I’ve had some pretty sexy lumps that have grown when using NPP. 20mg Nolva a day and increasing my Armomasin dose always sorts it.
Just get on it as soon as you notice any growth, sensitivity or itchiness. -
Chris Bumstead is a fav of mine. Awesome physique and he trains heavy which is unusual for the “pretty” guys. Obs Luke, Jordan, Dallas, Ronnie, Matt Jansen as they’re all freaking strong. Most impressed by Corinne though. Pound for pound that girl really is crazy strong…
Meadows is interesting in his approach and I think the way to go once you’re too beaten up for progressive lifting.

0.5mg arimidex every 3 days, and 20mg nolva everyday until the lump goes. Thins may take a few weeks. Once its gone get bloods and see where estrogen is and adjust the AI dose accordingly.

I’d personally would add in some prop or an oral like DBOL instead of Deca.
You wont notice it fully kick in for about 4 weeks. Then two weeks later you’ll drop it and have to wait another 4-6 weeks for it to clear as its such a long ester.
Why do you feel you need a boost anyway? How many cycles have you done? -
Why Deca for only 6-8 weeks? Probably be better off with NPP but even then its still a bit short.
Doses look nice and sensible though.
I like to keep pushing up for a couple of weeks after last jab just so i can utilize the time that the esters take to clear. Then i’d drop carbs down and look to tidy up. Get the bloat off, and get some insulin sensitivity back over 6-8 weeks. Then start to diet down properly.

35g is a lot of peptopro intra workout and probably not required.
Just use as much as is required to alleviate soreness (DOMS).
Normally about 20g for me is plenty. -

I got some crashed NPP 150mg/ml for about 17 quid as well. Bargain, and it worked!!
Not used Dimensions as the old Hacks stuff used to cripple me with PIP. Their prop was the only thing where i actually had to stop using it due to the pain. Brutal isn’t the word. Might be better now but i’ve not the plums to try it. -

Do you still do the whole peri workout thing? Or do you literally not track anything anymore?I’d love the ability to be able wing it like that but I’d either end up like Johnny Vegas in about 4 weeks, or not gaining anything at all. Full blown is right to an extent. You don’t get many people who can wing it and still look good.

Hi Corinne. Do you take RPG 20-30 mins before the post workout meal or with it? Tub says with but I’ve always heard it’s better before?

I tighten up on a cruise dose of 200-250mg a week personally.
Increase food and get strong for 12-16 weeks, drop down to a cruise for 8-10 weeks, trying to get some fat/water off over 4-6 weeks. Then ramp everything up again.
If you’re losing loads of muscle and strength on 200-250mg of test a week you’re either very, very big, or not training/resting well enough. -

With the new style of training are you expecting to stall on movements sooner? Needing to rotate out movements more frequently, and lessening the ability to progress as quickly? Also what about the big buck movements like bent over rows, tbars that will need to have the load massively reduced in order for form to stay 100% locked in. -
Do it how you want. Raw, cooked doesnt matter as long as its consistent.
Meat i personally weigh cooked. Rice will be measured in a cup once cooked, but oats and cream of rice etc will be dry. Potato/Pasta i weigh uncooked as i think the weight varies to much with different cooking times.Your carb content adds up to 290g from what you posted above?

How many you popping before the post-workout meal? -
You put your food on a scale and get the weight? How can you not be good at that?
When you go into a shop and buy something yeah? On the packet it will have the nutritional information on. Look at this. It will say “Carbohydrate” then give a number. In case of a bagel its normally 45g ish. Add a tsp of jam to that and its 50g of carbs. Eat that bagel. If weight stays the same after a week. Buy something else carb dense that you want to eat. Look on packet and repeat! Buy measuring cups (1 cup is 250 odd ml) to measure things like rice, oats to save the hassle of weighing.
