    Hi, Your condition looks great from the pics! Very impressive.

    I assume you weren’t using any HCG when blasting? That would be something worth considering when you go back on if more children are on the cards.
    I’ve been on for 2 years or more and my wife is pregnant with our 3rd, all it took was a drunken night where we were a touch careless. Whoops.

    Good luck with it though!

    Sust is a mix of esters the majority being undeca…. I’ve used 250mg e12d’s in the past and trough reading was high end of range after 11 days. NHS used to administer Sustanon every 3-4 weeks for TRT before Nibido i believe.
    So yeah e10ds would be fine. However i will add that sust always gives me crazy acne ad horrible PIP. So now i use Enth e7ds.

    I like Tbols effects on body comp, but its the only med that has a negative effect on me mentally. Also lethargy, no appetite, moody, snappy and generally feel crap on it. It also doenst seem to have any preworkout boosting effects for me and is better run for 8 weeks or so daily. Var is far better in my opinion and price isnt that much different.

    I’m going to try and move the leg extensions to pre squatting, and not go arse to grass on hacks and smith squats. Just really concentrate on keeping tension on the quads, and not just using anything to drive the weight up. It will probably drop loading a bit at first but i’ll just progress in the new format.

    Failing that i’ll start to use bands to over load the top. I don’t like the thought of banding too much. So would probably just use it on secondary movements.

    Just the fact that i was always at least lean and had a bit of muscle showing. End of my cycles i’d added 30 lbs but after PCT the muscle just fell off, but the fat remained. I’d then stop training or eating properly when my kids were born so would get more out of shape. Then do this again a second time. When i stared B&C my first blast i dieted down, and was pretty much just 10 or so lbs heavier than when natty. Considering some of that would have been water/glycogen i guess the first 2 cycles were wasted.

    I was never going to be a huge guy though. My Mum and Dad are both mega skinny and lean. My Dad is what one would call lanky (6’2″ and about 160-170lbs i guess), my mum is about 5’4″ and normal build but all her family are fat or obese. So i probably got the no natural muscle, short, and that gets fat easily genes. Not ideal for being big and muscular. Age i am now (34) If i could look like Men’s Physique size (but decent legs and strong) id be happy. That’s about as far as i’d probably push it.

    Yeah i take loads of health stuff.

    10ml Nordic Naturals fish oil a day. 2.5ml with Meal 1 and 3, and 5ml meal pre bed.
    2-3g Evening Primrose Oil spread through the day
    500mg Niacin 2-3x a day
    500mg Citrus Bergamot 20 mins pre dinner
    100mg COQ10 2x a day
    Garlic extract 7200ug Allacins worth
    Red Yeast Rice 8-10mg Monakolin Ks worth
    Vitamin K2 200ug
    Vitamin D3 3000iu
    Super Bio-Curcumin 2-3x 400mg
    Hibiscus extract 500mg 3x a day
    Vitamin E 400iu

    So yeah a lot. But all that keeps my HDL/LDL looking “OK”. Where as before it was terrible so worth the fuss and expense.

    I’ve been training on and off for about 15 years. 10 years natty and then did my first cycle about 5 years ago. Stopped training not long after when my first baby was born. Did a second when i started again but injured myself and could train, then had baby 2 so again half arsed it. Ive been on B&C for a couple of years and 100% stayed on point. TBF i probably looked better after 10 years of being natty than i did after my first two cycles and PCTs. I just ballooned up, and then dropped back to a fatter version of what i was before in all honesty.

    As for telling my wife, i told her when i did my first two and she didnt like it one bit. Hit the roof the first time, second time it was more the “im not mad, just disappointed thing”. Now its kind of an open secret. We dont discuss it, i dont flaunt it, so its a case hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil. haha

    Yeah i’ll try and get some fat, hairy, pale pics up. Just need to find some where with ok lighting. Never done progress pics so expect posing to be horrible!

    Day 1 of adding in meds today so the diet can now get properly underway.

    So 4am when i got up for a wee i had 5mg of Yohimbine HCL.

    Cycle is 450mg Test E, 300mg EQ and 200mg Tren E. I have Var to use pre-workout if strength suffers but will hold it off for 8 weeks hopefully.

