I really like them and did them for a short while as just one body weight set to failure, aiming to progress it each time. But once i got up to 20+ reps, adding weight when training alone was a pain so i dropped them for weighted chins.
Benefit to them is they are hard to cheat on. But they hit more mid back, traps, rhomboids, teres etc imo. Not so much lats. Pull downs can hit the same area just by focusing on flaring the elbows and retracting the scapular with a slightly backwards tilt.

I currently use:-
Citrus Bergamot – 500mg 20-30 mins pre dinner
COQ-10 – 100mg am and pm
Niacin – 500mg 3 x a day
Nordic Naturals Fish Oil – 2.5ml 3 x a day
Red Yeast Rice (10mg Monakolin K) 1200mg am and pm
Garlic Extract – 400mg (7200ug allicin)
Vitamin K MK-7 – one capsule a day
Vitamin D – 5000iu
Super Bio Curcumin – 400mg am and pm
Evening Primrose Oil – 1000mg 2-3 times a dayI rattle when i walk.
I also try and use as little Aromasin as possible, and avoid orals for most of the year.

Adding some cardio, even if its just brisk walking for 25-30 mins a day will help. I aim for 5500-6000 steps daily off season (office job).
Also, Citrus Bergamot, Niacin and a high grade Fish oil (Nordic Naturals Brand is spot on) will help boost HDL.
No need to reduce steak, eggs etc. Eating Salmon, Mackerel, Sardines etc is a great addition though.
K2 is good, so are things like COQ-10, Red Yeast Rice, and Garlic extract. -
I have some gyno from NPP at the minute. 20mg of Tamox and upping my Aromasin is sorting it slowly.
I’m not sure on the whole Progesterone/Prolactin thing. I think as long as your keeping estrogen at bay from the test, and you don’t already have gyno, then you shoudn’t need Caber. I have it on hand but i’ve literally used one tablet in about 4 NPP cycles, all of which have given me a gyno flare up to some extent. Estrogen may have just built up from the higher test dose and is now causing problems. I’d add in some Aromasin at 12.5mg e3d and 20mg Tamox until it goes. Then get blood work to check estrogen levels. I also wouldnt run Test lower then NPP. I’d stick at 500 test, and 300-350 NPP.NPP brewed at 150mg/ml will crash. I’m using some vials now that looked like pots of candle wax until you blast ’em on the hob for 5 mins.

I do believe my popped fibres were caused by scar tissue from quad injections. They popped literally right where I jab, then I was doing muscle rounds while healing it up and on my last rep of the last set…….. muscle just “snapped”, from my hip to my knee.
After that it seemed to go constantly for a good 20 weeks. Heal up, and then a couple of workouts later it would go. Now,I’ve not jabbed quads in 6 months and had no popped fibres.
So if you use quads a lot for injections perhaps give them a break for a while?

Have you done a video on Primo yet? I couldn’t see one but would be interested to know more about it from your POV. Min and optimal doses, benefits, drawbacks etc. Shame Primo is so much £££, and is always dose at such low concentrations per ml.

Sounds like old habits die hard to me mate.
If you cant grow on 500mg test, and 400mg deca then you’re either massive, or training/nutrition isnt up to par. If thats the case another 33% more drugs, plus an oral wont help. If you stick with 500/400, and then after 10 weeks want a bit more you can add in the Oxys for 4-6 weeks. Thats more than reasonable.You really don’t need 1.7g of gear for a fifth cycle.

Just a isolation set that focuses on getting a huge pump via a strong contraction and stretch. As well as working every last bit out of the muscle through either partial reps, drop sets, forced reps, controlled negatives etc.

Push days for me are normally set up as:-
2 sets chest compound
2 sets delt compound
2-3 sets tricep compound
2-3 sets chest iso
2 sets tricep iso
1 set tricep iso (metabolic stress set)
2-3 sets delt iso
1 set delt iso (metabolic stress set)Also if youre doing heavy deads, rack pulls, block pulls, t-bars and barbell rows etc. The lower back loading may be too much if youre also including heavy stiff leg variations, RDLs, good mornings etc the following day. So if you plan on pulling on back day, dont add any additional lower back loading on leg day. I do all my big pulling on leg day, so back day i do barbell, tbar and chins as my second movement. I then have a rest day, before hitting legs and doing RDL variations.

I guess what hes saying is why are you using nolva and clomid when running TRT?
Its like trying to bump start a car with no fuel in the tank.Either come off the cyp TRT and use HCG, Nolva and Clomid to try and re-start the HPTA. Or just continue on TRT.

Dropped the Aromasin to 12.5mg every three days and now have some very itchy and lumpy titties! 🙁 lol
20mg Nolva added, and upped Aromasin to eod and i’ll see what happens. I’ll get E2 and test retested after i’ve been on eod for a week or so.
I’ll get the second bloods done with MediChecks and see what the levels are at.

Whats a good way to use Berberine HCL?
Currently for GDAs in using:-
240mg R-ALA with my Pre-workout meal (65g Carbs)
6 caps of RPG (450mg Berberine) with my Post-Workout meal (300-350g carbs)
240mg R-ALA with my Post-Post Meal (80-120g carbs)I was thinking of adding 500mg Berberine HCL with my pre and post-post for a total of 1450mg a day.
Would it be better taken like that or can the caps be moved away from carb meals? I know Berberine can “possibly” effect muscle gain so moving them away from the peri-workout window may also be beneficial.
