    Yeah the Niacin flush sucks but you get used to it.

    I take one after my pre-workout (first meal) as this way i never seem to get a flush as im normally dying in the gym anyway. Another i take just before bed (after my last snack), that way i’m sleeping during the flush. The other i have after lunch which can see me going all red and prickly at work………

    My HDL was awesome before drugs. My GP even told me i had the best ratio he’d seen in 30 odd years of being a GP. But add in a small amount of test/AI and its rock bottom. So for me the 1500mg Niacin a day is worth it.

    My staples are Niacin, Nordic Natural Fish Oil, Citrus Bergamot and Evening Primrose Oil.
    I used to have really poor HDL on even just a little bit of test but with those i can keep it in range (or just below) unless im using orals.
    Cardarine is also supposed to be good.

    For example if you’re warming up for a squat, and you plan to squat 200kg you may do……

    Empty Bar for 12-15 reps
    60kg for 10 reps
    100kg for 7 reps
    140kg for 3-4 reps
    160kg for 2
    180kg for 1
    200kg for your 7-10 set to failure

    Then every exercise after that i just do 1-3 warm ups of 2-3 reps to get a feel for the movement.

    Hi Corrine. You say the Primo wasnt Primo but dont be 100% sure. I’ve seen some moody results from Medichecks lately.
    I had a TSH level of 12 something from MCs, then the next day i had a blood test from the GP which (coincidentally) included TSH and it was at 2 something.
    They also tested the wrong thing for me recently. Results for E2 instead of E1!

    I train at 6:45am ish and get up at about 5am. I’ll always have a light breakfast at about 5:45am. From a recovery POV a meal before really helps. Even if its just whey, fruit and some almond butter.

    As Jordan says hydration is key though. I feel rough if i wake up and start nailing loads of water. So i’ll drink a pint before bed, then a pint if i wake up in the night. Once awake i try and get in a litre minimum during the 100 mins before training.

    I also like to be awake for a good 90 mins (at least) before training other wise i feel sluggish.

    I much prefer it. I used to train after my kids went to bed at 8-10pm and it was horrible. I never wanted to train. Now its out the way and i still have all evening with the fam.

    Any brands you know that are good for Cardarine?

    Also when you drop to a cruise do you count the 8 weeks off as starting from the last pin? Or do you count clearence time from the ester? So in reality 8 weeks, would be 10 ish weeks off?

    Cheers Jordan. Plan was to start at 5mg, then up to 10, then 15 if i had no sides. I’ll probably be using some Vasoburn on my lower back as well.

    Would you think that Primaforce is a better option?

    Triump do 150mg/ml and it’s smooth as silk. I’d be dubious of 200mg/ml NPP as I believe it’s very hard to hold at 150. Hence why lots of the Triump vials are crashed.

    I have elbow and wrist problems but can do french presses ok. I just need to make sure that im keeping the weight on the tricep, and being very controlled. This reduces loading but it doesn’t matter if the progression is there. I’ll also do a couple of lighter 3-5 rep sets before just to grease the elbows a bit, even though its after all my heavy tricep compound stuff.

    Theyre worth preserving with if you can. But if you really cant do them then i’d stick with various push downs for more reps and sets.

    Finally got the E1 results.

    Oestrone 0.100 nmol/l 0.03 -0.22

    I think Medichecks just pulled this result out there arse. I’d chased them after 2 weeks of no results (gave me E2 results), and an hour after emailing this popped up.

    I would have expected it to be higher. Still, i’m cruising now and not pinned anything for a couple of weeks so hopefully next blast (no NPP or high test) things will be simpler to pin down.
