Don’t panic. It will take a while to go completely.
Just use 20mg of Nolva, and the Aromasin (25mg a day is a high dose) and ride it out.
When i get flare ups using NPP it takes about 3-4 weeks of Nolva and increased AI to settle it. Then when i cruise it goes completely. -
I’m just going to go in with a low dose for 10 weeks and see how i get on.
If i could jab every day i would but i would honestly just pack it in after a week, or id keep forgetting.
Sleep is never an issue but ill have some bits on hand to help. Only time i struggle is when training is hard and im really beaten up. Now im cruising and have lowered my frequency to 4 days a week i’m sleeping very well. So i will continue on this split while dieting. P/P/L/off i find too taxing for me now with the strength i’ve built.Might start a journal on here when i start dieting properly………

It should be fine so i’ll use just use it. Can always drop it if i dont get along with it.
I’ll give Tren Enth a run at 200-250mg a week (2 shots on mon and thurs) and see how i go. Test at 450mg, and some Var as needed. Not fussing with Mast.
Blood pressure can be a problem with me. But ive never not been able to control it and can keep it under 135 (at worst). Its only really an issue when pushing food and body weight up tbh.
Looking forward to dieting now, new drug to play with and less food (so sick of eating and being fat). -
That looks like over kill for sure. Do you really need a chest and a shoulder focused day?
I can just about get away with Push/Pull/Legs?off but need to de-load every 6-8 weeks. Doing Pull/Push/Off/Legs/off i can string more weeks together and feel less Zombie like.If you are advanced and do need more individual focus then something like:-
Chest focus, with some Tricep and Shoulder work
Lat focus, with bicep and calves
Quad Focus, with some hamstring and abs

shoulder and tricep focus, with some chest
Hamstring focus, dead lifts, some quad and calve work.

I wouldn’t bother using HCG unless you have since starting. HCG is good for fertility (my Mrs is pregnant (unplanned) and ive been B&C for over 2 years and assumed i was sterile) but as this isnt a concern for you its not needed. If you have been using it since starting AAS then 100% keep it in. 500iu every 5 days is fine. It will help when you eventually come off for sure.
No dont use any AIs. Aim is to get health back and lipids will be effected by AI use. Also 200mg a week and you shouldnt need to control estrogen anyway. If you do then use Nolva. I lower my AI for a week after last jab while the ester lowers then use Nolva for another 7-10 days just in case estrogen rises.
If i was only going to wait 6-8 weeks after last pin i doubt i’d actually even use any test to cruise. Just HCG. James H i think said he didnt used to cruise, Jose Raymond also comes off everything between cycles. Lots probably do.

Try if you can. If next time you still get 4 reps then lower the weight slightly.
Also if you’re intent on keeping form “perfect” then you have to accept that (especially on pressing movements) progression will be slow.
Form should be good for sure but the main goal is still to get strong, and add body weight if looking to grow.
No one got big by perfectly pressing 30kg dumbbells, but lots got big pressing the 90s with good form.Also i would do 3 rotations personally.

You wont need to cruise on 300mg unless you’re pretty large in my opinion.
I’m using 250mg and that’s likely overkill for me, but health markers still go back into range so i use it.Main thing is you don’t want to have to use any AIs during a cruise. So i’d start by using 200mg e7d and see how you feel and how bloods look after 6 weeks or so. No Proviron and no AIs as i like to use as little as possible to get health back.

If form is good then I’d build reps up on the first set. Possibly drop by 15-20kg on the second set to get more like 12-15 ish.
If forms poor then drop the weight until it’s good and work up again.

Nothing that I’ve run has ever had a negative effect on my personality tbh. NPP, Mast, EQ and all the orals I’ve used I never feel any different. NPP I suppose makes me lose interest in shagging slightly but my mood is good. Only one that gets me short tempered is Tbol, but I think that’s just more the fact it makes me really groggy and lethargic.

I’d go for – Bar Dips, Machine Dips, Close Grip Bench Press, Floor Press, or even weighted Close Grip Press Ups. Skull Crushers will damage the elbow if they’re not really warm, and for me work better as a finishing movement once the tri’s are fatigued.

I currently take 2-3 tablets of Red Yeast Rice (forget the dosage but equates to 7-10mg a day of Monacolin K). Is that plenty?

Genetics, building decent shoulders and upper back with a narrow waist will make you look wide. Thickness comes from simply building big lats, spinals, rear delts and upper back (teres, rhomboids, traps etc).

How much Monacolin K do you need a day for LDL reduction? Is it 10mg?
