    You went on holiday and came back lighter? Poor effort! Was there no buffet?
    I’d be incredibly surprised if you actually lost 1/2″ of muscle off your arms in a week by going on holiday.
    Just start training again and follow the diet you were on before you went away. The size will come back soon enough.

    Jordan, what the heck you eating to get in 1350g of carbs a day? Thats Epic.
    I got to 700g, with 500g being post workout. I thought that i may actually die from carb consumption, so cant imagine double that going down easily.

    Hi Corinne.
    Thanks for the response. Are you on the same split as Jordan and Sas currently? So Legs, Push, Off, Pull, Off and repeat, and thats why the Leg and Pull days are higher?
    I follow Pull, Push, Legs, off, and repeat, and by the time night of legs comes i’m literally bursting with water weight, and smooth. I’d then drop off 3-5lbs after my rest day, look and feel better and then repeat. In this scenario would you lower carbs on Push day? Even if pushing is a weakness (i see it as a weakness anyway)

    Also, the Muffin recipe??? 🙂

    I’d disagree “partly” with the above. Why restart if you just plan on shutting down again a month later?
    HCG is indeed integral though!

    Whats you LH and FSH up to? If LH is high then chances are test will rise. If its it the pan still then most likely you’ll be on TRT. If it was high get it retested and see if test has risen. If LH was low then do the “Power PCT” and try and restart if you’re going to stay off.

    6.3 nmol isnt even that bad anyway. Mine was only 8 nmol, and that was when i was 23 and natural. No symptoms of low T, made babies, no floppy, confident and happy, life was good at 8 nmol.

    Hi Corinne.
    Regarding lower calories on push days. I assume its because its not as taxing as Pull and Legs yes?
    What about if pushing movements were a weakness? Would you still have less calories?

    Hi Corrine.

    I’m Already doing barbel shrugs, and I always squeeze at the top of any shrug. Otherwise I find it too easy to cheat on them. Used the trap bar as a replacement for DB shrugs.

    Can’t do block pulls or any deadlift as I’m already doing bar rdls, db rdls and GHR/extensions on leg days. When these stall I’ll be focusing on deadlift variations for back.

    Already doing single arm dumbbell row and progressing nicely. But I do this more for lats. Where as the chest supported row was elbows flared for more upper back, traps, rhomboid focus. Thinking of just doing laying Pendley rows instead?

    Switched to lunges and the pump after is real!!!! 🙂

    Anyone got some good alternatives for tricep dip machine? I’m doing bar dips as well but both are close to stalling.

    Dip Machine
    Bar Dips
    Close grip bench

    Is a smith Close grip bench, or floor press different enough to a regular CGBP that it wouldn’t interfere with progression on that? We don’t have a neutral grip chest press machine like Jordan uses at the gym.

    Hi Mort.
    The go to for adductors for me is laying db curls on a slight decline bench! This is an awesome movement for hamstrings and adductors.
    For Abductors then yeah the bikini girl side kick thing is all i can think of. I might give these a go actually as i bet they’d be quite good.

    I think the sides of accutane are blown way out of proportion personally.

    I was prescribed 60mg a day when i was 13 (weight was about 9 stone) for serious acne. Roche and Roaccutane was big news at the time due to court cases in the US where parents were suing because Kids were committing suicide when on it. Birth defects were also common with girls getting pregnant on it (hence you now have to be on the pill if you take it). Plus all the other sides were listed in the articles. Obviously my Mum was pretty reluctant for me to use Roaccutane. But then the dermo said that in how ever many years of prescribing it, they’d never had to have someone stop due to side effects. I still have my blood tests from when i was using it filed away. All good back then, all good when i used it for AAS related acne. All i got on 60mg a day was dry lips and skin.

    The whole depression and suicide thing i think just stems from the fact that as a young teen hormones make you a lot more emotional. Anyone with teen girls will know this!! Add to this a horrible skin condition that greatly effects confidence, and the high chance of other kids making fun of it. Then you have the nasty effect that Accutane makes the acne worse before it gets better, plus dry cracked lips, flakey skin etc. Its not surprising that people get depressed on it, or if already depressed then could be pushed to suicide.

    Basically an aggressive 6-8 week cut to try and get rid of the water, get some fat off and increase insulin sensitivity again. A tidy up before i start to add back in calories when blasting.

    These mini diets shouldn’t really effect strength or energy levels as they’re so short in duration.

    I don’t count veg personally as its consistent and i’ll never drop it. Same with things like low fat sauces, fish oils, EAAs.

    I simply aim for around 40g of complete protein a meal, and any additional protein i track to stay within a caloric window. For me this is around 280g a day total protein. Of which 240g would be complete, 40g incomplete.

    Not really.

    Even on 40mg of pharma a day for 4 months all i had was some sensitivity to sun on holiday, and when i had my brows waxed, it ripped half the skin on my face off. No majorly dry eyes or cracked lips. No effect on liver, or lipids.

    20mg eod, or e3ds i notice no sides.

    But its a drug so sides will vary depending on the individual. Dry skin, cracked lips, dry eyes, skin sensitivity, mild liver damage, negative effects on cholesterol, are all possible.

    All seems like its being made more complicated than it needs to be.

    Option A) Take what you need with you in your suit case. Take the risk of being caught (unlikely) and at worst spend 10 years in a Spanish prison being a Pimp called Diego’s play thing.

    Option B) Switch the NPP to Deca. Load up before you go with the jabs you’ll miss, and just resume when you get back. No need to travel with anything illegal. Thus more likely to avoid a prison term and sodomy.

    Option C) Post it to your self. But International mail is terrible at best. Chances are you’ll receive the package on the last day of your holiday. Or not at all as it will be ceased, or most likely lost. Either way you’ll almost certainly die from low testosterone as a result.

    Seriously though when i drop from a blast to a cruise i’ll go 2-3 weeks before i start my TRT dose. Just so the long esters can reduce down. Its fine to go two weeks without jabbing. Just have the mg of jabs you’ll miss before you go, and start when you get back. Personally i’d just stop the NPP and not switch to deca. Just start it again when i got home.
