Looking awesome still when posing at the end of the last video. You mention the Insta guys who always look “spot on” year round. I just think its caused an unrealistic expectation of the off season as very few post pictures when fatter in the off season. Just throw backs to when shredded. So newer guys to the sport seem to try and stay really lean year round, but then wonder why they hardly grow.
Are you still following the same split?
Mon – Chest, delts& arms
Tue – Legs
Wed Back width + bicep touch up
Thurs Rest
Friday chest , delts and arms
Sat :Back thickness + hams +glutes
Sunday : restAlso was it a typo about cruising on Test P? If not, why do you prefer P rather than E?

Be aware of lower back loading. You have rack pulls, then the next day back squats. This will really slow the squats progression.
I’d do Pull/Push/Legs/off/repeat and think about exercise choice more. If you want to rack pull then do it before a back supported movement like hack or v squats.

My legs have responded to load more than anything. But with control.
I’m also finding working in higher rep ranges more effective. So 9-12 and 12-20, rather than a 5-8 and 9-12 and keep tension as constant as possible.
But basically just fucking hammer them until you want to vomit, or they’re numb. Rest 4-5 days then do it again. Do this consistently for months on end, adding weight to the bar, and pounds on the scale. Your legs will grow. The rate in which they grow will of course be genetic.
Also don’t neglect hamstrings and ad/abductors.

Dean I get your point but I do control E2 to an extent. But if you’re prone there is only so much you can do. A small dose of something may be required it regulate side effects, just like using an AI.
Sure we could all just use 200mg of test a week and not use additional drugs, use no caber and have a limp noodle on 19-Nors. No HCG, Clomid or Nolva and hope we recover ok.
Its the nature of the beast in a lot of cases. You need a drug to regulate the side effects of other another drug. It shouldn’t be like that and it’s a stupid mind set. Knowing what causes it is important but if you have acne and you realise E2 is a bit high you can either add an AI, drop to 150-200mg a week, or add accutane. 99% will add an AI, those with it bad will add accutane. Because if health was our main concern then we wouldn’t be using AAS.
I’ve tried all the non drug routes of getting rid of acne. The retin-a gels, high dose vitamins, scrubbing in the shower with special shampoos. All does f all. Accutane works.

I was pretty acne prone and suffered really badly as a kid so as soon as hormones rise or fall I get bad acne. Nothing to do with E2. High DHT drugs dont seem to effect it worse than just a little test.
20mg of tane eod stops it dead. These days I’ve run tane so much that i don’t seem to get any spots. Never had an side effect from it either. Dry lips when I had to really hammer it to get rid of existing acne when a kid, but at 20mg eod nothing.
Side effects way worse than roids? Lol. 50mg of Tbol for a couple of weeks and I want to die. 40mg of accutane as a 120lb teen and no effects on lipids or liver after 16 weeks. Everyone I know who has used accutane as a child with acne says it was the best thing they did.

Why is it everyone hates the thought of taking accutane, but are happy to use steroids? I can assure you the side effects of AAS are more damaging than 20mg of tane a day.

If you ran HCG from the start you’d probably be fertile after a long time on B&C.

Barbell rows in the smith I tell ya.
T-Bars are more lower back friendly I find as well but just drive with the elbows and don’t throw the weight out the bottom by using the lower back.
I’m playing with the 2 chest compounds at the minute and I’m finding it hard to progress. But some lifts may have become stale so need rotating out for a while. I’m doing a dumbbell/barbel movement, then a machine.

Hi Jordan. Do you use superdrol in prep at all to retain strength? I imagine 50mg of Var a day and 10mg superdrol preworkout would be a potent combo. But would daily Winnie be better for the cosmetic effect?

I assume the Winnie is as a pre workout? Do you normally drop the test dose as you get close in to try and reduce water, or is it likely to stay high all the way in?

One thing that’s really helped build my back thickness is starting with a pull down that targets the area. So neutral grip pulls downs and pull ups and the hammer strength machine Yates used in blood and guts. I progress these with prefect form then move onto my compound stuff like T-Bar, barbel rows and smith rows.
Also try barbel rowing in the smith machine. I find I can reduce the load on my erectors while still hitting lats.
And def try and have an extra rest day between legs and back to reduce lower back loading. Accumulative fatigue will really build up on PPL. But Pull/Push/off/Legs/off is more recoverable leading to more PBs and less need to deload so often
Can’t help with chest as mine still lags and so far not found the secret..
