What company do you use for your lab testing?
Also in your latest videos you said you were working on bringing out the defining Trained by JP plan, in your mind when roughly do you think you will be bringing this out?

Hi Jordan,
I think a rest day after each of the larger leg sessions is my gut feeling. with a view to being able to build up to 6 days run through and then a rest day, this would depend more on exercise selection i think. My lowerback will be at a big risk of being trashed quite easily

I developed an intolerance to Beef and a lesser extent lamb. Wild red meats are fine (venison, elk etc) but farmed red meats cause massive bloating, cramps, acid reflux, fever and vomitting so for me they are off the menu

At your heaviest when you were at 300lbs off season eating 8k+ calories a day can you outline what a days food would typically look like on your double days in terms of the actual food make up?
Just curious as to how you would physically consume that volume of cals from food sources.
