    Feel fine. No sides as yet but its only been 3 weeks. Body’s not really changed (still fat), strength is up but that would have been the case anyway with adding just test. Dieting at the moment and weight has dropped a bit, but now its holding steady.

    I’ll keep it at 200mg for now and bump it up to 250mg at week 6 if i feel its not really adding much.

    You’re probably not pushing your hips back enough. When doing these i dont focus on bending over. I focus on trying to push my hips back as far as i can. This keeps the bar close to the body. Then to come up i dont focus on pulling the bar up as with a regular dead lift. Instead i try and pull my hips in using my hamstrings.

    Hi @DrDeanStMart,

    So i take 10mg at about 3-4am when i get up for a pee. Then wake at 5am and have a coffee (got Double Tap to use as well), preworkout meal at 5:45am (55g carbs). I take another 5mg between two carb free meals at about 6:30pm. This was my understanding of how to use it from watching Jordan’s video. Currently i’m not doing any cardio, but i will be adding 20 min fasted on off days soon. On that day i’d take the 10mg on wake, have some Double Tap and do the cardio.

    Would there be a better/more effective protocol?

    Fark using a 21g! I thought 21g was Green anyway?

    Blues (23g), and either 1 or 1.25″ depending on the muscle. I’m using 25g orange at the mo as couldnt get any short blues and its a mare trying to get the oil through!

    Yohimbine i used from the start. I dont think it actually acts as a fat burner. It just makes the fat in stubborn sites more usable or something.

    Stuff like T3, Clen, higher dose Caffeine supplements etc are good for when you stall.

    Cardio doesnt have to be fasted. Its just nice to get it out the way. Just do it away from training.

    Poor push session this morning. Last time i flat benched the 60s for 7 reps. This time i couldnt even get the 62.5s in place. Will have another crack at them but if not i’ll drop it for the laying flat hammer press. Problem is the flat benches at the gym i go to are too high for a short arse like me. So its hard to keep my feet flat on the floor for stability when i flick them up. The incline benches are lower and not as thick so i have no problem. Also my tendentious seems to be flaring up and getting them up was really painful. I just did my back off set of 52.5kgs.

    After the failed flat press everything else went smooth. Just the pain in my elbows was off putting me off. I currently have two chest compounds, a shoulder press, and then a tricep compound movement. If im still struggling to progress on chest then i’ll drop the second movement from next week.

    Dead lifted on the weekend and got 220kg for 5 so happy with that. Still holding 1-2 reps in the tank so form doesnt break. Back off was 190 for 10 and that had me gassed after!

    Food down this week. Only 350g of carbs today. 320g protein and 50g fat plus 10g via Fish and Evening Primrose Oil.

    199 this morning.

    I suppose it would depend on your size.

    I can cut a bit on a cruise without losing much strength. I’m guessing cutting on low anabolic’s for someone who is considerably larger would result in losing tissue. So best bet would be to just maintain on cruise and cut either before of after a bulk when drugs are higher.

    Try and see. If strength starts to plummet and you look flat and naff then up food to maintenance.

    Calves on the Leg press 175 x 18, 195 x 10, 145 x 14 + a double drop set
    Seated leg curl 72.5 x 9, 62.5 x 14
    Smith Squat 195 x 8, 165 x 16
    Leg Press 425 x 10, 365 x 18
    HS Single Leg Ext 23.75 x 10, 17.5 x 17 + partials

    Banded Good morning – tried this but it would have recruited to much lower back so i stopped after a couple of reps. Need to save my back for Dead lifts on the weekend.

    So everything was up. I’ll drop food again on my next training day. Probably just cut 50g of carbs to keep things moving.

    199.6 lbs this morning.

    @Kippy 30mg is a big dose. I thought the max was 0.2mg per kg of bodyweight. So a 200lb (90kg) guy should use about 17-18mg. 30mg would be for a 330lb guy! But yes the night time and morning boners have been pretty intense, as has Libido this past week. Shame as the Mrs doesn’t let me near her these days!! lol

    @JohnG I just use a thinish leather one. It does help support my lower back for sure, but my lower back isnt a weakness so doesnt tend to need supporting hence why i dont feel i benefit from them. I just find breathing restricted on high reps sets, and the feeling of wearing it off putting.

    Bloods i have done by Blue Horizon Medicals. Its the same kind of deal as Medichecks but i just prefer them.

    I’m the opposite to Christoph. Pippy gear always goes in the quads as its where i suffer the least amount of PIP. Trick is go nice and high. Not all this half way down, on the outside nonsense.

    I always like to keep veg in with 2 or 3 meals. It will just reduce as other foods get higher. If you really struggle then greens powders are a choice but i find they taste horrible and are expensive.

    So all good so far.

    Weights down to 199.9 today so no weight added from introducing any meds yet. Training’s going ok. Strength’s increasing more rapidy (probably placebo effect). No injuries or even niggles but might start having to use a belt on my main back and quad movement. I hate wearing a belt but my lower back is struggling to recover between sessions. Belts don’t add anything for me and just feel awkward tbh. Only time i’ll use one is for free bar squatting.

    Anyone know how long Yohimbine HCL has to be taken before it starts effecting fat loss? I’ve been running it at 10mg all week, and will bump it to a top dose of 15mg next week. I heard it can cause you to hold water so i was kind of expecting to gain a few pounds this week.

    Off day diet today. Still aiming for a minimum of 10’000 steps a day. Had loads of meetings so only got in 9600 yesterday but was standing a lot. Normally its more like 10’500-11’000.

    Also checked my BP this morning and its was 122/66. I check every week, with more frequent readings if it gets high. Generally i want to keep it below 140/80. Ideally below 135.
