If blood work is fine then in reality you probably don’t need anything.
But to keep blood work healthy when pushing drugs, food and training for me i’d say….

5mg CialisDon’t bother with a multi vit unless in starvation phase of dieting. I’d rather get my micros from veg and a bit of fruit.
If i was natural i’d probably not take anything. At most just a fish oil, and possibly join-in. -
I mix 5000iu with 1ml of water. Preload it into slin pins and freeze until i want to use them. Never had an issue in all the years of doing this.

Yeah that happens to me. Best thing i did was just keep active. AM cardio and shooting for 10-12k steps a day. Don’t push up too quick and stay off high doses of NPP and Tren. Keeping my BP around 115-120 at the minute and 25lbs up in weight. That’s with Tren in the mix.
Worst case scenario i’ll use 10mg lisinopril. But its not something i like to rely on.

One of my favorite movements is front squats done with a safety squat bar backwards. This removes the issue of balancing the bar. Dan Greene can squat and pull huge weights, and look at how much he front squats. They’re great for quads, and upper back. A lot of the Russian and Eastern Block strength guys utilised them a lot.

Always use Pharma AIs. As for if they’re trust worthy, i just go by if they sell decent legit gear, they’re not likely to sell fake pharma AIs.

@sam coulter Libido has so many things that can effect it. Just because you don’t want to shag anything with even half a pulse, doesn’t mean your gear is fake. May be you’re just getting old? lol

In my mind if you want kids, and want to use AAS then use HCG from your first jab. Much harder getting the horse back once its bolted.
I have always used 500iu HCG every 5 days, that’s for the last 5 years of B&C. I’ve had 2 of my 3 kids in that time. That’s not even actively trying. -
Whats the reason for wanting to drop off the extra weight and not start to push up again?

Me and my family used to do Tenerife over new year. Stayed at Bahia del Duque which was a lovely hotel. But agree that leaving the hotel was always a bit disappointing.
You ever tried any of the Greek islands, or even Montenegro, Croatia etc? Scenery is great and has a French Riviera feel but not so pretentious (yet!) Corsica and Sardinia are also worth a visit.

I just suffer through the rubbing. I tried wearing lycra shorts but was just to hot down there! Had some nasty rashes in past off seasons though as a result! 🙁
Main issue for me is wearing out the inside of trousers. I can only wear chinos to work as if i wear a suit the trousers are ready for the bin after a week. Anything that isnt a jean type of material or tracksuit just gets destroyed.
As has been said buying 36-38″ waist when im 30-32″, just so i can fit my arse and thighs in is also annoying.

I train after meal 1 and still just have pro/fat. Only adding to meal 1 at the point where all my other meals are maxed at over 100g carbs each.
I still have a good helping of HBCD which i start drinking as soon as i walk in the gym, and find i have better energy this way. It also seems to keep me leaner for longer. Lots of carbs with breakfast leaves me very sleepy which isn’t ideal during the latter part of a workout.
Off days i have pro/fat for meals 1,2 and 3. Then 150g of carbs spread over the last meals as 35/80/35. Just so i have energy for my early morning gym session the next day.
This isnt the right way to do it, but works for me.

I doubt estrogen will get high enough to cause problems on 250mg and proviron.
Only time i’d use Nolva through a cycle in when using NPP as i simply have to.even when you have estrogen and prolactin under control?!
NPP will still give me Gyno even with Estrogen, Prolactin and Progesterone in range. No idea how!

I’ve been playing around with no carbs pre-workout this off season and feel much better for it. Also seem to be staying leaner.
So meal one is preworkout and i just make an omelette with 4 eggs, some chicken, spinach and 2 slices lighter fat cheese. Bit of BBQ sauce on top. Then intra i’ll have 45-60g carbs from dextrin.

If i’m out to dinner with my wife on a weekend i’ll have a few drinks. If on a stag do or at a wedding then likely a few more.
But i’m not trying to be the next Jay Cutler, and I’ve no desire to even compete. If you’re happy to sacrifice certain things to be the best you can be then that’s personal choice and fine. I’m not willing to sacrifice all that much for bodybuilding as a hobby.
Thing is you asked a question and got responses from competitors generally saying “drop it”. So where do you go from here? haha. Carry on and see where you go, or give it up?
