    2 lbs a month is a lot for a natty.
    I literally would add 15-20 lbs A YEAR when i was natty! And i’d have to diet off half of that! lol

    Hi Jordan. If the scan shows the ab is kaput, would you drop to a cruise again and rest up for a couple of weeks? Or still push on and just try and work around it?

    Also any chance of some current pics? I know you dont like progress pics but your idea of a “fat mess” is probably a lot leaner than mosts. haha

    SiS orals are shite. Oils are fine.

    I use Triumph these days. Nice smooth oil that’s PIP free. Any gear that gives me PIP I bin and won’t use again. Hence why I wouldn’t use Dimensions oils. The old hacks stuff was brutal.

    Sphinx is also tried and true. The 300mg Test im using is painful though, but heard it’s a bad batch and been sorted.

    Always keep peri-worjout the same. I wouldnt cut calories from here to allow for a cheat meal personally.

    If off season i’d just eat what ever when ever. Excess calories are a benefit and a cheat meal, or two a week shouldnt make a difference.

    When dieting i normally just keep my meals pretty clean tbh. If i take my wife out, or im out with friends i’ll just normally have a steak, some chips, and possibly, but only sometimes share a desert (but my wife will eat 95% of it as shes female, and that’s what they do). If this meal happens to be post-post then i may opt for something more calorie dense like pasta, or pizza. If i start eating sweet food like pancakes and ice cream i just crave it all week so stick to savory ‘generally boring shit”.

    For EQ i’d say 500-600mg if using it with just test to try and gain tissue. I’ve used 750mg and even that was side free.
    As Ric says if using it with something (like low Tren or some Mast), and you’re dieting then 300mg will still give some visual effects.
    On the whole i find it pretty unspectacular. I dont think i’d use it off season again, but it does give a nice look when lean (in my opinion).

    When i start dieting in 5 weeks i’ll be using 450mg Test, 300mg EQ and 200mg Tren.

    Used Orbis about 5 years ago and it was OK. Then they went, but guess they’re back. No idea what the newer stuff is like.

    A few online sellers for Dimensions that shouldn’t be hard to find via Google.
