You need to use the Nolva and hope its not fake. 20mg everyday.
100mg a week shouldn’t give you gyno but estrogen is probably high from when on cycle.
Nolva for 4-6 weeks until estrogen levels have reduced should sort it (if the Nolva is real that is, if its not then buy some real stuff, if its too late then buy a bra). -

Safety squats are great. But so are front squats. It will likely be upper back that’s failing if your falling forward and rounding.
I make sure my upper back is pinched like when setting up a bench. I also make sure to keep my chin up, and drive my elbows up as I push through my heels. This keeps the bar in place and upper back tight.

Like wise. Cereals are ok but i prefer ground rice and banana. So easy to eat loads of it.
When i do have cereal its normally – Cookie Crisp, Corn Flakes, Cheerios, Golden Grahams, Choco-Malts (Tescos), Shredded Wheat Rye and Quinoa (sound rank but is well nice), Crunchy Nut, Multi grain Boulders (Tesco) and Grape-Nuts. All are low fat and taste pretty good.

Got a nasty stomach thing of mine and now eating a blueberry would make me feel like I’ve eaten two roast dinners in under a minute. I think I could fast for 48 hrs and not be hungry. Plus I feel like I could sleep for a week. Fun times.

Another question on mini cuts. How aggressively do you reduce calories? Would you reduce 100g of carbs a week say until you were losing weight? Then a couple of weeks later drop some more?
My last mini-cut i more of less had cut my carbs by half from 650g a day to 300g a day to lose a decent amount of weight. Would this mean that i was likely consuming too many carbs to start with? -
Do movements that you can feel work the muscle work, and keep form tight.
I like a compound movement for triceps first. Something like floor press, dips, dip machine, cg smith press, making sure i flex and use mostly the tris. Then something like skull crushers at various angles. After the skulls ill do one extended tricep extension set, but really focus on squeezing and doing slow negatives, drop sets.
Biceps i like preacher curls first to fatigue the bicep, then move onto heavy curls. Then again one set of forearm work (hammer curl, reverse curl variations).
Doing this has seen an inch on my arms since May.

The old Hacks T3 was definitely over dosed which would put me off using dimensions. I’d go for Tiromel.
Its such a minute amount of powder per tablet (25 mcg rather than mg) that i’d only trust pharma for accurate and consistent dosing.
Glad i have three boxes of uni-pharma left. That should last me a couple of cuts. -
I used it for 16 weeks when dieting.
I took 10mg before bed, and noticed improved sleep for the first few weeks. This wore off then i just held water for the remaining 13 weeks.
I wouldnt go above 10mg as the water retention is really quite special. Also when pushing weight up i can imagine it causing problems.
I did find it helped my joints out though.I personally wouldn’t use it again.

For me, as long as i feel the correct muscle working i dont really worry. I just try and get as strong as i possibly can while recruiting as much of the target muscle as possible. Obviously i try and control the negative but i’m not taking 4 seconds to descend on a squat, then pausing before driving back up as it would make progression very slow.
Remember what got Jordan to 270lbs. He got big by getting really freaky strong in a rep range, and with a frequency that was productive to growth. Same with Ronnie, Big Ramy, Kai, etc. All the big guys can move big weights. No one in the top 10 at the Olympia would struggle to bench 3 plates a side. They may do it now with perfect form, but its not what got them big. Progressing with as good form as possible did.
If i get to a stage like Jordan where im deadlifting over 350kg for reps, and maxing out every machine, then my training would change and id become more precise. Until then i’ll chase 6 plates a side on my squat, 4 on incline bench and do pull ups with 50kg hanging from me. Get to that and i know i’ll be bigger than i am now.

So that’s 24 working sets now. Are you still doing the same frequently, or has it reduced?
Do you feel once you’ve built strength back up with the better form, that volume will have to reduce again?

It will be the water and extra weight you’re carrying about. Gain 20 odd pounds in 3 months and all that extra weight is going to cause the back to cramp up.
I’d drop carbs down and tidy up, get 10 lbs off and push up again slowly.
By the end of a bulk i normally struggle to walk the dog with out back and shin pumps. Easily fixed with a bit of a tidy up. Then i’ll try and push up to where i was before (may be go up another 5-7 lbs) but in better condition. -
Nope. I personally always feel good on Nandrolone. If it effects you negatively then dont use it. You should be feeling good on cycle. So stick with EQ, Primo or a higher dose of test.
I dont think that any drug is worth living with horrible sides for long periods when it can be avoided. I really think people can be effected negatively for life by this. Almost like the negative personality sets in and the brain cant be rewired even though the cause has been removed.

500mg shouldnt effect things to badly. May lower HDL slightly.
I’d blast for 12-16 weeks and cruise for 8 if blood work was ok.
I ran 500mg for 3 cycles and had good progress each time. -
I forgot about Caber and ive just started on 450mg a week of NPP so thanks for reminding me.
I always have it on hand but i’ve never had a need for it up to 375mg.