    No training today, and rest day diet is as follows:

    Meal 1: 6 eggs
    Meal 2: 4 Heck Chicken Sausages, Slice of Cheddar and 2 slices of 50/50 bread.
    Meal 3: 165g Cooked Wild Alaskan Salmon, 50g (dry) Basmati, and some peas.
    Meal 4: 50g Whey, 45g Almond Butter
    Meal 5: Not sure. What ever my wife makes for dinner. It will be something leanish, and i’ll get about 50g worth of carbs.
    Meal 6: 35g Milk Protein, 200g 0% Greek Yog, 7g Psyllum Hush.

    Total Macros: 260p/150c/100f so plenty of fats can be removed before i need to chip into carbs.

    Legs Yesterday:

    Seated Calf Raise 3 set of 8-15, last one being a drop set.
    DB Leg Curl 40 x 9, 30 x 15 (really focused on these and did them super strict)
    Back Squat 195 x 8, 165 x 15 (second time back on these and added 5kg from last week. Felt i had more but wanted to save my lower back)
    Reverse banded “Paused” Front squat 150 x 12, 130 x 15 (purple bands set to provide no tension the last 4 inch or so).
    Belt/Sissy squat stack +5kg x 22/19
    GHR 5kg x 11, body weight x 13 (i think??)
    Standing Hamstring curl 1 rest pause set
    Cable Adductor 1 rest pause set

    Yohimbine HCL can supposedly help to reduce fat in stubborn spots. So can the topical creams like vasoburn.

    Worth adding my workouts currently:

    Smith squats, hack squat, back squat
    Leg press, iso press, banded front squat
    Leg ext, one leg ext, sissy squat

    I also do leg curl variations and a GHR on one day, as well as adductor and abductors.

    Push Day today went better.

    Incline DB Press 60 x 7 , 50 x 13
    HS “Wide” Press 65 x 10 , 55 x 12
    High Incline Smith Press 110 x 7 , 95 x 11
    Dip Machine 115 x 7 , 100 x 10 , 75 x 18
    Pec Dec 77 x 12 , 77 x 8 + drop set
    French Press 37.5 x 9 , 30 x 13
    Lateral Machine stack x 13/7+4+3 rest pause
    One Arm Push Down 27.5 x 11+4+4 rest pause
    Finished with Standing Calve Raises 3 sets of 8-15 reps and a drop set.

    Everything felt good apart from the first set of dips. Kind of slipped out the machine on the first set!
    Pec Dec is probably to heavy so i’ll lower loading and focus more on a better contraction. My Delts and Bis felt a bit burnt out after.

    Dropped my food down by 50g of Carbs a day on training days. Also increased steps from 7000 a day, to minimum of 10’000.

    Weight now down to 201 – 202.

    Hammer drops properly next week and i’ll cut calories again.

    Probably the extra water and glycogen from the AAS. Weight will always increase the first few weeks when adding in drugs.

    75% of the time i just go by the mirror. Lots of things can effect weight so just use it as a tool to gauge progress over the weeks. Not on a day to day basis.

    I’ve said elsewhere on the forum that medichecks results can be hit an miss.

    Corinne, there is another company that does the same kind of thing called “Blue Horizon Medical”. Again they send out all the kit to take from a vein and you post back. I just find them a lot better as a company. I queried abnormal results, and they retested. Came back the same so again i queried it. So they sent another kit FOC. Turned out there were correct and my gear was well under dosed, and the Tbol likely Dbol. I’ve queried results with Medichecks and they’re unwilling to retest.

    Hi Jordan.

    Reps seem quite low on the whole on your push workouts. Lots of 3-5 reps on the loading set, and not much above 8 reps. Any reason for the change to lower reps? Do you not feel going so heavy is more taxing on recovery/joints?

    Hawthorn Berry Extract is used for BP but isnt that effective for me personally. Celery Seed extract more so. Taurine can also help with BP.
    Drinking Hibiscus Tea really helps (or you can buy Hibiscus Capsules). So does just moving more, doing cardio, or losing weight/bloat etc.
    Cialis helps if going down the med route.
