    Disagree with the above.

    Preworkout all the way. Only use them spread when looking for cosmetic benefits from say Var or Winnie.

    Timing will depend on the oral used. Car and Tbol I’d say 60-75 mins pre. Superdrol, dbol or Oxys possibly half that. That’s just from my experience though.

    Hi Jordan. In the 210-285 video you said you got to a good 260 but then being greedy for size pushed to a soft 285. Admitting you probably added hardly any muscle for the 25 lbs of fat.

    How do you know when you’re at this stage? Any tell tale signs? I feel like I’m sort of there but strength is climbing, and I’m still not tooooo fat, but I am now getting to the limit of what I’m happy with. It’s been 10-11 weeks of the second push up this off season and eating is now a proper chore but training and everything else is sweet. Is it just a case of play it by the mirror?

    New Years goal is to strip the fat I put on in 2017s push up and hopefully look like i lift before summer……..

    Also safety squat 5.5 or even 6 plates a side for reps. Incline Benching 160kg for 6-8 would also be awesome as my bench is crap.

    Cancer rates increased at 3mg/kg from the study I saw. Tbh it wouldn’t worry me enough to not use it for short periods.

    But GSK wouldn’t have spent 10s of millions and spend years developing a drug that increases fitness, reduces cholesterol and helps diabetes/lowers obesity etc with little side effects, just to drop it if there wasn’t major concerns over safety.

    The cancer thing does concern me slightly though. Although I know the study was on rats and at 3mg/kg. Still a bit concerning.

    As above but I’ll add…… Do you feel the arms working? I see guys doing heavy preacher curls, but using loads of swing and not getting the bicep as short as possible in the contraction.

    Same with close grip presses and dips. I can go really heavy and use chest with some tricep. Or I can knock 10kg off loading and destroy my tri’s.

    Arm strength will progress really slowely so consider micro loading with 0.5kg plates so you can keep form tight as a drum.

    Also drop the fluffy stuff and concentrate on heavy extensions (elbows permitting). Skull crushers, French press, incline skulls etc. All with a good stretch and pause.

    Agree with the above.

    Eat as well as you can for as long as you can ideally. Sure have a cheat or two a week, or even grab a chocolate bar or something if off season. I like to follow the 80:20 rule.
    To be honest I’m eating so much food now the thought of a five guys or some cheesecake turns my stomach. I’ve got three more weeks of pushing up and could probably do with adding 50 grams of carbs or so. But every meal is such a chore I just can’t bring myself to do it.
    In a couple of month when I’m well into dieting and appetite comes back I’ll be salivating at the thought of a five guys or platter of sushi. Funny old lifestyle this.

    Thanks Dean. Is it worth dosing the caber on Saturday then start Monday, Thursday? Just to get it down a bit quicker?

    Hopefully when i cruise again the estrogen conversion issue may resolve itself.

    Just had my Prolactin results back. 328 mIU/L (86 – 324)

    So a bit high. Assume this is from letting my Estrogen raise, as again i’ve never suffered high prolactin when using NPP before.

    I have Caber on hand and actually took half a tab on monday (just before doing the blood sample), and the other half today. I’ll start to dose it eod for a couple of weeks to bring Prolactin down.

    On Aromasin 12.5mg ed now and added in tamox. I felt ok on 12.5mg ed and this is what i would have expected to need based on previous cycles (i could get away with eod probably). I only dropped it seeing and E2 was so low.

    Whats the reason i would suddenly start converting to E1? When cruising before this cycle my E2 was 90 on 250mg a week of test (no AI).

    Personally id rather just do a couple of 1.5-2ml jabs IM a week than piss about doing .5ml every day subq.
    Injecting IM isnt exactly hard. All you have to do is push it in a bit further.
    Plus when its just 0.5ml or so for a TRT sized jab i cant imagine scar tissue would be a problem.

    Hi again Dr Dean. Aromasin is still effective at lowering E1 yes? Looking online at studies suggests it is.

    I guess i must be converting to E1 as my nipples are again on fire and lumps forming (literally since writing the above). So i’ll go back to Aromasin everyday as at least at this dose i wasn’t having any problems (only changed dose when i saw E2 was so low). I’ll then get E1 tested by medichecks but guess it will have to wait until the new year now.

    Really annoying as i’ve never had anything like this arise before, and controlling estrogen is not normally an issue for me.

    Hi Dean.

    I’ve had my Prolactin checked so should get the results today to rule out any nipple probs from that.
    I’ve also dropped my AI altogether from 5 days ago so will get bloods checked again in the new year. Just running Proviron at 50mg a day, and i’ll add Tamox at 20mg if needed.

    Strange thing is my Libido is sky high. I never normally get increase in libido from any drug (proviron, test, mast etc), and NPP normally kills it to 0. But this cycle its been crazy high for the last 6 weeks.

    All in all i dont feel like my estrogen is high. No major bloat, no increase in BP, no fatigue, this is probably the healthiest i’ve felt when pushing up.
