburn but i have a bottle. I will probably start to use that in the evening away from carb meals, and the lipoxyderm in the am on wake. Apparently Vasoburn does “burn” though! Lipoxyderm just feels like a jelly like moisturizer tbh. I apply it to my lower and outer chest, and love handles.

    Weight down to 195.8 today. So 1.6lbs down over night. Nice to see the scale drop at last. Hopefully down at 195 by monday which will put me on track as not dropped in a while.

    Off day today so only 60g carbs (45g with dinner), 70g fat and 260g protein.
