It’s strange how people react so differently. If this was posted on the average forum, you’d probably have a 100 posts saying your gear is under dosed and garbage.

Same as @Corinne I’m calm when lifting 95% of the time. The first rep is always the hardest, as once that’s done i kind of get in the “its fucking on” mind set.
When i have those days where i’m really not feeling it and the warm ups feel brutally heavy, i just think of stuff that really pisses me off. Add in a tune like Kraddy – Android Porn and i’ll just attack it. But these sets are never as effective as the calm and controlled ones in my opinion (for me anyway).

I’d say there’s more good than bad labs.
Personally used Sphinx, SiS, Infinity, Orbis, Triumph, D-Hacks, Dimensions, Baltic, Alliance, Taylor Made, Neuro Pharma and Apollo (went to shit at the end), and they were all ok. I just stick with Triumph now though as its pain free and well priced.
I can only think of one lab i’ve ever used that was garbage. -
I hold fat in my chest and when fatter it looks shit.
Its just where i genetically hold fat. Its the first place it goes on, and the last place it comes off, so just crack on with dieting until its off. Yohimbine HCL may help. I’m planning on utilizing this for the first time this diet. -
It will certainly have a negative effect to some degree. But for me personally (i dont compete, never will, and just train because i enjoy it) the sacrifice of 1-2 lbs of muscle a year in exchange for having a few drinks with friends/family is well worth it.
I never get pissed however, as those days are long gone and i cant be dealing with that. -
@Max Hunter. Agree 100%. I’ve really neglected dead lifts over the last 18 months as i’ve been working more on RDL variations on leg day, and heavy rows for back. But now its back to Pulling from the floor, Banded Deads and Rack pulls. I want 260kg for 7-8 by the end of the year.

As above. Pulling from just below the knee and from a dead stop (instead of bouncing off the bars) i can only pull about 10kg more, and possible get an extra rep or two.
It’s also, for me, a lot less comfortable than pulling from the floor. I never have any problems getting the bar to my knees. I normally fail just above the knee. So starting in that weak position is hard from the first rep.

I’ve always used HCG so yes….. it stays a constant 500iu every 5 days since I first pinned knowing I would be on for the foreseeable future.
I use an AI when blasting. Not when cruising on 200-250mg test plus the HCG.

Hi Jordan,
with regard to the 2 compound chest exersices im sure you ran it in that format until you switched to the new split you’re on. If I remember from the video it was the same machine press followed by the dumbbell press as you start with now. But then went onto a full push session rather than more chest focused work.

Back when you were doing the Pull/off/legs/Push split was there any reason for starting to add the second chest compound movement? Did you feel the split worked better that way, or was it just because with the change of form the loading was lower so it was justified? I can imagine progression through the following exercises would be hindered?

I’ve heard people say you’re more likely to have girls when getting a girl pregnant when using AAS. But I had a girl pre AAS and two boys during. So doesn’t ring true for me.
If you do become sterile through Anabolic use then I believe it takes a sperm 90-110 days to mature before its “spent” so that would be the time it would take post PCT. that may be able to be shortened by Proviron, HMG or Clomid but I’m no expert on such complicated matters.

Use HCG from the start and you’ll likely be fine fertility wise. If not then there are last resort protocols using HMG, Proviron and Clomid to increase sperm count.
I’ve been on B&C for over 2 years and my wife is pregnant. HCG is probably the root cause of that, or she has a lover on the side……

Yeah got to be in by 1pm. So plenty of waiting about and twiddling my thumbs.
I was just going to have some fried egg and a bit of porridge tbh. Its only 8-9 hours and im sure they’ll bring me a shitty sandwich or something after.Do you literally eat nothing when you fast? Or do you just keep under a certain number of calories (500 odd for men if you follow that 5:2 thing)?

How do you go 40hrs fasting? Do you not feel dizzy, or sick, or anything?
I have to Fast from 7am until 4pm as im having the snip and the Doc wants to sedate me for it (apparently because he can lol). Only allowed a small breakfast and no fluids after 11am. Im more worried about being starving, fatigued and grumpy from the lack of food than i am having my nut sack cut open.
Any tips you have for me? High fiber and fatty breakfast, psyllum husk with water etc?
