I was also wondering about the EQ? At that dose, and with Tren and Mast in the mix are the cosmetic effects still noticeable?

Aromasin for me. Kinder on lipids so I prefer it for that reason. Also no estrogen rebound when you stop.

I’ve emailed medichecks and asked them to give me the E1 results so we’ll see.
But yes 150 pmol is pretty much bang on what i would have expected from 750mg test and 12.5mg Aromasin eod going on my previous bloods.
Like i said its strange the results are now normal when i had two tests (from different companies) showing low E2.
I was getting gyno when my E2 was showing at 38.8 pmol, so E1 must have been raised? E2 is now normal, and i have no gyno, so i’d guess E1 must have now gone down? I dont think the Prolactin was high enough to cause problems, and my titties certainly weren’t leaking! That would freak me the hell out! lol -
Bit Strange but i had my Oestrone (E1) levels checked by medichecks. Just got my results back and they’ve given me OESTRADIOL (E2) results. I’ll let them know and get my E1 results to see if i’m converting to that instead of E2.
Interestingly though my E2 levels are now:-
17-Beta OESTRADIOL 150 pmol/L < 192So bang on what i would expect for 750mg of Test and 12.5mg Armoasin eod. Previous results were 55 pmol on 12.5mg ed, and 38.8pmol when i dropped it to every 3 days.???!! I’ve been on 12.5mg eod for about 2 weeks, and dropped the Nolva (e3d gave me some mild gyno) on Sunday.
Prolactin was also high (top of range) but been using caber twice a week for the last 3-4 weeks.

I can imagine carrying round 280+ lbs isn’t easy. Plus the food required daily must be tedious. I 100% get where you’re coming from with the constant want to progress and improve as i’m the same. But i guess it must eventually get to a point where you choose to quit while ahead, or you’re forced to stop by injury or health problems.
How do you think you’ll go about streamlining? Drop to a cruise and eat less until the muscle just starts to come off? What kind of body weight do you think you’d aim to be/be comfortable at?I also feel this will be my last year of pushing hard to achieve what i want. I don’t compete, and i’ll have 3 young kids by summer so feel its time to not be so ridged and obsessive. I’ve built a decent physique so guess i’ll just maintain it on a cruise (with the odd low dose test/mast cycle). Relax my eating and training a bit. Then eventually try and come off altogether (while still training of course).

I’d keep training day calories the same.
The extra calories will only help recovery, and just two days wont contribute to any real fat gain. -

Random question but have you every gotten to a point in you BB career where you’ve just wanted to jack it all in? Its not that uncommon for up and coming guys to just quit the sport (Compton, Oliva Jr, Aaron Clark are some that come to mind) simply because they’ve had enough. With BBing being 24/7 and very restrictive as a lifestyle, have you personally ever gotten to a point and thought about not training or eating as religiously (or packing it in completely)? -
Agree with @robbieuk “I think you’d be better to continue to diet, you’re not in the best place for gaining muscle still and I’d also scale back the drugs considerably. Starting as you are the amount of fat you’ll gain with any muscle will just make your next diet harder than it needs to be.”
You need to shift the fat before you think about trying to add new tissue, or you’ll end up seriously fat in 16 weeks meaning dieting it all off will be hell.
Also drugs should be halved. Seriously thats a lot of gear considering how you look (no offense), and the time you’ve been training.

This is why I’ve decided to go to 750mg if that makes sense.” This is crap. You’re natural level will not dictate what you get out of gear. Genetics will to an extent limit how much you can again. But to be honest, if after 2 cycles you’re not growing like a weed from 600mg test then you’re training or nutrition isnt up to par.
Still its you’re choice of course but that’s just my 2c.

15-16 weeks is good if you can push for that long. I cant personally. The last 4 weeks everything normally just turns to shit, and i feel crap.

@LukeSandoe yeah i’ve found that the last two push ups in weight, that it got to a point where the food was just making me feel grotty, and no matter how much i shoved in my weight wouldn’t budge. Then when i dropped drugs to a cruise and lowered calories, my weight started to climb and i felt better. Also having a few days off the gym and on lower calories can help.

No Oral Kick start as i try and avoid orals for the most part due to the negative Lipid effects. Only really use Var when dieting now, and the odd cheeky Superdrol preworkout.
The 750mg of Test was a blend of enth and prop (250/100 per ml) so that would have kick started to an extent.If you dont mind pinning everyday then Primo is probably worthwhile. I cant be arsed with pinning, so 2-3 times a week is my max which makes them big shots when using other compounds alongside the Primo.

I just did 750mg Test with 450mg NPP. Still the classic combo for size. Only thing i’d have done next time is drop the test to 600mg. Didnt feel the extra 150mg added much but i just wanted to try high test. The thing that puts me off Primo is the injection volume (and price to an extent). I just don’t see the need to be using 6ml of extra oil when i can grow well on NPP and Test.
I suppose combining NPP with Tren will depend on how you get on with Tren. I’ve not used it yet but a few guys i know who have all say they find it harder to eat, or add body weight when using Tren.
