I tend to wait about 3 weeks after my last jab, then do an aggressive mini diet.

I just aim to lower carbs as much as possible over 4 weeks or so. Basically my carbs have gone from 600 to 350 but no real loss of strength yet. Only a slight drop but that’s mostly down to me resetting my form. Scale is down 10-12 lbs and i feel better, blood pressure back down. Will try and get another 5 lbs off to lean up before ramping up drugs and pushing up again.

Cruising on just 200mg per week.

When the hormone falls out of solution. It kind of crystallizes. It can be because the vial became too cold, or that the lab didnt use enough BA (so PIP is less) when brewing high concentration gear.
I’m no expert on why it happens to be honest as i dont brew. But i’ve had a few vials do it in the past. I just put the vial on top of an electric hob (on the lowest power setting) until it dissolves again. This is what the lab advised i do. Some drugs like NPP take a lot of heating up when they crash to return to solution, other drugs dont.

Why come off and recover just to go back on? In my opinion its better to just use a true TRT dose of 150mg a week.

Say you recover in 8 weeks. Two weeks later you’re shut down again. Thats if you recover within the 10 weeks you plan on staying off. You may go back on before HPTA function has even been restored.

    Hi Jordan,

Now that you’re refocusing on form more will that mean no ass to grass squats, full range bench etc? Or do you still feel its important to work over a full ROM, even if it means shifting off the target muscle?

Sounds like it crashed. It happens.
Heat it up and it will go back into solution. But it may crash again.
It shows there is at least some hormone in your vial anyway.

I went up to just under 400 pwo. But tbh it was pretty uncomfortable and made the post post meal a struggle. Next time I’d probably cap it at 300, or just over, and move more carbs post post.

Think I was having 75g pre, 60g intra, 400 post and 90g post post. That 90 post post was a meal I dreaded!!! Haha

    Hi Corinne.

You from Epping originally? I lived there for 5 years (parents still live in Theydon) and I used to train at Ripped. Also at Krunch, Body Active and Monster occasionally. Lovely area. Hoping to move back in a few years!

    Congrats on the masters also

Hi Doc. I probably have missed your point. I’m not trying to be a douche if that’s how I’m coming across, and i very much appreciate your input.

I get what you’re saying about not going 100% on reference ranges as they can be skewed. But the NHS DO go on reference ranges. They simply won’t look into my TSH levels as the test my GP gave me all my Thyroid tests were in range. As I said I could go down the specialist route privetly and spend a load of money. Just for them to say it’s fine after charging me for every single scan they can think of.

I have ordered another full thyroid test which I’ll do in a couple of weeks and see what’s what. But if it’s in range then I’m happy with that. As I have to be…….

I just assumed TSH was high due to Thyroxine being so low after ceasing T3 back in April. My concern was more the Urea. Lymphocytes have always been high for me. The normally float between 4-5.5 and that’s high for medichecks refenece range but fine on a NHS test.

Benefit to GNs is its much finer. So if you want to just pour some boiling water over it at work and let it stand its ok.
Where as the Tesco stuff needs to actually be cooked. Otherwise its like eating sand.
I’m not sure what GN are doing with the flavor though? I’m not sure why they bother with “Hint of Vanilla”?!

I guess it depends on how much you’re lowering carbs on off days. Also how frequently your training.
If training days your having 700g, and on off days 200g of carbs. Then that’s a 2000 calorie difference.
That’s a hell of a big surplus one day, or deficit the other.
So as an example, if you’re having 100g of fat on training days, and 180g on off days then it closes the gap by 720 calories if training 5 days a week.

You can keep carbs higher on off days if you’re active. But the aim is to try and empty the glycogen tank out slightly so you’re not constantly over spilling from consecutive high days. Drop some water, regain some insulin sensitivity etc etc
    That’s my understanding anyway.

Its called secret eating for a reason. Unless you’re with her 24hrs a day, 7 days a week you cant rule it out!

There is no way she can be using 100mcg T3, 50mg Clen, be in a caloric deficit, and not lose weight! Even by adding the Bold in, water weight would go on the first couple of weeks, then weight would drop.

My test WAS 8.0 nmol before gear. Now its 74.6nmol………. Progress!

I had really high ALT when i was a teen. I went for multiple blood tests, got told i might have hepatitis, cirrhosis, i saw multiple doctors, ultra sounds, even wanted to do a biopsy but i refused. Went on for about 6 months. Then went to see a private specialist who said “you’re fine, its just high”. So i agree not to trust tests 100%.

I will get myself retested in a few weeks. If its still high i’ll get it looked at/plan my funeral.

At the end of the day if health was my “true” concern then i wouldn’t be doing what i do. If every thing is in the range specified by smarter people than myself, then that’s the best i can ask for.
