Treat it just like prep. Take pictures and objectively evaluate. Have a trusted buddy look at them as well to tell you if you’re getting too soft and need to pull back etc. Or if you can step on the gas harder.
Other than that, you pretty much nailed it. Be cognizant of your body weight, mirror appearance, gym performance and so on.

Test only while pushing food as much as you can while keeping acceptable conditioning is all that is necessary in my opinion. Growth hormone as well if you have that.

I get better results with nandrolone by far. EQ just gives me anxiety. Everybody reacts differently though, so unfortunately it’s one of those things where you need to try both.

Water retention lessened and you tightened up. As a by product, your blood pressure went down as well I’m sure. Hence feeling better

I’ve done cardio both fasted and PWO. I’ve gotten in shape both ways without impacting recovery. If you sip on EAA’s intra workout, I wouldn’t even worry about consuming a PWO shake.

It’s pretty common to be able to progress on cruise amounts. I’m willing to bet at 250mg your test levels are still above normal. Pair that with sound diet and training and you can still progress no problem.

No, that could cause gastric upset and the last thing you want is your body trying to digest during training.
Peptopro is not taxing on the GI. Use EAA’s as an alternative.

Drugs, the guys I know do the same things as bodybuilders as well, just in smaller amounts (usually, not always) since they have to more closely watch their weight due to height.

Agreed with above. Every day, every other day or Mon/Wed/Fri at the very least.

Out the window completely? No. I know many a guy that has gotten his girl pregnant mid cycle.
However, that said- I would treat*** it as if it would be completely out the window, especially if this is important to your partner.
Place your partner over being competitive. Size comes back quickly with supplements.
Just my two cents!

Since this is just practice, I’d start by finding the highest amount of calories you can consume in order to maintain body weight. Then, start trimming from there once that is figured out.
What is your body weight? I’d settle on your protein intake based on that. Carbs I would want as high as you could start so you have plenty of room to trim. Fats, I’d want them to be decently high as well to start. The more tools you have in the tool belt to trim later on, the better off you’ll be!

Personally, I am a heavy aromatizer. To run 525mg test, I have to run 1mg arimidex every other day. I do not care to run that much AI. However, I respond extremely well to test, so when I’m blasting I basically just deal with it.
It’s possible that your lethargy is diet related. For me, lethargy comes into play when fats aren’t high enough and carbs are too high. At your body weight of 115kg, I’d personally be looking into much more protein than 200g. The carbohydrate intake is hard to comment on without knowing your body’s needs, your training, lifestyle etc. So I can’t comment there. Fats wise, I will assume they are low and possibly need increasing.

All EQ does for me is give me anxiety, lol. As you mentioned, everyone reacts differently, however. Without more details from you (diet, training, etc.), it does appear your body doesn’t care for it.

It’ll be fine
