Going off topic of your journal slightly but…………
Looking back to your comment about it taking 6 weeks to hit baseline off 200mg of Test E. If you were running say 600-750mg of Test a week and you planned on cruising for 8-10 weeks. Is there really any point in pinning any amount of cruise dose? Why not just use HCG to tide you over?
Also from doing bloods myself. I know back when i used to cruise on 250mg sust every 10 days, that my trough level would be mid end of normal. That would be 6 weeks or so after last cycle pin (of probably 500-600mg Enth) and 2-3 jabs into a cruise. Surely if i did have any levels of Enth ester floating about then adding the sust on top would have elevated my levels higher than this?

Quaker Oats and ready break isn’t the same.. but I love porridge (ready break) but hate Quaker Oats
Ready Brek Ingredients:-
Wholegrain Rolled Oats (60%), Wholegrain Oat Flour (38%), Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B6, Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12.
So its not 100% the same. But 98% is pretty close. -
Down to 197.4 now. Had a drop of .8lbs after push day (lower carbs). If i drop loads after push again i’ll up calories on that day very slightly. I want a nice consistent drop of about .2 lbs a day which seems to be mostly happening. Starting to look better now so that’s motivating.

Cable Adductor 10 x 18+4+4 (rest pause)Everything’s up and still plenty in the tank on the back squats. Probably could have ground out 2-3 more reps with a breather. I find holding back slightly on the big stuff like Deads and back squats beneficial. As long as i progress i’m happy. Taking them to failure i find so taxing that i often regress on the lift, but holding a rep or two back i can keep on pushing forward and do bigger jumps in weight.
Food will stay the same.
45g Whey Conc, 1 cups Oats, 2.5ml Fish Oil
45g Dextrin, 20g EAA
50g Whey iso, 200g Cheerios (multi grain and honey mix), 110g Cream of Rice, 15g Glutamine
550g White Potato, 150g Cooked Chicken, Green Beans
170g Lean Steak, 10g Walnuts, Spinach and a Gherkin
160g Roast Chicken Breast, Broccoli and Green Beans. Some Bisto as well!
200g Skyr, 30g Milk Pro, 7g Psyllum Husk, 5ml Fish Oil.320p/450c/65f (inc Fish and evening primrose oil).

I’ve had my quad go a couple of times. Normally on the V-Squat.
Rest is normally best. Just don’t load it and do plenty of warm up sets. Use deep heat or similar. I also iced it most evenings and avoided being on my feet to much.When ever mine has gone ive had to take it easy the next leg session, but the one after its normally ok as long as i easy into it. ROM may be limited slightly however.

Doesnt matter what you run. HPTA function will be shut down on any amount of synthetic Test. So if you want to keep the balls ticking over use HCG.
If you’re not fussed, and only want to worry about getting them working again when you come off, then dont. -
Use it and find out? If it hits the quads well, and doesn’t wreck your knees then crack on.

Strange you have gyno on just 250mg a week of test and using an AI. The Tren is likely giving the high E reading. I very much doubt its that high. Besides if the Nolva is legit you wont get gyno.
I’d drop the caber for sure.
Test looks under dosed as well. I’d expect to be around double that.
If you’re honest, do you think a lot of this could be in your head? Not trying to be rude but its very possible.

How often you training push? Looks a lot of volume if its more often than every 6 days.
Personally i would do.
Hammer strength incline press x2
Machine chest press x2
Smith machine shoulder press x2
Close grip bench press, x2(or 3)
Cable flies x2
DB side laterals raises x2 (or 3)
Tricep double rope extension x3 8-12 5-9 drop setI don’t think you need the Chest Dips in there as well. Unless the frequency isn’t that high.

6am Yohimbine 10mg, black coffee
7am- 4 eggs, 200ml egg white and some fried onions, leaks, peppers and mushrooms. 2.5ml Fish Oil, 1000mg EPO
10am- 2 slices 50/50 bread, 4 Heck Chicken Sausages, some Gherkins and low sugar ketchup.
1pm- 50g Whey conc, 35g Almond butter
4:30pm- 50g Basmati, 165g Cooked Wild Alaskan Salmon and Green Beans
6:30pm- Yohimbine 5mg
7:30pm- 150g cooked Filet steak, 200g potato and broccoli
9:45pm- 200mg 5-HTP
10pm- 200g 0% Greek Style Yog, 35g Milk Protein, 7g Psyllum Husk, 5ml Fish oil, 1500mg EPOMacros: 260p/150c/90f
Not sure if my off day would be better if i chipped away at the carbs, or fat? Normally off days when dieting are carb free fairly early on but always felt a bit sluggish the next day as a result. Ideally i want energy going into my Pull and Leg sessions for as long as possible. If i dont have a drop on the scale tomorrow, i’ll probably add in 20 mins LISS on the bike first thing on off days.

Good leg session this morning. Really wasnt feeling it driving to the gym. My family had me up all night so i’m running on about 2hrs of broken sleep.
Toe Press 197.5kg x 18/13/9+drop
Laying Leg curl 14 +2.5kg x 8, 11 +2.5kg x 13
Hack Squat 105 per side x 8, 95 x 13 (dropped loading on these and focused on pausing at the bottom, driving up using mostly quads and flexing.)
Iso Leg Press 195 x 9, 155 x 15 (kept these going like a piston. Nice and controlled with constant tension)
Leg Ext 65kg x 13/9+drop (really slow negatives)
Adductor stack +2.5kg x 21/13/10
Hammer Strength Seated Leg Curl 35 x 20, 42.5 x 8 + 2 forced reps
Hamstring Hyper Ext body weight for AMRAP (i dont try to progress these as its just for a stretch and pump)So all in all it was good. Loading was up on everything apart from the Hacks. Foods down again today and bumped steps to 12000 minimum.
Todays Diet:
pre: 1 cup oats, 45g whey conc, 2.5ml fish oil, 1g Evening Primrose Oil
Intra: 45g Dextrin, 20g EAA, 10g creatine, 4g Taurine, some electrolytes and 7g Citrulline Malate

Meal 1: 550g Potato, 150g Cooked chicken, Green beans
Meal 2: 160g Cooked steak, 13g walnuts, Green beans and Sprouts.
Meal 3: 160g cooked Salmon and Broccoli
Meal 4: 200g Skyr, 30g Milk Protein, 4g Taurine, 7g Psyllum Husk, 5ml Fish Oil, 1g Evening Primrose OilTotal: 3665 calories 320p/450c/65f

Get in contact with Blue Horizon and tell them what you want. They’ve put a package together for me before.
I don’t find them much more expensive than Medichecks. With all the negative press regarding results id be dubious to use MC again.
Also get the blood draw kit rather than finger prick if you can.
