James Alexander – you say it’s low for his age so he’s not fully recovered. Yet he has no blood work from before he started AAS. So you don’t know that he’s not fully recovered. His test may have been 9 nmol before gear. It may have been 19nmol. He doesn’t know and never will.

Age has little to do with it. In theory yes a younger person should have higher levels than an older person. But I had a level of 9nmol at 24 before gear and felt fine. After my first and second PCT it came back to 9nmol pretty quickly.

If you feel good now then just wait another 4-6 weeks and retest. If it’s not moved up accept that as your level for future reference.

Will it kill you on cycle no, is it optimal no. I’m talking a glass or two here and there. Not getting smashed constantly. That’s bad gear or not.

If you want a social drink then have one. Unless this is your living or you plan on being amongst the best then just live life and fit BBing around it. No point missing social occasions and then in 20 years time when you don’t care about BBing thinking “i wish I had a glass of champagne at my cousin Louis’s bar mitzvah”.

It’s funny to read that an IFBB pro has 3 weeks off from training and following a diet and is like “well whatever”… Yet I know guys who Dont compete but train and follow a diet on weekends away to Ibiza.

You’ll 100% come back better off after the break…….. Fresh and ready to smash 2018!!

I like the ez bar attachment on a regular lat pull down. Lean back slightly and try to keep the elbows close to the body and back arched.

    11.1 nmol isn’t low.

Do you have results from before you used AAS to compare the results against?

Small lumps are pretty common as has been said. So are red swollen patches on occasion. Every time I use any kind of blend I end up with a hot red swollen limb for a week. Hence why I no longer cruise on sustanon as I never found a lab or pharma that didn’t cripple me.

If it’s either hot and really freakin’ painful. Pain which gets worse and worse, you develop a fever, the injection site starts to form a head with localised edema that stays pitted when you press it. Then get your arse to A&E.
I’ve had to go to the quacks a couple of times for anti- inflammatories as I’ve had a swollen leg or delt for a couple of weeks. I just say I tore a muscle, but honesty is probably the best policy.

I also had a soft lump the size of a golf ball in my quad after a sustanon jab. Lasted about 6 weeks. That proper put the wind up me.

I don’t like to train two days over the weekend so i can spend the time doing stuff with my kids.
So i just miss a day on the weekend.

    So like this :-
    Monday – Pull
    Tuesday – Push
    Wed – Legs
    Thurs – off
    Friday – Pull
    Saturday- Push
    Sunday – off
    Monday – Legs
    Tuesday – off
    Wed – Pull
    Thursday – Push
    Friday – Legs
    Sat – off
    Sun – Pull
    etc

That was everything is still getting hit 2 x per week, and i always have a break between legs and pull sessions.

Switch to things that are easier to eat.

Ground rice, cereals, wraps, crumpets, oats etc for carbs. Avoid pasta and potatoes as they’re more filling.
Whey, fish, 0% greek yogurt for protein. Avoiding red meats/eggs.
Oils, butters, avocado, salmon for fats.
Reduce fibrous veg down and add in salad and a greens supplement instead.

    How many calories you on?

Personally i’d run HCG through the 16 weeks and 3 weeks before PCT. 500iu twice a week.
AI i would also run through out on that dose of Test. 12.5mg Aromasin every 3 days or twice a week and adjust from there when you get blood work done.
Protocol always was 100/100/50/50 on the Clomid, and 20/20/20/20 for Nolva.

I’d cruise for a bit and get some blood work done.
If all good then jump on the Test and Deca.

    Hi Jordan,

Do you prefer the high dose of Primo in place of higher test? I know you’ve said you dont like high test due to water etc. So is the high primo almost a compromise, or do you feel it really benefits an off season cycle?
Also, do you tend to avoid Tren off season, and stick more to NPP (which is generally less harsh)? Is it just a case of as you’ve run Tren for prep, you simply want to switch compounds?

The leg extensions before the main movement is if you’re a hip lifter i believe? It may take away slightly from the main move but i assume you’d just progress each week anyway?

Ham curls before are just to address weak hamstrings. Most people are quad dominant so makes sense. But for me it also feels weird. Yates said that he never liked training hamstrings first as they seemed to “fire” better with quads full of blood. Different strokes, for different folks i suppose.

    Hi Jordan.
What was with the “fluff” sets on biceps at the end of the last video? Even my noodle arms can curl more than the 10s! 🙂
Do you no longer worry about progressive overload on biceps, and just really focus on form?

Poached eggs with chives and some smoked salmon.
Eggs Benedict. (i make my own lower fat Hollandaise using the Schwartz powder).
Make an omelette or frittata with peppers, spinach, courgette, mushrooms, onion, ham, even some cheese.
Scrambled eggs with some cheese or Philadelphia.
Fried eggs, with sausage and bacon medallions.

I also like eggs and jelly (eggs and jam). A full tsp of jam is about 5g of carbs so nothing major. The jam goes well on some fried eggs.
Try cooking them in goose or duck fat as well. Gives them a nice flavor.
Add sauce to them. Green top Sriracha is always a winner.
