I’m not surprised that’s only 2245 calories! That’s a big jump up to the 5500+ that Jordan consumes!
Keep increasing carbs by 75g until weight starts to go on. Then increase by 50g every time weight stalls.Diet could look like (as an example):
meal 1 / 4 eggs – 1/2 cup whites – spinach
pre-workout / 1/2 cup oats – 50g whey – 1/4 cup blueberries
intra / 45g carbs from powders – 15g EAA or Peptopro
Post / 130g cooked chicken – 2 cups jasmine rice – 1 tbsp honey
meal 2 / 200g (raw weight) 5% beef mince – 40g avocado – veg
meal 3 / 200g (raw weight) salmon – veg
meal 4 / 150g 10% fat Greek Yogurt – 45g milk proteinThat would probably give you around 200g carbs, 80g fat and 300g protein. If weight isn’t going up add 100g (uncooked) pasta to meal 2 and move the avocado to the salmon meal. Still nothing, then add a bagal and jam post workout etc etc

Try both and see what works better for you.
I like to have “some” carbs pre-workout. When i trained later in the day this may be 70-80g, but now i train first thing its only about 40g as i don’t have the appetite. Some will perform/feel better with no carbs and just protein and fat. Try both for a week and see what sits better.

What are your current macros and what are you eating to meet them? -

Use on cycle in my opinion. Keep the balls ticking over, rather than bring them back from the dead.
500iu every 5 days is what i use. So 750iu per week.
Clomid and Nolva for PCT! Starting 3 weeks after the last jab.Also i’d do 12 weeks min. Probably 16-20 with just 500mg of test e as long as i was still progressing.

Next time i push up from lean i’m simply not going to weigh my self. Just going by performance and the mirror. I think going by the scale can hinder you more than it can help at times.
I did this on a cut as i go so obsessed with the scale going down. I was eating 2000 cals and doing 40 mins of cardio a day after only dieting for 5 weeks and I still wasn’t loosing weight! i had to pull the plug after 10 weeks as i was eating crumbs, 1 hr of walking plus HIT just to lose a pound a week.
Next cut I weighed in at 190lbs, then 14 weeks later jumped on the scales expecting to be about 165-168lbs as i was so lean.
Scale said 185 lbs! 5 lbs over 14 weeks and my physique had changed massively. I was also still eating around 2400 calories a day. So scale isnt everything. Not when drugs are involved and you’re not overly advanced. -
I like reverse cable rows as an alternative to the machine.
Doing them as a rotation at the moment and they really hammer the lower inner lats. There a bit like a Yates Row but the cable seems to keep better tension. I use the EZ bar attachment so its easier on my wrists.

Drop EQ, use NPP or Deca instead in my opinion.
Up Hcg 500iu to every 5 days, or 750iu once a week.
Tamoxifen will also need to be run higher if using for gyno protection. I’d use Aromasin personally. 12.5mg eod. -
Agree with the above. I train first thing and I’ll only have one 50-60g carb meal on off days which will be dinner.
My go tos for breakfast is ready brek (or just ground oats) and whey, or if I’m pushing carbs above 55g in this meal ground rice, whey and a little coconut oil. They’re easy to eat first thing and sit nicely. I’ll then train 50-60 mins later. But start sipping my intra drink 5-10 mins before I start warming up.

Interesting info though. So for under 40s regular COQ10 would be ok?
I thought it was interesting that all the studies into the benefits were on COQ10. Not the more expensive version.

I’ve found a few places stating the same thing. That there is no difference in them apart from price.

Joe the better method is to run 500iu e5d. That way you wont get any major estrogen spike.
Also i cant imagine you having gyno problems on 40mg Nolva and 1mg adex a day. Were both pharma grade?I think the problem is you didnt allow esters to clear before you started your PCT. You need to wait 3-4 weeks after the last jab before you start the Clomid and Nolva. Otherwise they simply wont have an effect.
Just so im clear:- You did a cycle, then dropped to 150mg a week for 3 weeks, while on 150mg a week you did 5000iu of HCG (how was this spread out), then after the last jab you straight away started Nolva and Clomid? If thats correct it the strangest PCT i’ve ever seen and would never work.
If i was you i would re do my PCT properly now all the esters have cleared.
2500iu HCG eod for 8 shots, or 2000iu for 10 shots
100mg Clomid for 3 week, 50mg for another 3 weeks.
8 weeks of 20mg Nolva, this will also stop gyno and protect the balls from becoming desensitized. You could use 40mg while on HCG.or
Blast and Cruise and try and re-start when you no longer wish to do AAS. If you cant re-start then its TRT for life.

I’d take the glutamine pre and post rather than intra.
BCAAs aren’t much use as you already have peptopro in place. You could use them before fasted cardio.
Citrulline Malate and Electolytes are good intra. So is Creatine. -

Few things. Not enough HCG. You need to run 2500iu of HCG every other day for 8 shots. 20’000iu in total. 20mg of nolva for 6 weeks, 2 weeks when using the HCG and 4 weeks after. 100mg of clomid for two weeks after you finish the HCG, then 2 weeks of 50mg. That was the power PCT as far as I remember.
You don’t use test while blasting HCG. It defeats the point. You’re trying to re-start your balls, while also keeping them suppressed. That is probably the reason you probably didn’t recover. If you want to run 150mg of test then cruise.
Also in future just run 500iu of HCG e5d during the whole cycle. Then 3-4 weeks after do the nolva and clomid PCT. it’s the better option.
You should really look into this basic stuff before hand.

Joe. What was your test level before the cycle? What are the ranges the lab gave?
What did your PCT look like?
What were your LH and FSH levels?
Even after no PCT id expect test to have somewhat recovered within 10 weeks.
