Sustanon always cripples me. So every jab ive done with that and prop has been terrible.
Used it to cruise once and a shot in the quad swelled up like mad. Leg bright red and tender as hell. Anyway trained legs, warmed up with leg extensions and on the load set tore my quad right where the PIP was. Went on holiday the next day and 24hrs later was in an Italian A&E getting it looked at as it was swollen so badly i could feel the fluid sloshing round like a hot water bottle. Red, black and blue and impossible to walk so needed checking. Ended up having a week of daily Diclofenac injections. So every morning of holiday i had to get up, and get a cab to the local walk in for my jab. All was fine but look a month to go completely and then my quad felt all soft and deflated! haha Anyway life lessons learnt. Dont use blends, and dont train legs with crippling PIP.
Also had Delt shots leave golf ball sized watery lumps on a couple of occasions. Took about 2 months to fully dissipate. No pain or PIP just horrible looking lumps.
Ohhhh, and used southern ghost DHB, the 150mg/ml stuff. After 3 weeks i had to stop the cycle as i’d ran out of sites to inject. The PIP lingered on so long that by the end i had no where to put oil that wasn’t already crippled. That was an annoying few weeks and no idea why i carried on as long as i did.

Estrogen will be a false reading due to the Tren.
How much AI you using? 12.5mg every 3 days would likely be sufficient. Spots and sex drive aren’t an indicator of high estrogen. I get spots from infrequent pinning. I get low sex drive when dieting, or body fat is low.
Always use pharma grade AIs IMO

This is a hard question to answer , as typically we would say energy balance dictates all, however without a doubt I have been witness to Estro effecting rates of fat gain and loss. We absolutely know that it effects water retention , and then when holding more fat , that compounds even further with more water – so it could potentially be that we are witnessing , but either way – the visual is the same , it appears to have a negative on the situation
Ive always tried to keep estrogen at top end, if not slightly over range when off season. But then when dieting try and keep it in the middle to bottom end of range where i was “naturally”. Never really thought about the additional fat gain that having it on the high end may cause. Would it be better to keep it middle range the whole time?

Agree that if something gets me down when using 19-nors then i tend to hold on to it longer than if not using it. But i wouldn’t say that the drugs them self get me down, as there is always a trigger. I’m now just aware how they effect me and so make an extra effort to pick my self back up asap. Meditation and Mindfulness has helped my well being a massive amount the last couple of years.

How long ago did you finish PCT?

Also take into account that pushing into highest ever weights will simply take a lot more food. I’m a short and small built guy and it took me 5000 cals to get above 200lbs. Then after tidying up and pushing again i got to that on much lower food. But to get to 215 lb it took over 5500 despite hitting 205 again at 4000 ish. The scale wouldn’t move for weeks despite adding food, getting stronger and taking even a bit of a rest to try and get things going. Yeah i softened up a bit but all part of the process. As longs as you’re not fat-fat you just gotta keep adding the cals up. Obviously if your stomachs bloated, gas is terrible, and you’ve got the runs 10 times a day then best to call it a day.

Sometimes on occasion i will load, then if i feel really good at get, say 9 reps or more, ill load again with slightly more weight. Even if i only get a couple or three reps it gets me used to moving the load for next time. Then i’ll back off to a 12-15 rep set. But this would be very infrequently and not something i could do each session.
I did try adding a second back off set on some compounds for triceps and lats. That worked quite well. So a 5-9, 10-14 and 15-20 rep set. This is ok on one movement a session if you can recover and progress it each week. Usually i’d pick a machine movement for this.

Ok – so I will have absolutely zero worries stopping , I won’t feel a second of insecurity , I literally can’t wait to get it off.
I have been so big I can’t even walk. I think rotties you said you weigh 180 pounds ? And ur probably taller then me, imagine now carrying around a 120 pound weight with u in everything u do. At some point u will want that gone. I’m at that point ! So I think my situation is very diff .
I will go straight to trt , and j won’t for a second consider upping doses. I am not a weak person , I set the highest standards for myself in everything I do , upping doses would be an extreme weakness , I literally won’t even consider it for a second
Training I literally won’t care at all, the goal isn’t then to be strong , if I wanted to do that I would stay on. Training would be about pushing myself in the moment . Intensity isn’t about weight it’s about mindset . Some things Corinne lifts much less than me but her intensity blows me away it’s absolutely ridiculous. Don’t confuse the two.
I am very confident in what I focus on post bodybuilding will go well , that I won’t for a second have worries . Why do I know this ? So I started tae kwon do when I was 4 , I was the youngest black belt in the uk at 10 , at 12 I had to stop as I got a full scholarship to a school in London where rugby was priority , I was accepted in harlequins academy at the same moment and that started the path to then playing rugby for England and wasps . I never looked back at tae kwon do. Rugby ended at 19 because of injury – I went to Loughborough and focused on studies , that led to post grad and then masters , i didn’t look back to rugby for a second. When bodybuilding is done , I will be onto the next thing and never look back, just like the last few times
Cheers for the detailed answer. I wish I had the same mind set tbh. For me personally, it’s very likely I wouldn’t be able to switch off and train in BB after stopping. But like you I had interests before so guess I would explore these again.
And yeah, I can’t imagine being that kind of weight constantly. I’ll get up to 220-225 in off season at 5’7, and that weight while not unbearable, isn’t that comfortable. So to be 60-80lbs heavier year after year I can imagine gets tedious.

You said on Insta that you’ll do this for two more years then downsize to live a more normal life.
How do you feel you’ll cope with running TRT and seeing yourself dwindle? Do you plan on coming off and trying to restart natural test production or just straight to TRT? If administering self TRT do you not feel, that over time doses will start to creep back up? Also, do you think that training will be as enjoyable, knowing you’ll never be at the numbers you once were? I always saw myself as probably throwing in the towel once i stop AAS and focusing more on sports. I doubt many guys can do a Jason Huh and going from being a monster to just an average everyday physique but, for me, i doubt i could keep doing this knowing i’ll not be as good as i was. So would need to focus elsewhere.

Its dose dependent of course. 20mg eod and i can tan and wax as normal. 60mg ed and i burnt so easily (i never burn), and when i got my back waxed she stopped after the first strip as half my skin came off.

Then Muscle Works, Muscle Limit and Muscle Base (i think) are all near by in Enfield towards the Lea Valley.
Not the best part of Town round there so be aware..
