Last cruise jab this morning. Blast starts next week.
Had an OK pull session on the weekend. Worked up for 215kg dead lifts for 5. I pussied out on five plates so went just under (psychological reasons haha). Also kept a rep or two in the tank to keep my form tight. Fairly happy with that considering it was belt-less and i’ve not pulled from the floor in a year and a half. Hopefully that will fly up once i start to get in the grove and doses go up.
Push this morning was crap. Pushing work has turned to mush. High incline dumbbell press i couldn’t get anything over 40kg into position. I’ve kneed up the 52.5s in the past ok but today no chance. Used a machine instead. Will have another crack next time, if its shit again then i’ll just progress on the machine. Flat DB press also felt very lop-sided. 60s for 6 good reps but felt too heavy. Dropped to 52.5 and got 13 with a pause and squeeze. Swapped my close grip bench to doing it in the smith. Had to drop the loading, but i felt it more in the tri’s than a free bar so i’ll stick with it. Everything just felt heavy and awkward today.
Weigh still holding at 203-204.
Did a Sushi making class on the weekend which was fun. I’ve done a few classes to do with Sushi/Sashimi and they’re really fun and its actually easy to make. My wife came along and as she wont eat raw fish, i had her California rolls, as well as my Hosomaki, Futomaki and California Rolls. Plus, i made some Nigiri with the left over fish and rice. So i was well carbed up for my crap push session.

Whats the best way to use Yohimbine?
I know from watching the vid that its best taken away from food (particularly carbs). So plan is to take it if i wake in the night. If i don’t wake then i’ll take it on wake about 35-40 mins before food (pre-workout meal).
Is taking a second dose between two non-carb meals later in the day ok? Or is just once a day effective?

No, i’ve mixed as low as 30g dextrin in 1.5L and ive not died.

Hi Dean.
Does Yohimbine HCI have any negative health effects? As in Lipid, liver, kidney function? Could it be used on a cruise for example, or would it inhibit getting certain profile back in line?

I use the Go Nutrition stuff (only when its on about 70% off though otherwise its a rip off).
Tesco sell it under ground rice. Its normally next to the ambrosia, rice puddings and custards. Its not as fine as the GN stuff.If macros allow a pureed banana mixed in before cooking, along with some toffee flavoring makes it pretty epic.

I see that with both Sas and Luke that Aceto had them on a low dose of EQ when starting prep.
Any idea on the logic behind this?
I imagine it could give a nice cosmetic effect if kept in, but it gets dropped pretty far out from my understanding?? -
No, as they stay consistent and i wouldn’t change them during a cut, bulk or maintenance phase.
I have 3ml EPO and 7.5ml of fish oil and day. But i only count fats that i would manipulate depending on the goal.

Erk out every bit of growth from the drugs before adding or upping compounds.
3rd cycle up to 500, then 600mg. 5th add in 300mg of Deca, then 400 etc etc
You don’t always have to go up either. If you were not at 100% on the last cycle, and you feel you could get more from it run the same dose again.
One can only grow so fast. Chucking more drugs wont necessarily increase the rate you can add tissue (beyond a certain point). -

I sometimes get tension headaches the day after dead lifts. Normally if DOMs is in full swing.
Just suck it up and enjoy the upper back thickness. haha
